OBJECTIVE： To observe the stability of mezlocillin sodium in 5％ glucose injection， glucose and sodium chloride injection and maintain solution for infants injection with different pH， over different periods and at 4℃ ， 25℃ ， 37℃ .METHODS： 9 solutions with different pH were made up by mezlocillin sodium and above-mentioned infusion fluids， according to 4 factors and 3 levels to make L9（34） orthogonal test.Then determination of mezlocillin sodium in each solution was carried out with ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS： The contents of mezlocillin sodium in above-mentioned solutions with different pH and at different temperature have not changed obviously over 0h-8h.CONCLUSION： Mezlocillin sodium is compatible with above-mentioned solutions.

OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of single dose of intramuscularly injected methotrexate(MTX)in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy so as to provide theoretical bases for the choice dosage regimen.METHODS:Serum concentration of MTX in 8 cases with ectopic pregnancy were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay after injected i.m with single dose MTX(50mg/m2);The ?-HCG was monitored both before and after treatment and the lump sizes of the ectopic pregnancy were determined by B ultrasound.RESULTS:The pharmacokinetics of single dose of intramuscularly injected MTX conformed to two-compartment open model;Cmax occurred at 1.9h after drug taking with 2.31 ?mol/L;The time for the recovery of ?-HCG to normal was(24.8?10)days,the patency rate of oviducts of those who demanding procreation was 75%.CONCLUSION:Injection intramuscularly with single dose of MTX 50mg/m2 is effective in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.

Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of ileosigmoid fistulas (ISF) complicated by Crohn's disease (CD).Methods 13 CD patients with ISF were collected.Patients' clinical data,diagnostic methods,surgical procedures and outcomes were reviewed.Results Suspected or definite diagnosis was suggested by preoperative imaging in 12 patients.All 13 patients received surgery.Ileal lesions were all removed,while sigmiod fistula were repaired in 11 patients and partially resected in 2 patients.11 patients had a temporary ileostomy.All the patients recovered well,with 3 cases suffering from postoperative complications.Conclusions The diagnosis of ISF can be established preoperatively,and treatment should be individualized to patient' condition.

Objective To investigate the efficiency of Trichostatin A (TSA) in inducing cell apoptosis and altering the Notch pathway genes expression in PANC-1 cells line.Methods The survival rate and apoptosis of PANC-1 cells were measured by MTT assay and Hoechst 33258 staining,respectively.mRNA expression levels of the genes,numb,gcn512,dll3,hes6,eaf2,cytohesins,in PANC-1 cells were assessed by real-time quantitive PCR.Western blot was used to measure the expression of bcl-2,bax,actived caspase-3 and NICD protein which was the biologically active form of Notch-1.Results After culturing with 0.1,0.2,and 0.4 μmol/L TSA for 24 hours,the cellular survival rate of PANC-1 cells significantly decreased to 72％,58％ and 39％,respectively.The survival rate of PANC-1 was negatively correlated to time length of culture with TSA.Increased apoptosis of PANC-1 cells after 12,24 and 36 h culture with TSA was detected by Hoechst 33258 staining.Western blotting showed that the expression of bax,actived caspase-3 and NICD protein increased while the bcl-2 protein decreased after culture with TSA.In real time quantitive PCR assessment,the mRNA expression of numb and hes6 in PANC-1 cells were upregulated by TSA (P ＜ 0.05),while the mRNA expression of gcn512 and dll3 were down-regulated by TSA (P ＜ 0.05).While mRNA expressions of eaf2 and cytohesin1,2,3,4 were not affected by TSA.Conclusions TSA induces apoptosis of pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1.The Notch signal pathway may be involved in inducing cellular apoptosis of PANC-1 when cultured with TSA.

Objective To study the calcium metabolism in tacrolimus(FK506)induced rats nephrotoxicity and the preventive effect of calcium channel blocker.Methods Twenty-four Spragueinduced or FK506-induced nephropathy model.Blood creatinine,blood electrolytes,renal tissue histopathology(HE stain)and the change of ultrastructural organization in renal cells by transmission electron microscope were observed.Results The blood creatinine levels of both CsA and FK506 groups [(36.00±2.61)and(34.17±4.54)μmol/L] were significantly higher than those of the FK506+Dilgroup and control group(all P＜0.05).The blood calcium levels of both CsA and FK506 groups (2.00±0.04 and 2.05±0.04 mmol/L) were significantly lower than those of the FK506+Dil group and control group(all P＜0.05).The blood creatinine and calcium levels of FK506+Dil group were not significantly different with those of control group(P＞O.05).Histopathology examination showed cloudy swelling and vacuolization of the renal tubular epithelial cells and intra-cellular mitochondria swelling and vacuolization in the CsA and FK506 groups.However,the pathological changes of the FK506+Dil group were remarkably milder in comparison with the CsA and FK506 groups.Concluum channel blocker,Dil,could prevent the FK506-induced nephrotoxicity.

Objective:To construct a training program to improve the psychological nursing ability of clinical nurses, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the clinical development of psychological nursing.Methods:By consulting the literature, related books and investigating the curriculum of nursing colleges, the first draft of the training program was drawn up. Four departments of Cardiovascular Medicine of the Second Xiangya Hospital of Central South University from May to August 2019 were recruited and 64 nurses were trained. After the training, the training program was revised again. After two rounds of training and modification, the second draft of the training program was formed, and then Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation on the second draft of the training program.Results:The positive coefficients of experts in the two rounds of consultation were 94.1% and 96.7% respectively, and the average authority coefficient of experts was 0.81. The final training contents included 5 first-class indexes, 18 second-class indexes and 45 third-class indexes. The coefficient of variation of each item of training contents was 0.06-0.23, and the coefficient of variation of training methods and training duration of each part was 0.06-0.17.Conclusions:The training program is scientific, reasonable, detailed and practical, which can provide guarantee for improving the psychological nursing ability of clinical nurses.

Objective: To explore the relationship between internalized stigma and insight, self-esteem in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: A total of 144 schizophrenic patients were investigated by the general information questionnaire, insight and treatment attitude questionnaire (ITAQ), internalized stigma of mental illness scale-Chinese version (ISMI-C) and the self-esteem scale (SES). Pearson correlative analysis and Bootstrap program mediation effect test were used to data analysis. Results: There was a significantly positively correlation between insight score(11.24±4.08) and internalized stigma score(2.18±0.65) of 144 schizophrenic patients(r=0.236, P<0.05). The Self-esteem score(27.57±3.76) was negatively correlated with insight score(r=-0.177, P<0.05) and internalized stigma score(r=-0.661, P<0.05). The mediation effect test analysis showed that the internalized stigma played a full mediating role in the relationship between insight and self-esteem, and the effect size was -0.143. Conclusion Insight can indirectly affect self-esteem via internalized stigma in patients with schizophrenia.Taking measures to decrease inpatients' internalized stigma level and improve their illness awareness should be paid attention in clinical practice.

Objective: To investigate the current situation of emotional and behavioral problems and analyze the influencing factors of middle school students. Methods: The general information questionnaire, the strengths and difficulties questionnaire (student version), and the illinois bullying scale were used to evaluate 680 students in two middle schools in Hunan province.Statistical analysis was performed using t test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Results: (1) The detection rate of total difficulty (12.09±5.67), conduct problem (2.42±1.66), hyperactivity/attention defect (3.65±2.08), emotional (2.82±2.32), peer relationship problem (3.21±1.79) and pre-socialization behavior (7.02±2.39) were 11.2%, 11.2%, 7.7%, 6.9%, 11.0% and 14.5%.(2)The scores of total difficulties, conduct problem, hyperactivity/attention deficit and peer relationship problems of boys were higher than that of girls(t=2.79, 4.03, 2.44, 3.40, all P<0.05), while the score of pre-socialization behavior of boys was lower than that of girls (t=-5.29, P<0.05). (3) The scores of total difficulties, conduct and peer relations, pre-socialization of rural students were significantly different with those of urban students(t=-3.93, -2.55, -7.00, 5.26, all P<0.05). (4) The score of total difficulties, conduct problem, hyperactivity/attention deficit and emotional symptoms of left-behind students were higher than that of un-left-behind students (t=-3.18, -2.50, -2.67, -2.40, 2.19, all P<0.05). (5) Middle school students with different fathers' education levels showed different scores of total difficulties, peer relationship problem and pre-socialized behavior(F=3.84, 7.10, 6.20, all P<0.05), while middle school students with different mothers' education levels showed different scores of total difficulties and peer relationship problem(F=3.97, 7.38, both P<0.05). (6) The scores of total difficulties, emotional symptoms, conduct problems, and hyperactivity/attention deficit of the middle school students were significantly positively correlated with the total score of the bullying total scale, the bullish subscale, the bullying subscale, and the fighting subscale(r=0.165-0.430, P<0.05). (7) Gender, urban and rural areas, left-behind or not, maternal education level, bullying, being bullied, fighting were the influencing factors of middle school students' emotion and behavior problems(β=0.010-0.533, P<0.05). Conclusion Some middle school students in Hunan province have emotional and behavioral problems and more attention should bo paid to mental health education.
