Objective To explore the application effect of hyperbaric oxygen ( HBO ) in the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer .Methods Clinical data of 259 patients with refractory peptic ulcer were retrospectively ana-lyzed.According to whether received HBO therapy , these patients were divided into the HBO group ( n=127 ) and control group(n=132).The total effective rate,Helicobacter pylori(Hp) eradication rate and relapse rate of the two groups were compared .Results The total effective rate ,Hp eradication rate of the HBO group were 93.7%,92.1%, respectively,which were significantly higher than 65.2%,56.1% of the control group (χ2 =31.97,7.32,all P<0.05).The relapse rate of the HBO group was 8.4%,which was significantly lower than 33.3%of the control group (χ2 =12.51,P<0.05).Conclusion HBO combined with conventional drug in the treatment of refractory peptic ulcer has significant effect .

Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma D-dimer with delayed encephalopathy (DE) in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisioning(ACOP).Methods According to the severity of disease,100 patients with ACOP were divided into mild group (27 cases),moderate group (31 cases),severe group (42cases).And depending on whether DE occured,all patients were divided into DE group(20 cases) and no DE group (80 cases).4 venous blood samples were obtained separately from each subject in 1,7,14 days after their admission to hospital by using latex immunoturbidimetry.The levels of blood plasma D-dimer of patients in each group were detected by immune turbidimetry and analyzed,1th,7th and 14th day after admission.Results The plasma D-dimer level of the mild group at different time points was in the normal range,and the difference was not statistically significant(all P ＞ 0.05) ;The plasma D-dimer level of the severe group and moderate group was significantly higher than that of the mild group(all P ＜0.01),and it reached a peak in one week(7 days),and showed a downward trend after two weeks(14 days).The DE all occurred in the moderate and severe group.The plasma D-dimer levels of the DE group were higher than those of no DE group from admission to the 7 th and 14 th day (all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The dynamic monitoring plasma D-dimer is helpful in assessing to the severity and prognosis of ACOP,and could surpport positive clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of DE.

Objective:To investigate the effects of scutellarin on Bcl-2 and Bax expression in human tongue squamous carcinoma Tca-8113 cell.Methods:Tca8113 cells were treated with 80,120 and 160μg/ml scutellarin for 48 h respectively.Immunocytochem-istry method and RT-PCR were applied to observe the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax protein and mRNA in the cells.Results:With the increase of scutellarin concentration,Bcl-2 protein and mRNA decreased(P<0.05),Bax protein and mRNA increased(P<0.05). Conclusion:Scutellarin may downregulate Bcl-2 expression and upregulate Bax expression in Tca-8113 cells.

Objective:To identify and analyze the genuine medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. from 9 regions in Liaoning Province using DNA barcode technology based on the base sequence of internal transcribed spacer. Methods:DNA was extracted from the medicinal parts of 26 Gentiana scabra Bge. samples by using DNA kit extraction method. The ITS sequence was amplified through polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and then two-way sequencing was carried out. Other sources and outgroup sequences of the medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. were downloaded from Genbank. After the sequencing results were spliced by using SeqMan 7.1.0 software, MEGA 7.0 software was used to analyze and compare the data, and calculate the genetic distance of K2P (Kimura 2-parameter). The phylogenetic tree was established by Neighbor-Joining (NJ) method for analysis. Results:According to the results of NJ cluster tree, all Gentiana scabra Bge. samples from different sources were clustered into one large branch, and Gentiana scabra Franch. and Gentiana triflora Pall. were clustered into one branch respectively, with obvious differences; Gentiana scabra and Gentiana manshurica Kitag. were clustered into one branch, and the genetic relationship was relatively close. In combination with the variation site and genetic distance, the base sequences of Gentiana scabra and Gentianamanshurica were very similar, and the interspecific differences were very small. Except for the intraspecific variation of only one sample collected in Liaoning Province, the base sequences of the other samples were the same, and there was no difference between " Gentiana scabra Bge. in Qingyuan" and Gentiana scabra Bge. samples from other regions in Liaoning Province. Conclusion:The DNA barcode technology of ITS sequence can be used to differentiate and identify medicinal plant Gentiana scabra Bge. and its original plants from different sources with a high success rate.

Objective:To use rbcL sequences to identify the rhizomes of the Liaoning collection of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz.; To provide a basis for ensuring the feasibility of cultivation of the native herb in Liaoning Province. Methods:A total of 30 rhizomes of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were collected from 10 regions cultivated in Liaoning Province, and the total DNA was extracted. DNA barcodes were screened by PCR, and the rbcL sequences of the samples were amplified and sequenced, and the amplification and sequencing success rates were calculated. Sequence alignment was performed using MEGA 7.0 software; a systematic clustering tree was constructed using the neighbour-joining method. Results:The success rates of DNA extraction from the rhizomes of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were all 93.3%, and the success rates of PCR amplification and sequencing were all 100%. Among the 30 samples of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. in Liaoning Province, two samples had intraspecific variation, and the rest of the base sequences of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. were identical. Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. was closer to the herbs of the genus Cangzhu, a relative species of Asteraceae, and was genetically more distant from the rest of Asteraceae. The NJ tree could distinguish Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. and its relatives. Conclusion:The quality of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. cultivars in Liaoning Province is basically similar, and the rbcL sequence can be used as a valid sequence fragment for the identification of Atractylodes chinensis (DC.) Koidz. DNA barcode.

Acute kidney injury (AKI) is common in critically ill patients and it is directly related to the patient's prognosis and survival. Despite remaining uncertainties regarding the prevalence of AKI in intensive care unit (ICU), the overall incidence of AKI is relatively high, and prompt recognition is necessary to ensure the risk assessment, early diagnosis, clinical outcome, and treatment of critically ill patients. Doppler-based renal resistive index (RRI) mainly reflects vascular bed resistance state, which can be indirect to the extent of the damage of renal parenchyma. It is a relatively objective and quantitative evaluation, and is widely used in clinical prognosis of acute or chronic renal damage evaluation and judgment. This paper reviews the definition of RRI, the measurement methods of RRI, the application and progress of RRI in the field of AKI, the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasonic measurement of RRI, the long-term application of RRI, the effectiveness of RRI in predicting AKI, and the progress in clinical application.

Objective To assess the effect of ischemic postconditioning on the Notch1 signaling pathway,and learning and memory in rats with global cerebral ischemia.Methods A total of 128 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into the sham operation (sham),whole-brain ischemia(CIR),ischemic treatment(CIP),and inhibitor(DAPT) groups,with 32 rats in each group.A global cerebral ischemia model was generated using the modified Pulsinelli's four-vascular occlusion model,and the inhibitor group was injected intraperitoneally with gamma secretase inhibitors (DAPT) before ischemic treatment.Rats' learning and memory function results from the Morris water maze test were assessed by observing the changes in hippocampal CA1 neurons with HE staining.The expression of Notch1 in the CA1 area of the hippocampus was assessed using immunohistochemical and Western blotting methods in rats.Results Compared with the sham group,the hippocampal cell survival rate in the CIR group decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.05) and the expression level of Notch1 increased significantly (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the CIR group,the CIP group revealed a significantly higher hippocampal cell survival rate (P ＜ 0.05) and an increase in Notch 1 expression (P ＜ 0.05);compared with the CIP group,the hippocampal cell survival rate significantly decreased after DAPT administration (P ＜ 0.05) and Notch1 expression decreased significantly.Conclusion Ischemic postconditioning can promote the recovery of learning and memory ability,which may relate to the activation of the Notch 1 signaling pathway.

Objective To investigate therapeutic effects and complications of three kinds of minimally invasive therapies for varicosis of the lower extremities.Methods Totally,79 patients with 94 affected limbs were enrolled into this study.According to their clinical manifestations,3 kinds of minimally invasive therapies alone or in combination were selected,including endovenous laser treatment (EVLT) with saphenofemoral ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein,microphlebectomy,foam sclerotherapy,EVLT with saphenofemoral ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein + microphle-bectomy,and EVLT with saphenofemoral ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein + foam sclerotherapy.Physical examination and color Doppler ultrasonography were performed to evaluate the regression and recurrence of varicosis,as well as complications.Meanwhile,dermatology life quality index (DLQI) was used to evaluate the improvement of life quality of the patients after the treatment.Results All the patients were followed up for 1-6 months (average,4.2 months),and no recurrence was observed.One month after the treatment,all the patients were re-evaluated.Of the 94 affected limbs,46 (48.9％) were cured,43 (45.7％) were improved,and 5 (5.3％) were unimproved.Three months after the treatment,69 patients with 82 limbs completed the re-examination.Of the 82 limbs,71 (86.6％)were cured,9 (11.0％) were improved,and 2 (2.4％) were unimproved.Six months after the treatment,61 patients with 70 limbs completed the follow-up.Of the 70 limbs,62 (88.6％) were cured,7 (10.0％) were improved,1 (1.4％) was unimproved.Repeated-measures analysis of variance revealed that the total DLQI scores before the treatment (9.12 ± 2.87),one month after the treatment (6.97 ± 2.39),3 months after the treatment (5.12 ± 1.96) and 6 months after the treatment (3.69 ± 1.45) significantly differed (F =328.84,P ＜ 0.01),and there were significantly differences between any two time points of re-evaluations (all P ＜ 0.01).In the 79 patients,postoperative complications included subcutaneous ecchymosis (7 patients,8.9％),numb sensation in the foot and boot area of the legs (6 patients,7.6％),and cord-like subcutaneous induration =(3 patients,3.8％).Conclusions The three kinds of minimally invasive therapies alone or in combination are all effective for the treatment of varicosis of the lower extremities with rapid recovery.The life quality of patients was obviously improved after the treatment,and the complications were acceptable.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of endovenous laser ablation (ELA) combined with foam sclerotherapy (FS) and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate (MP)cream on stasis dermatitis.Methods From December 2015 to May 2017,52 patients with 60 lesional limbs were enrolled from Department of Dermatology of Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital.The 60 lesional limbs were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups by a random number table and remainder grouping:combination group,MP group and control group.All the 3 groups were firstly treated with ELA in the main great saphenous vein.Then,the combination group was treated with FS followed by topical MP cream for 4 weeks.After the laser therapy,the MP group was treated with topical MP cream for 4 weeks,and the control group was treated with topical mometasone furoate cream alone for 4 weeks.The eczema area and severity index (EASI) and visual analogue scale (VAS) for itching scores in the above 3 group were recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Statistical analysis was done by paired t-test for comparisons before and after treatment,one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for intergroup comparison,and least significant difference (LSD)-t test for multiple comparisons.Results No significant difference was observed before treatment among the combination group,MP group and control group in the EASI (9.64 ± 4.58,9.94 ± 4.18,9.50 ± 4.41 respectively,F =0.052,P ＞ 0.05) or VAS scores (7.25 ± 1.29,7.50 ± 1.19,7.45 ± 1.32 respectively,F =0.218,P ＞ 0.05).After 4-week treatment,the combination group,MP group and control group all showed significantly decreased EASI (3.54 ± 1.57,5.86 ± 2.39,7.04 ± 2.75 respectively) and VAS scores (2.35 ± 0.67,3.85 ± 0.67,4.65 ± 1.23 respectively) compared with those before treatment (t =4.30-18.80,all P ＜ 0.05).After 4-week treatment,the EASI score was significantly lower in the combination group than in the MP group and control group (both P ＜ 0.05),while there was no significant difference between the MP group and control group (P ＞ 0.05).Additionally,the VAS score was significantly lower in the combination group than in the MP group and control group (both P ＜ 0.05),as well as in the MP group than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions ELA combined with FS and topical MP cream shows better short-term efficacy for the treatment of stasis dermatitis compared with ELA combined with topical MP cream or mometasone furoate cream.The combination with topical MP cream is superior to that with topical mometasone furoate cream in improving itching.The long-term efficacy needs to be observed further.

OBJECTIVE：To establis h HPLC fingerprint of Chinese gall leaven ，simultaneous determination of 5 components and optimization of distillers ’grains. METHODS ：HPLC method was adopted. The determination was carried out on Waters Symmetry Shield TM RP18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0.1％ trifluoroacetic acid aqueous （gradient elution ）at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃，and detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The sample size was 5 µL. Using gallic acid as reference ，HPLC fingerprints of 14 batches of sample were drawn. The similarity evaluation was performed by using Similarity Evaluation System of Chromatogram Fingerprint of TCM （2012 edition）to determine common peaks；SPSS 20.0 software was used for cluster analysis. RESULTS ：There were 11 common peaks in 14 batches of samples ，and the similarity range of 14 batches of samples was 0.424-0.998，A1-A5 was less than 0.850；5 components were identified in B 1-B9 sample，i.e. gallic acid ，（－）-epigallocatechin，methyl gallate ，2，4，6-tri-O-galloyl-α-D-glucose and 2，4，6-tri-O-galloyl- β-D-glucose. The results of cluster analysis showed that 14 batches of samples could be grouped into 3 categories，i.e. A1-A5 into one category，B1 and B 6 into one category ，B2-B5 and B 7-B9 into one category. The linear ranges of above 5 components were 29.96-599.2 μg/mL（r＝0.999 6），0.832-416 μg/mL（r＝0.999 6），0.102-51 μg/mL（r＝0.999 8），0.286 4-143.2 μg/mL（r＝0.999 8）， 0.286 4- 143.2 μg/mL（r＝0.999 8），respectively. The limits of quantitation were 0.060，0.104，0.017，0.029，0.057 μg/mL；the limits of detection were 0.018，0.031，0.005，0.009，0.017 μg/mL，respectively. RSDs of precision ，stability，reproducibility and durability tests were all lower than 3％. The recoveries were 97.16％-101.88％（RSD＝1.60％，n＝6），96.98％-99.24％（RSD＝ 0.85％，n＝6），97.7％-101.64％（RSD＝1.54％，n＝6），97.77％-103.08％（RSD＝1.82％，n＝6），98.16％-101.88％（RSD＝1.24％， n＝6），respectively. CONCLUSIONS：The established HPLC fingerprint and cluster analysis can be used to evaluate the quality of Chinese gall leaven.
