Objective:To explore the influence of mindfulness on perceived stress in psychiatric nurses and the mediating effect of resilience.Methods:A total of 427 psychiatric nurses from a psychiatric hospital in Beijing were selected.Five-facet mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ), Chinese-version perceived stress scale (CPSS) and Connor-Davidson resilience scale (CD-RISC) were used in this survey.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were performed using SPSS 24.0.And mediating effect was performed using AMOS 24.0.Results:The total score of psychiatric nurses' perceived stress was (37.89±7.16). Among all psychiatric nurses, 66.74% were under high pressure and 20.84% were under great pressure.The perceived stress was negatively correlated with mindfulness(123.69±10.82, r=-0.65, P<0.01) and resilience(85.40±17.87, r=-0.67, P<0.01), and mindfulness was positively correlated with resilience ( r=0.50, P<0.01). The direct effect of mindfulness on perceived stress was -0.15, the indirect effect was -0.34, and the total effect was -0.49. Conclusion:Resilience plays a partial mediating role between mindfulness and perceived stress psychiatric nurses.

We constructed a recombinant strain BL21 (DE3) (pETST3LTBalphabeta) including ST1-LT(B)-alpha-beta fusion gene via molecular technology. The SDS-PAGE and Western blotting indicated that the ST1-LT(B)-alpha-beta fusion protein was highly expressed in Escherichia coli and the molecular weight of the fusion protein was about 110 kD. The recombinant strain was induced in different concentrations of lactose and different aeration rate. The optimal culture conditions in 20 L fermentor were 1% inoculation (V/V), initial aeration 5 L/min, 0.03 mol/L lactose addition 3 hours after inoculation, and increased the aeration to 12.5 L/min for the following 6 hours. The fusion protein was about 38.53% of total cellular protein. It was nontoxic, immunogenic and protective against enterotoxigenic E. coli and Clostridium perfringens infection. The constructed recombinant strain BL21 (DE3) (pETST3LTBalphabeta) could serve as a candidate vaccine strain against diarrhea of piglet.

Objective To research the effect of pure interbody fusion and interbody cage fusion under minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion treat to single segment of lumbar disc herniation,analysis clinical value the two methods.Methods A total of 61 cases single segment lumbar disc herniation were treated with MIS-TLIF surgery,were divided into pure interbody fusion group (group A) and interbody fusion Cage group (group B) according to different fusion methods.Operative time,blood loss and postoperative drainage were recorded in two groups,the clinical efficacy were tested by using of visual analogue score (VAS),Japanese Orthopedic Association scores (JOA),Oswestry disability index (ODI) score and Macnab standard,the interbody fusion ability were evaluated by power lumbar X-ray film and CT 3D reconstruction.Results The gender,age,disease duration and disease segments in two gracps were not found statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).Also,two groups of patients,blood loss,postoperative drainage has no significant difference (P＞0.05).After the operation,the VAS score,ODI score,JOA score and Macnab criteria,the last follow-up of intervertebral fusion rate in in tuo groups were not found statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).While the operative time,postoperative disc height changes were found significant difference between two groups (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion MIS-TLIF simple fusion for lumbar disc herniation will be available with equal clinical efficacy fusion rate compared with cage fusion.

Oral cancer is not only a serious threat to human health and life but also its incidence rate has been increasing year by year. Oral cancer animal model is indispensable for the research of clinical diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer. Therefore, it is of great importance to establish an animal model of disease which is similar to the natural occurrence of human oral cancer and to study its pathogenesis, prevention and treatment. At present, animal models of oral cancer mainly include spontaneous animal model, induced animal model and genetically modified animal model. The research progress, current problems and the future development perspectives of animal models of oral cancer in recent years are summarized in this paper.

Bronchial asthma in children is a common chronic inflammation of the lower airway.It is a heterogeneous disease characterized by chronic airway inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness.Acute asthma attack in different degrees is often accompanied by multiple system damage, including respiratory system, circulatory system, blood system and so on.At present, the literature reports about acute attack of asthma accompanied by thrombophilia, thrombosis, pulmonary embolism and other life-threatening complications gradually appear, and show an upward trend.This paper summarizes the literature of acute asthma attack with thrombophilia at home and abroad, and reviews the pathogenesis, monitoring indicators and treatment, so as to diagnose and treat early, prevent serious complications and reduce mortality.

Objective To explore the effect of robotic training under position limitation on upper limb of patients with shoulder sub-luxation after stroke. Methods From March to December,2023,sixty patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke in the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were randomized into conventional group(n = 20),robot group(n = 20)and position-limited group(n = 20).All the groups accepted conventional rehabilitation,while the robot group underwent robot training and the position-limited group underwent robot training under position limitation,for four weeks.Before and after treatment,Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremities(FMA-UE)and modified Bar-thel Index(MBI)were used for evaluation,surface electromyography(sEMG)was used to measure the average electromyography(AEMG)and root mean square(RMS)of posterior deltoid fasciculus and supraspinatus during contraction,and musculoskeletal ultrasonography was used to determine the distance of acromion-greater tuber-osity(AGT)of the affected side. Results After treatment,FMA-UE score,MBI score,AEMG,RMS and the distance of AGT improved in all the groups(|t|>10.850,P<0.001),and all the indexes were optimal in the position-limited group(F>42.031,P<0.001). Conclusion Robotic training for upper limb under postural limitation can further improve upper limb function and sub-luxation status,activities of daily living,and peri-shoulder muscle in patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke.
