Objective To investigate the inhibiting effects of alcohol extract from Dioscore bulbifera on proliferation, colony formation and migration of cancer cell lines. Methods Alcohol extract from Dioscore bulbifera was prepared using Soxhlet extraction. Human gastric cancer cell line MGC803 was treated with different concentrations(0, 60, 120 mg/L)of al?cohol extract from Dioscore bulbifera. In vitro, proliferation, colony formation and migration of gastric cancer cells were detect?ed by MTT, colony formation experiments and Transwell assay respectively. Results The proliferation(day2-day 6, F=29.130, 21.864, 67.826, 36.015, 43.656, P<0.01)and colony formation(F=11.918,P<0.01)of gastric cancer cells were significantly inhibited by administration of alcohol extract from Dioscore bulbifera at both 60 mg/L and 120 mg/L . The migra?tion(F=4.258,P<0.05)of gastric cancer cells were significantly suppressed after cells were treated with120 mg/L alcohol ex?tract from Dioscore bulbifera. Conclusion Alcohol extract from Dioscore bulbifera significantly inhibit proliferation, colony formation and migration of gastric cancer cells.

Objective To research the effect of pure interbody fusion and interbody cage fusion under minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion treat to single segment of lumbar disc herniation, analysis clinical value the two methods. Methods A total of 61 cases single segment lumbar disc herniation were treated with MIS-TLIF surgery, were divided into pure interbody fusion group (group A) and interbody fusion Cage group (group B) according to different fusion methods.Operative time, blood loss and postoperative drainage were recorded in two groups, the clinical efficacy were tested by using of visual analogue score (VAS),Japanese Orthopedic Association scores (JOA),Oswestry disability index (ODI) score and Macnab standard, the interbody fusion ability were evaluated by power lumbar X-ray film and CT 3D reconstruction. Results The gender, age, disease duration and disease segments in two gracps were not found statistically significant difference (P>0.05).Also,two groups of patients, blood loss, postoperative drainage has no significant difference (P>0.05).After the operation, the VAS score,ODI score,JOA score and Macnab criteria, the last follow-up of intervertebral fusion rate in in tuo groups were not found statistically significant difference (P>0.05).While the operative time, postoperative disc height changes were found significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion MIS-TLIF simple fusion for lumbar disc herniation will be available with equal clinical efficacy fusion rate compared with cage fusion.

Objective:To explore the application of sound thinking combined with Sandwich teaching in oncology nursing practice teaching. Methods:A total of 68 nursing students who were interns in the Department of Oncology, The First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from 2020 to 2021 were included in the study, and they were divided into a control group ( n=34) and an observation group ( n=34). The control group took routine teaching for interns, while the observation group took sound thinking combined with Sandwich teaching. The examination results, critical thinking abilities, and the evaluation of nursing teaching effectiveness of the two groups of nursing interns were evaluated. SPSS 22.0 was used for Chi-square test and t-test. Results:The examination scores of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( t=3.44, 2.87, 3.45, P<0.05). Compared with those before training, the scores of critical thinking ability of nursing interns in both groups increased after the training, and the observation group was better than the control group ( t=0.180, 3.64, 0.61, 2.92, 0.31, 2.74, 0.45, 2.65, 0.25, 3.58, 1.16, 2.85, 0.36, 3.20, 0.33, 2.38, P<0.05). The scores of autonomous learning ability, communication and collaboration ability, independent thinking ability, clinical reasoning ability, and problem-analyzing and -solving ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( t=2.82, 3.46, 2.68, 3.29, 2.44, P<0.05). Conclusion:Combining sound thinking with Sandwich teaching in nursing clinical practice teaching in department of oncology can improve the examination scores of nursing students, improve their critical thinking abilities, and enable them to give a high evaluation of nursing teaching effectiveness.

With further in-depth studies on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), new evidence, concepts, and methods continue to emerge. Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association, comprehensively updated and revised the previous guidelines based on the latest research advances in fatty liver disease in China and globally and released Clinical practice guideline of prevention and treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated (non-alcoholic) fatty liver disease (2024 edition). This article introduces the updates in the new edition of the guideline from the aspects of related terms (metabolic associated fatty liver disease [MAFLD]), clinical typing and staging, diagnostic criteria, and natural history. The guideline particularly emphasizes the importance of screening, assessment, and noninvasive diagnosis of progressive liver fibrosis in disease management and proposes active multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of MAFLD. With the implementation and application of the new edition of the guideline, the standardization of screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of MAFLD patients in China will be further improved to improve the prognosis of the majority of patients.
