Objective:To analyze the current research status of ideological and political education content in domestic nursing courses and facilitate nursing education reform.Methods:Using purposeful sampling, 25 exemplary cases of ideological and political education in nursing courses from Xinhua Net were selected. NVivo 12 software was employed for content analysis, summarizing the ideological and political elements, carriers of these elements, and types of integration methods in nursing courses.Results:Nursing educators have thoroughly explored ideological and political elements, with the most attention given to professional ethics, though less focus was placed on personality development. A variety of carriers for ideological and political elements were utilized, with practical experience being the most common, but there was a lack of integration with policy and regulations. Various integration methods were applied, with interactive methods being the most frequently used, while practical approaches were less common.Conclusions:Future nursing education should emphasize fostering students' sense of national identity and focus more on personality development. It is important to promote a more balanced use of carriers for ideological and political elements, paying particular attention to policy-related content. The use of information technology in teaching should also be explored to flexibly apply various teaching methods, achieving the subtle integration of ideological and political education within nursing curricula.

Objective:To construct the risk control operation and maintenance management system of TiRobot Recon navigation system of Tianji orthopedic robot(hereinafter referred to as the risk control operation and maintenance management system)and to analyze the application effect,so as to provide theoretical guidance and reference for improving the clinical service effect and quality of Tianji orthopedic robot.Methods:By reviewing the literature and summarizing clinical practice experience,the risk critical control points of the TiRobot Recon navigation system were clarified,and the risk control operation and maintenance management system was constructed based on this.The management effect of TiRobot Recon navigation system before the implementation of system(January 2022 to December 2022)and after the implementation(January 2023 to December 2023)was compared.Results:After the implementation of the risk control operation and maintenance system,the average daily use time,expected target compliance rate,system risk event reporting accuracy,risk early warning timeliness and risk event data standardization of TiRobot Recon navigation system were higher than before the implementation,and the system failure standby time and failure rate were lower than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.956,9.656,5.415,4.678,3.711,3.354,5.229,P<0.05).After the implementation of the risk control operation and maintenance system of sub-line control,the scores of daily maintenance,pre-use inspection,post-use cleaning,system operation,fault response,emergency treatment and other operation proficiency scores of the TiRobot Recon navigation system were higher than those before the implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.225,2.399,2.385,2.597,2.421,3.560,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of risk control operation and maintenance platform can improve the use effect of TiRobot Recon navigation system,strengthen the operation proficiency of personnel,with obvious advantages in clinical application and promotion value.

Objective To assess the risk of vaccination in children with genetic epilepsy combined with febrile seizures plus (GEFS+).Methods Sixty-seven children with GEFS+,admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019,were enrolled in our study;using targeted second-generation sequencing technology,these patients were divided into positive SCN1A gene mutation group (SCN1A+group,n=l 1) and negative SCN1A gene mutation group (SCN1A-group,n=51) after kicking out 5 patients with other gene mutations.The frequencies of convulsion and changes of body temperature after vaccination were analyzed retrospectively in the two groups from birth to age of 7 years.The levels of interleukin (IL)-2,IL-6,IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in peripheral blood were measured by flow cytometry in both groups after seizures.Results Children from SCN1A+ group were vaccinated for 34 times,with incidence of post-vaccine convulsion reaching 47％ (16/34);children from SCN1A-group were vaccinated for 186 times,with incidence of post-vaccine convulsions reaching 6.45％ (12/186);incidence of post-vaccine convulsion was statistically significant between the two groups (P＜0.05).The mean body temperature in children from the SCN1A+ group ([38.06±0.57] ℃C) during convulsion was significantly lower than that in SCN1A-group ([39.49±0.49] ℃,P＜0.05).Expressions of IL-6 and IL-10 in peripheral blood after convulsion in children from SCN1A+ group (96.80±25.05 and 74.90±18.28) were significantly higher than those in SCN1A-group (72.97±4.81 and 43.99±10.63,P＜0.05).Conclusion GEFS+ children in the SCN1A+ group are more prone to convulsion after vaccination than those in the SCN1A-group;cytokines may be involved in the development of convulsion.

BACKGROUND:In clinical practice,the anterior superior iliac spine and posterior superior iliac spine are usually located by palpation,and the tilt of the pelvis is determined by visual observation method or photogrammetry.Among them,the visual observation method can only have qualitative conclusions,and its reliability is poor.The photogrammetry is not only more convenient and fast,but also can give more accurate quantitative data,which is one of the best clinical evaluation methods.However,there are no studies on the reliability of pelvic posture assessment using photogrammetry in China. OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the pelvic posture by visual observation method and photogrammetry,and to compare the reliability level of the two methods to guide clinical application. METHODS:Forty-five healthy subjects were selected and red marks were made at the bilateral anterior superior iliac spine and posterior superior iliac spine.Pelvic posture was photographed from the front,back(coronal plane),left,and right(sagittal plane).The left and right pelvic tilt angles(α,β angles)were selected from the front and back views,which represented the angle between the bilateral anterior superior iliac spine line or the bilateral posterior superior iliac spine line and the horizontal line.The anterior and posterior pelvic tilt angles(γ,θ angles)were selected from the side view,which represented the angle between the ipsilateral anterior superior iliac spine and posterior superior iliac spine line and the horizontal plane,indicating the sagittal plane pelvic tilt.Evaluation methods included visual observation method and photogrammetry.Two evaluators independently evaluated the pelvic α,β,γ,θ angles using the visual observation method first,and then recorded the pelvic α,β,γ,θ angles using the photogrammetry.After a one-month interval,the visual observation method and photogrammetry were performed again,and the pelvic α,β,γ,θ angles were recorded.The intraclass correlation coefficients were used to analyze the data obtained from the two evaluation methods and the before-and-after measurements:0.90-0.99 as an excellent correlation,0.80-0.89 as a good correlation,0.70-0.79 as a moderate correlation,and≤0.69 as a poor correlation.The standard error of measurement and the minimal detectable change with 95%confidence intervals were calculated to evaluate the inter-rater and intra-rater reliability. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The interrater intraclass correlation coefficients of the visual observation method and photogrammetry were as follows:anterior view:0.682 and 0.718,posterior view:0.513 and 0.867,left view:0.739 and 0.960,and right view:0.756 and 0.971.The visual observation method showed poor correlation between the anterior and posterior views and moderate correlation between the left and right views,while the photogrammetry showed moderate correlation for the anterior view,good correlation for the posterior view,and excellent correlation for the left and right views.The standard error values of measurement were as follows:anterior view:3.266 and 1.625,posterior view:4.278 and 1.763,left view:5.935 and 1.787,and right view:5.723 and 1.698.The minimal detectable change values with 95%confidence intervals were as follows:anterior view:9.053 and 4.504,posterior view:11.858 and 4.887,left view:16.451 and 4.953,and right view:15.863 and 4.707.(2)The interrater intraclass correlation coefficients of the visual observation method and photogrammetry were as follows:anterior view:0.452 and 0.723,posterior view:0.483 and 0.904,left view:0.518 and 0.955,and right view:0.657 and 0.968.The visual observation method showed poor correlation in all four directions,while the photogrammetry showed moderate correlation for the anterior view and excellent correlation for the other three directions.The standard error values of measurement were as follows:anterior view:5.651 and 1.610,posterior view:4.237 and 1.523,left view:7.322 and 1.891,and right view:6.509 and 1.781.The minimal detectable change values with 95%confidence intervals were as follows:anterior view:15.664 and 4.463,posterior view:11.744 and 4.222,left view:20.296 and 5.242,and right view:18.042 and 4.937.(3)These results confirm that the sagittal and coronal plane photogrammetries have good intrarater and interrater reliability for evaluating pelvic posture,especially with the use of the photogrammetry,which has good data stability.This method is simple,fast,efficient,accurate,low-cost,and does not cause X-ray damage,and can qualitatively and quantitatively reflect the actual situation of the patient's pelvis,making it suitable for clinical use.

Objective: To explore the prevalence and related factors of suicide attempt among patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) and to provide a scientific theoretical basis for preventing suicide attempts in patients with MDD. Methods: The researchers selected 162 patients with MDD based on the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-Fourth Edition (DSM-Ⅳ) diagnostic criteria from some patients presenting in the department of Psychology at the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University during the January 2017 to March 2018, using the Structured Clinical Interview for DSM-Ⅳ-TR Patient version (SCID-P) as a screening tool. The self-designed General Information Questionnaire and Hamilton Depression Scale-17 items (HAMD-17) were used to investigate and evaluate the factors that affected suicide attempt. Results: The detection rate of suicide attempt was 17.3% (28/162). Compared with the two groups with or without a history of suicide attempt, the age of the MDD patients (Z=-2.183, P=0.029), the place of residence of the MDD patients (χ²=5.405, P=0.020), and the total score of the HAMD-17 scale (t=-2.132, P=0.035), the score of the depression factor (Z=-3.627, P<0.001), guilt factor score (Z=-3.086, P=0.002), the score of the suicidal ideation factor (Z=-5.088, P<0.001) and sleepiness score (Z=-2.021, P=0.043) were significantly different. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=0.930, P=0.022) was a protective factor of suicide attempt and the residence in rural areas (OR=3.955, P=0.038), severe depression (OR=3.795, P=0.020) and suicidal ideation (OR=2.496, P=0.002) were independent risk factors for attempted suicide. Conclusions Residence in rural areas, younger age, suicidal ideation and depression are independent risk factors for suicide attempt of depressive patients. Clinical psychologists in general hospitals should strengthen the evaluation of these factors when inquiring to prevent the occurrence of suicide attempt.

OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology fo r phenylethanol glycosides from Cistanche deserticola by natural deep eutectic solvents （NADESs），and to provide reference for the development and utilization of C. deserticola . METHODS The optimal NADESs was selected using total extraction efficiency of echinacoside ，acteoside and isoacteoside as indexes. Based on single factor test ，response surface methodology was used to select the optimal NADESs molar ratio ，the optimal NADESs water content ，the optimal liquid-solid ratio ；and the results were optimized by genetic algorithm . Using vitamin C （VC） as positive control ，the extraction effects of NADESs and traditional solvent （50％ methanol）were compared in respects of extraction efficiency and antioxidant activities. RESULTS The optimal extraction solution was NADES- 11 composed of 1， 4-butanediol and malonic acid. The optimal extraction technology was as follows as the molar ratio of 1，4-butanediol-malonic acid was 1 ∶ 2.5，water content of NADES- 11 was 18％，liquid-solid ratio was 30 mL/g，extraction time was 30 min and extraction temperature was 30 ℃. The extraction efficiency of NADES- 11 was significantly higher than that of 50％ methanol（P＜0.05）. IC 50 values of NADES- 11 extract（261.17 and 744.34 µg/mL）to 1，1-diphenyl-2-trinitrophenylhydrazine radical and hydroxyl radical were all lower than those of 50％ methanol extract （420.97 and 1 175.12 μg/mL）. ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanism by which Shenbai Jiedu prescription （SBJDF） inhibits the proliferation of colorectal cancer （CRC） HCT116 cells. MethodAfter 48 h treatment of HCT116 cells with SBJDF （0， 0.25， 0.5， 1， 2， 4 g·L^-1）， the viability of HCT116 cells were determined by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium （MTT） colorimetry. Following the classification of cells into blank control group and SBJDF （1， 2， 4 g·L^-1） groups， the effect of SBJDF on HCT116 cell morphology was observed under an inverted microscope. The effects of SBJDF on the proliferation of HCT116 cells and mitochondrial membrane potential （Δψm） were detected by colony formation assay and JC-1 probe， respectively. The flow cytometry was then performed for determining cell cycle distribution and apoptosis. The effects of SBJDF on cell cycle-， apoptosis-， and nuclear factor kappa-B （NF-κB） signaling pathway-related proteins were determined by Western blot. ResultSBJDF effectively inhibited the vitality of HCT116 cells and changed their morphology in a concentration-dependent manner. Compared with the blank control group， SBJDF at 1， 2， 4 g·L^-1 significantly reduced cell colony formation （P<0.05， P<0.01），and SBJDF at 2 and 4 g·L^-1 arrested the HCT116 cell cycle at G₀/G₁ phase （P<0.05， P<0.01）. Compared with the blank control group， SBJDF at 1， 2， 4 g·L^-1 remarkably down-regulated the protein expression of CyclinD₁ （P<0.05， P<0.01）. SBJDF at 2 and 4 g·L^-1 lowered the CyclinA₂ and cyclin-dependent kinase 4 （CDK4） （P<0.05， P<0.01）. SBJDF at 4 g·L^-1 reduced the cyclin-dependent kinase 1 （CDK1） （P<0.01）. Compared with the blank control group， SBJDF at 2 and 4 g·L^-1 induced HCT116 cell apoptosis， down-regulated the protein expression of anti-apoptosis-related proteins Bcl-2 and Bcl-xl as well as the NF-κB signaling pathway-related proteins IκB kinase α （IKKα），inhibitor α of NF-κB （IκBα），and phospho-NF-κB p65 （p-p65） （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and diminished the mitochondrial membrane potential of HCT116 cells. ConclusionSBJDF inhibits the proliferation of HCT116 cells， which may be related to its inhibition of the activation of NF-κB signaling pathway and the induction of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis.
