Objective To assess the effect of sodium hyaluromate (HA) on degenerative disorders of the knee joint (KJ). Methods A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted. The experimental group received injections in the compartments of the involved KJ with 1% HA 20mg, whereas the control group received prednisolone (PS) of 75mg once a week with five injections as one course. One week before and after the treatment , clinical symptoms, amount of interleukin-6 (IL-6) and total protein of synovial fluid were measured and compared. Results Both drugs could relieve the clinical symptoms of KJ degenerative disorders. In HA group, marked improvement rate was 52.78% and failure rate was 2.86%, whereas marked improvement rate was 39.29% and failure rate 17.86% in PS group. The declined levels of IL-6 in synovial fluid were notably greater in HA group than those in PS group. Conclusion Intra-articular injection of HA is effective and safe in treating KJ dgenerative disorders with mild adverse reactions.

Objective To verify the effects of different conc entrations of auecifemine on the function of osteoblast cell expression and oste ogenic ability in vitro . Methods Iliac spongy bone specimens were obtained from twel ve adult patients scheduled surgery. After the bone pieces were treated with col lagenase-trypsin, osteoblasts were obtained from cancellous bones. Then the ost eoblasts were purified and cultivated. They were cultured in medium with various concentrations(1?10 -11 , 1?10 -9 , 1?10 -7 , 1?10 -6 , 1 ?10 -5 , 5?10 -5 mol?L -1 ). The alkaline phosphatase (ALP) acti vity, osterocalcin and osteogenic ability were examined by biochemical assay and radioimmunologic assay (RIA), respectively. Results The co rrelation of auecifemine of different concentrations with ALP activity and osteo calcin secretion was positive. Auecifemine of lower concentrations (1?10 -11 mol?L -1 , 1?10 -9 mol?L -1 and 1?10 -7 mol?L -1 ) s howed the stimulating effect on osteogenic ability and but not higher concentrat ion. Conclusion Estrogen can increase osteoblast ALP activi ty, osteocalcin production, and osteogenic ability.

A novel and highly sensitive voltammetric enzyme-linked immunosensor was developed based on tyramine) oxidation deposition. It was shown that gold nano-particles(colloid Au) could be used as a platform to immobilize antibodies by adsorption. By a sandwich immunossary format with goat-anti-human IgG labled Horseradish peroxidase(HRP) as the second antibody and catalytic amplification by biotin-tyramine, the immunosensor′s) catalytic ability to hydrogen peroxide increased nearly 20 times), the sensor exhibitd a linear response to human IgG in the concentration range from 1.5 μg/L-22 mg/L, and the detection limit was 0.1 μg/L), the regression equation could be expressed as Δi_p(μA) =2.8859c(mg/L)+17.152 with a correlation) coefficient of 0.9872. The immunosensor can be used to quantitatively determine hIgG in the sample) of human serum).

A novel simple, sensitive fluorescence immunosensing method based on aptamer-plasmid complex amplification was developed. This method utilized the specific recognition between antibody and antigen as well as aptamer-plasmid complex and the intercalation of fluorescence dye SYBR Green Ⅰ in the groove of duplex plasmid DNA in detection of Platelet-Derived Growth Factor BB (PDGF-BB). The immunoassay was performed in the microtiter wells in which rabbit anti PDGF-BB antibody was immobilized. The PDGF BB analyte was captured by the primary antibody and then sandwiched by the aptamer-plasmid DNA complex. The introduction of fluorescence dye SYBR Green Ⅰ allows for the detection of the sandwiched immunocomplex of antibody/anigen/aptamer-plasmid complex. Under the optimized conditions of salt concentration, ratio of aptamer to PUC19,and SYBR Green Ⅰ concentration, the proposed method offers a linear detection range from 0.2 μg/L to 200 μg/L with a detection limit of 0.1μg/L.

Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine in Intensive and Critical Care 2017;24(6):561-564
Parkinson's disease is an incurable disease, the various therapeutic methods can not completely prevent the development of the disease, and the early treatment can achieve the effect of delaying the progress of this disease. The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are explained by the theory of collateral disease, and the drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) guided by the theory may obtain satisfactory clinical therapeutic effect. The theory is a continuously deepening process to diagnose a disease from syndrome differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation, being consistent with the fundamental thought of TCM.
