6.Clinical value of electrocardiogram in risk stratification of patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome
China Medical Equipment 2016;13(12):85-87,88
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of electrocardiogram in risk stratification of patients with non-ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods: According to the change of electrocardiogram, 260 patients with non-ST segment elevation ACS were divided into four groups: ECG-undiagnosed group (n=22), T-wave inversion group (ST-segment depression group), ST-segment depression group (n=118) and normal electrocardiogram group(n=80). All patients were treated with conventional 18-lead electrocardiogram and troponin I(TnI)detection in the four groups. The incidence of cardiovascular events during and after hospitalization was observed. Results: The complex cardiovascular events and recurrent angina attacks in ST segment depression group increased significantly than that in normal ECG group. The difference was statistically significant (x2=5.723,x2=15.680;P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that TnI positive factors predict the independent value of composite cardiovascular events higher. Conclusion:The patients with ST segment elevation acute coronary syndrome can effectively carry out risk stratification by ECG ST-segment changes and TnI levels, and predict the cardiovascular events. It has higher clinical application value and independent predictive value of TnI positive.
7.The Ethic Reflection on Giving up Treatment in Ophthalmology
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
Giving up treatment in ophthalmology is common in our country. Financial difficulty is the main reason of abandoning treatment in ophthalmology. We should make every effort to deal with some patients with ocular diseases who had no light perception at all. Misdiagnosis and wrong therapy ought to be avoided as much as possible in our clinical practice. The giving up treatment of retinoblastoma is relatively common in our country at present time and its early diagnosis and early treatment is very important. Therapeutic giving up treatment is a new concept and eye doctors can make use of it in some special situations in that the disease can be treated effectively.

9.Review of Progress of PET SUV in Tumor Diagnosis
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(1):117-121
Whole-body PET-CT scanning has been used in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor to providing functional and morphological imaging. As the most widely used semi-quantitative analysis index, the cutoff value of SUV would affect the final diagnosis, therapeutic regimen and prognosis estimation. Therefore, the article reviews the influential factors of SUV, its correction methods, its cutoff values of differential various tumors and the progress of SUV. Although there is no acknowledged cutoff value of SUV in tumor diagnosis, SUV is still an important semi-quantitative index, and its rational and prudent use would increase both of the sensitivity and specificity in tumor diagnosis.
10.Research Progress on radiation levels and biological effects of PET-CT, SPECT and SPECT-CT subjects
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(3):141-146
PET-CT, SPECT, and SPECT-CT examinations could lead to inevitable medical exposure for patients, and the radiation dose of this examinations and whether it was harmful to patients have attracted attention from the public and professionals. At the same time, there was still a controversy about whether the biological effect of low dose radiation was useful to human body. The research investigates and reviews the radiation dose of PET-CT, SPECT, and SPECT-CT scans and their biological effects. Under achieved to the demands of clinical conditions, operators should try to reduce the radiation dose of PET-CT, SPECT, SPECT-CT scans for patients. Although PET-CT, SPECT, SPECT-CT scans deliver inevitable radiation, the dose of single examination will not lead to deterministic effect, and even the view of the random effect of linear no-threshold from these scans also have been questioned.
