Objective To provide research means for study of buccal cavity vitodynamics and design of optimized dental prosthetic restoration and prosthesis,give model for virtual surgery effectiveness analysis of the varied mandible surgery program.Methods A middle-aged man with normotrophic temporomandibular system was chosen and 123 widths of two-dimensional CT scan images were obtained through scanning his mandible by spiral CT scanner.The precise shaped mandible CAD mode was established through surface fitting by CATIA of three-dimensional spot-cloud transformed from two-dimensional CT images by image processing software,and the finite element model required for mandible surgery program was established by MSC.Patran.Results The full dentition mandible CAD models and three-dimensional finite element models were established.Conclusion The normal three-dimensional finite element mandible model can really reflect the geometrical feature of mandible and has good similarity to physical mandible and it can be used as a research means for biomechanical studies.The model can be also provided pre-operative designed quantitative method for the variety of mandible surgeries.

Objective To compare the humidification efficacy of sterile water-filled cup and sterile water-filled wa-ter reservoir on infant incubators,as well as bacterial culture of incubators . Methods Ten infant incubators in a neonatal intensive care unit were randomly divided into observation group and control group,incubators in observa-tion group were humidified through sterile water in single used cups,in control group were through water in water reservoirs ,humidified water,air in incubators,and object surface were performed bacterial culture 24 hours after the change of humidified water. Results The humidity in both groups achieved the requirement of >50% ;the qualified rate of bacterial culture of humidified water in observation group was significantly higher than control group (91.00% vs 74.00% ,χ2= 10.009,P= 0.002);bacterial count in observation group was significantly lower than control group([26.85±16.67]CFU/mL vs [37.20±15.28]CFU/mL,t= 4.577,P<0.001).The qualified rate of bacterial culture of air and surface of incubators in observation group were both significantly higher than control group (94.00% vs 85.00% ;98.00% vs 68.00% ,both P<0.05).Conclusion Water-filled cups can achieve the air humidification efficacy on infant incubators,reduce the growth of bacteria,and is helpful for preventing the occur-rence of healthcare-associated infection.

Objective To improve the freeze-dryer shelf temperature control effect.Methods The fuzzy-PID control algorithm that's adjusting the PID parameters in real-time in the control process,was adopted to control the shelf temperature,expecting to adapt the changing of process parameters of shelf.Results In the process of freeze-drying temperature control shelves,the shelf temperature static performance and dynamic performance were improved,and the effect of shelf temperature control was archived satisfyingly.Conclusion In the freeze-drying process,the process parameters of shelf are changed along with the drying time and the working environment.The conventional PID control is difficult to obtain satisfactory results.The fuzzy-PID controller,which can adjust PID parameters on real-time in the controlling process,be used in the shelf temperature control,and the result is satisfied.

Objective To summarize the experience of humane care on our voluntary blood donors.Methods From March 1,2017 to March 31,2017,281 blood donors were enrolled,called the intervened group,from the fixed blood donation street-spot to investigate their satisfaction and their willingness to donate blood again or not.Meanwhile,168 donors who were not intervened were also observed,called the control group.Results In the intervention group,182 were former blood donors,and 64.5％ of the respondents believed that the staff was more trustworthy than before.And 78.2％ of the respondents expressed that the communication ability with blood donors was better than before.The incidence of adverse effect of blood donation in the 281 donors was only 0.71％,and all of them were willing to donate again,which was better than the control group.Conclusion Humanistic care during voluntary blood donation is beneficial to improve the quality of service,the satisfaction of blood donation,and help retaining the blood donors.

Objective To analyse effect of dobutamine on C-reactive protein,D-dimer,BNP and blood gas analysis in children with neonatal pulmonary hypertension.Methods 46 patients who were diagnosed with neonatal pulmonary hypertension in our hospital were collected.All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 23 cases in each group.Control group was treated with sedation, maintenance of water electrolyte balance, blood pressure, anti-infection,experiment group was treated with dobutamine hydrochloride injection 5μg/(kg· min) intravenous infusion, continuous for 48 h on the basis of conventional therapy, after treatment,the levels of peripheral blood C-reactive protein, D-dimer and BNP and blood gas analysis effect were detected in all patients.Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the serum level CRP,D-dimer, BNP were lower in experimental group ( P <0.05 );the PaO2 and SpO2 levels were higher, the PAH level was lower in experimental group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion The dobutamine can significantly reduce the serum CRP, plasma D-dimer and BNP levels in children with neonatal pulmonary hypertension, reduce pulmonary hypertension.

OBJECTIVE： To observe the changes of insoluble particles of shuanghuanglian in quantity after mixed with benzylpenicillin,cefradine and dexamethasone in normal saline.METHODS： Using ZWF-4D particle counter,the number of insoluble particles in sizes of ≥ 2.0μ m,≥ 5.0μ m,≥ 10.0μ m and ≥ 25.0μ m was counted and compared before and after mixed with above-mentioned three drugs.RESULTS： The insoluble particles of Shuanghuanglian were obviously increased after mixed with benzylpenicillin,the particles in sizes of ≥ 5.0μ m,≥ 10.0μ m and ≥ 25.0μ m increased twice,23 and 94 times respectively.The insoluble particles were also increased after mixed with cefradine or dexamethasone,however,the increase rate was lower in comparison with that mixed with benzylpenicillin.CONCLUSION： Shuanghuanglian,used in combination with above-mentioned drugs,should be put into separate infusion bottle to avoid the increase of insoluble particles and ADRs.

Objective To investigate the prevalence rates of healthcare-associated infection(HAI)and antimicrobial use in a maternal and child health hospital,so as to provide reference for preventing and controlling HAI.Methods A cross-sec-tional survey on HAI prevalence of all hospitalized patients from 2010 to 2014 was conducted by combination of bedside ex-amination and medical record review.Results The prevalence rates of HAI in 2010—2014 was 3.29%,5.20%,3.97%, 3.93% and 3.73% respectively.HAI mainly occurred in patients at department of pediatrics (9.09%-12.96%),the major infection site was upper respiratory tract (50.00%-69.56%).Antimicrobial usage rate was 50.19%,41.40%, 23.40%,25.47% and 23.92% respectively,which decreased year by year (χ2 = 133.40,P <0.001 );antimicrobial prophylactic usage rate was as high as 57.38%-75.47%;single usage rate were all>95%.Conclusion Antimicrobial a-gents used by hospitalized patients showed a overall downward trend from 2010 to 2014.,but antimicrobial prophylactic us-age rate is high,management of antimicrobial agents should be strengthened.

Objective To introduce an improved technique of periareolar incision mammoplasty using gland flap suspending and contour line circum-contraction suturing. Methods Through the periareolar incision, dissection was conducted between the subcutaneous tissue and the glandular tissue to detach the skin flap tent from the gland cone. A vertical glandular flap was formed in the upper portion to suspend the gland, with the gland tissue partially excised medial and lateral to the vertical glandular flap. Continuous contour line circum-contraction suturing was made for 2～3 rounds step by step from the cone bottom to the plateau, i.e. the nipple areola level. The suturing proceeded alternately from the flap tent to the glandular cone. Finally, the skin was sutured along the areolar incision. Results Sixteen breasts of eight patients were operated on using the present technique, including 10 cases of macromastia and 6 of breast ptosis. Satisfactory results were achieved with pretty breast shape and inconspicuous periareolar scar. Conclusion The contour line circum-contraction suturing periareolar incision mammoplasty is an optimal choice for moderate macromastia and breast ptosis.
