Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(14):2097-2099
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of pterygium treated by grafting auto conjunctiva and amniotic membrane transplantation. Methods 82 patients with primary pterygium were selected, and the number of affected eyes was 97.The eyes were randomly divided into A group and B group.Grafting auto conjunctiva was used in A group after pterygium cut, while amniotic membrane transplantation used in B group. The situation of conjunctiva and cornea and the proliferation of artery and pterygium were observed. Results The mean time of epithelial healing time in A group (5.21 ± 1.08) d was significantly shorter than that (7.16 ± 1.57) d in B group (t =5.973,P <0.05).The relapse rate in A group was 2.04%,which was lower than 16.67% in B group (x2 =29.364,P < 0.05).Conclusion The relapse rate after pterygium cut in surgery could be reduced by grafting auto conjunctiva with cornea, and the speed of corneal wound repair could be accelerated. The effect was good, and it was worthy of clinical application.
2.Recent advances of thymic stromal lymphopoietin in respiratory tract infection
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):591-593
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP) is an epithelial cell-derived cytokine. TSLP exerts a profound influence on the polarization of dendritic cells and T helper2 cytokine production. TSLP also directly promotes T-cell proliferation in response to T-cell receptor activation and Th2 cytokine production. TSLP affects different populations of cells, indicative of the broad role of TSLP in the regulation of respiratory tract infected and inflammatory processes.

5.Guiding principles in developing community health service in the new century
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1998;0(11):-
Community health service in the new century has entered a new stage of development. To ensure the healthy advancement of community health service in the course of system building, the following guiding principles must be adhered to: spurring on system innovation with concept innovation and giving full play to the staying power of community health service; taking the introduction of the competition mechanism as the soul and unremitting impetus of innovation; persisting in the solution of problems accompanying advance and development with methods promoting development; taking the strategic readjustment of health resources as the main line of development; taking the attainment of a favorable external environment as the impetus of development; and sticking to a path of coordinated growth that stresses both quality and speed.
6.Evaluating about the effects of using health education for patients with family liquid transfusion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2006;0(15):-
Objective To make sure the effects of using health education for patients with family liquid transfusion. Methods Investigated 200 patients with family liquid transfusion by questionnaire, and then analyzed the datum which had obtained. Results In the different age group, the master rates of health knowledge were 94.62%, 90.75% and 85.00% before the health education. While, after the health education, the corresponding rates were 98.21%, 96.50% and 96.11%, the differences were significant,P
7.Effects of long-term administration of amlodipine on the intima-media thickness and the endothelium-dependent vasodilative function of carotid artery in elderly patients with hypertension
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2000;0(06):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of amlodipine on structure and function of atherosclerotic artery in elderly hypertensive patients. Methods The intima-media thickness(IMT) and the inner diameter of carotid artery at rest and overpressure of brachial artery as well as after sublingual nitroglycerin administration were measured with amlodipine by color Doppler ultrasonograms before and after long-term (36 months) treatment. The hypertensive patients (76 cases) were divided into 3 groups according to the value of IMT. Group A, n = 21, IMT +1s. Results The blood pressure was controlled to therapeutic aim and maintained stable after 8 weeks treatment with amlodipine. The carotid artery IMT of hypertensive patients was lowered significantly and the endothelium-dependent vasodilative function of common carotid artery was improved dramatically after 36 months therapy with amlodipine. The IMT and endothelium-dependent vasodilative function came up to normal standards in group A and approached the normal level in group B. Conclusions Amlodipine can improve the endothelium-dependent vasodilative function, retard or even reverse the progression of carotid artery IMT, when it lowers blood pressure stably.
