1.Study on the drying method of the luminal machine

Objective To investigate the method of the operation of the tube type,improve the drying efficiency,and control the occurrence of infection in hospital,reduce the energy consumption.Methods Devices with full automatic washing machine washing out the lumen of 600 pieces were divided into control group and two experimental group by random digital table method each group was 200 pieces,respectively,and using dumped water before drying,luminal devices placed in different position and different container among the three groups in 90 ℃ drying 30 minutes after lumen devices to compare the drying effect.Results At the dry temperature 90℃,the same drying time of 30 minutes,the rate of drying qualified of the experimental group 2 was 100.0% (200/200),which was higher than 82.5% (165/200) of the experimental group 1,the difference was statistically significant (x2=38.356,P < 0.05);and also higher than 21% (42/200) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2=261.157,P < 0.05).Conclusions The new drying operation method can improve the drying efficiency of the tube type,and control the risk of inffection in the hospital.
2.A preliminary study of spectral CT parameters in gastrointestinal stromal tumor risk classification

Objective To evaluate the value of spectral CT in risk classification of gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).Methods Forty-one patients with GIST were collected,including 1 3 in high risk,1 2 in medium risk,1 1 in low risk and 5 in very low risk. All of the patients underwent plain and triple phases contrast enhanced CT with spectral CT scanning mode.CT value of 70 keV monochromatic images,the slope of spectral curve and normalized iodine concentration (NIC)were measured and calculated.Then, data was correlated with the risk of GIST.Results ①The CT value of 70 keV monochromatic images was negative correlation in the arterial phase (r=-0.173),positive correlation in delayed phase (r=0.552),and no correlation in venous phase with the risk of GIST.②The slopes of spectral curves in delayed phase were significantly different in GISTs with the different risk (χ2= 6.641,P= 0.036).③The NIC values of GISTs with different risk were significantly different in the triple phases (F=3.646,χ2=6.046,F=57.233,P=0.035, P=0.049,P<0.001),and correlated with the risk of GIST (r=-0.564)in the delayed phase.Conclusion Quantitative paremeters of spectral CT imaging such as the CT value of 70 keV,the slopes of spectral curves and iodine concentration are valuable for the risk classification of GIST,and can be used as a preoperative reference.
3.MRI diagnosis of sellar germ cell tumors

Objective To explore the MRI features of germ cell tumors in sellar regions for better developing clinical treatment plans.Methods The imaging and pathologic findings of 44 sellar germ cell tumors were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 1 9 germinoma,most of which had clear boundaries,different extents of cystic necrosis and mild peritumoral edema.Lesions were significantly enhanced in contrast-enhanced MRI (CE-MRI).There were 8 cases with mature teratoma,most showed cystic-solid changes,presenting mixed-intensities on T1-weighted images and T2-weighted images.There were 1 1 malignant teratoma(im-mature teratoma and teratoma malformation ),however,there were more parenchymatous tissue in malignant teratoma than mature teratoma.Two yolk sac tumors showed uniform signals on T1-weighted images and T2-weighted images,significant enhancement on CE-MRI,and visibly higher AFP in serum.Two embryonal carcinomas had clear boundary,inhomogeneous intensities,visibly cyst-ic necrosis,median to servere peritumoral edema,the parenchyma showed significant enhancement in CE-MRI.The signals of two mixed germ cell tumors were not typical,which depended on the components within tumors.Conclusion The MRI features of germ cell tumors in sellar region are characteristic.
4.Cost-benefit analysis of paper-plastic packaging materials and medical non-woven fabrics

Objective To analyze the cost composition of paper-plastic packaging materials and medical non-woven fabrics applied in sterilization treatment packages in the supply room,in order to reduce health-care costs and medical costs and provide guidance for the control of nosocomial infection.Methods In Ningbo City Medical Treatment Center Lihuili Hospital,the single consumption cost composition and the total cost (retrospective material) of disposable medical non-woven packaging materials (bags for removing stitches) used from January 2014 to October 2014 and paper-plastic packaging materials (bags for removing stitches) used from January 2015 and October 2015 were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe single consumption cost of paper-plastic packaging materials (0.21 yuan) was lower than disposable medical non-woven packaging materials. The total cost of paper-plastic packaging materials used in the hospital from January 2015 and October 2015 was compared to the total cost of disposable medical non-woven packaging materials used in the hospital from January 2014 to October 2014. It was found that for paper-plastic packaging materials,the number of clinical small medical items (bags for removing stitches and bags for expanding stitching) was 5437 less than disposable medical non-woven packaging materials,when the number of patients entering and discharging from the hospital slightly increased. The total packaging cost saved 23025.3 yuan.Conclusions Not only can paper-plastic packaging materials reduce the loss of medical resources,reduce the workload,save expenses for hospitals and clinical departments,but also it has advantages in guaranteeing the medical quality and reducing the hospital infection risk. It realizes the double win situation of hospital economic benefits and social benefits.
5.Improvement of synthetic route of brivudine

This article summarizes and analyzes the reported synthetic routes of brivudine in patent and literature.2′-Deoxyuridine was employed as starting material, affording brivudine through iodization, heck coupling, hydrolysis, decarboxylation, bromination and recrystallization.After optimization of reaction conditions of each step, a synthetic route suitable for industrial production was achieved with simple synthetic process, high yield and excellent purity.
