Objective To investigate the clinical feature of painless myocardial infarction. Methods To retrospectively study the clinical data of 33 patients who suffered from painless myocardial infarction, and compare with that of typical acute myocardial infarction patients. Results There wash' t significant difference in gender(χ2 =1.63, P >0.05) and past history (χ2 = 4.88, P > 0.05) ,the time from visit to diagnosis (t = 1.44, P > 0.05) between painless myocardial infarction patients and typical acute myocardial infarction patients. But there was significant differ-ence in the age (χ2= 5.72, P < 0.05), the visit time (t = 30.98, P < 0.05), and the prognosis (χ2 = 32.17, P <0.0 ). Conclusion Patients with painless myocardial infarction have diverse clinical manifestations. They are usu-ally aged and delayed in seeking treatment and at last have a bad prognosis.

Objective To study the preventive effect of high-dose immuno-chemotherapy on the recurrence and metastasis of renal cell carcinoma(RCC). Methods Overall 18 patients with RCC(13 men and 5 women;mean age,56 years,range,37 to 78 years) underwent radical nephrectomy.These cases were assigned to 2 groups.①Immuno-chemotherapy group included 13 cases (10 men and 3 women),whose tumor stages were T 1 (1 case),T 2 (8) and T 3(4).They were treated with high-dose subcutaneous interleukin-2(IL-2) in combination with interferon-?(IFN-?) and venous infusion 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) 10 days after operation.②Control group included 5 cases (3 men and 2 women),whose tumor stages were T 1(1 case),T 2(3),T 3(1).They didn’t receive immuno-chemotherapy.The immuno-chemotherapeutic courses consisted of IL-2 (8?10 6 U,3 times/w,weeks 1 and 4;4?10 6 U,3 times/w,weeks 2 and 3);IFN-? 6?10 6 U,3 times/w,weeks 2,3,6 and 7;9?10 6 U,3 times/w,weeks 5 and 8);and 5-Fu (1000 to 1250 mg,once a week,weeks 5 to 8).Such therapeutic cycle could be repeated at 3-month intervals.Follow-up was conducted with hemogram,hepatic and renal function,ultrasonography of liver and kidney,chest X-ray every month after treatment.Long-term outcomes for these patients were analyzed. Results Follow-up of 60 to 87 months was carried out after 1 to 4 therapeutic cycles(mean,1.9 cycles) in the 13 cases of immuno-chemotherapy.Of them,12 cases experienced cancer-free survival.Only 1 case had metastasis in thigh bone 43 months after operation.No severe side effects occurred.5 cases in control group were found with metastasis in 3 to 14 months after operation.The mean survival of control group was 12.8 months (range,6 to 21 months). Conclusions Immuno-chemotherapy with high-dose subcutaneous IL-2 in combination with IFN-? and venous infusion of 5-Fu is safe and effective in prevention of the recurrence and metastasis of RCC.

Objective To investigate the method of the operation of the tube type,improve the drying efficiency,and control the occurrence of infection in hospital,reduce the energy consumption.Methods Devices with full automatic washing machine washing out the lumen of 600 pieces were divided into control group and two experimental group by random digital table method each group was 200 pieces,respectively,and using dumped water before drying,luminal devices placed in different position and different container among the three groups in 90 ℃ drying 30 minutes after lumen devices to compare the drying effect.Results At the dry temperature 90℃,the same drying time of 30 minutes,the rate of drying qualified of the experimental group 2 was 100.0％ (200/200),which was higher than 82.5％ (165/200) of the experimental group 1,the difference was statistically significant (x2=38.356,P ＜ 0.05);and also higher than 21％ (42/200) of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (x2=261.157,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The new drying operation method can improve the drying efficiency of the tube type,and control the risk of inffection in the hospital.

[Objective]To explore the individual characteristics and mental health of nurses in psychiatric section,surgery,internal and obstetrics and gynecology.[Method]Take 16PF for measurement,make individual recognition analysis to the evaluation.[Result]Compare psychiatric nurses to surgery,internal,obstetrics and gynecology nurses,their individual characteristics show low factors G and H,and low Q2 compared to surgery,obstetrics and gynecology;low O compared to obstetrics and gynecology,low Q4 compared to internal nurses.[Conclusion]Nurses’ mental feature is concerned with their work markedly.

Objective To optimize the measurements of glycosylated hemoglobin and urine trace albumin based on the response surface methodology .Methods 60 cases of patients with diabetes were enrolled .All the patients were collected 3 mL fasting blood and 6 mL urine in the morning .The simple factors experiment was taken in different maintain temperatures and times .Based on the Box-Behnken design principles ,the temperatures and times were as the factors influencing .The response surface methodology was proceeding centered on the condition that the maintain temperature was 4 ℃ and the maintain time was 3 d .Results The best tem-perature for save urine and blood was 4 ℃ and the best time was 1 d .In this condition ,the measured value of glycosylated hemoglo-bin and urine trace albumin were mostly closed to the ideal value .Conclusion Using the response surface methodology ,the measure condition of glycosylated hemoglobin and urine trace albumin can be optimized .

Objective To detect the expression of chemoattractant receptors, CXCR4 and formyl peptide receptor (FPR), in rat glioma cell line C6 and to explore their relation to tumor differentiation and angiogenesis. Methods The expression of CXCR4 and FPR by C6 cells were detected with immunocytochemistry. The differentiatial degrees were also detected to analyze the relationship of chemoattractant receptors with angiogenesis and malignancy of glioma. Results C6 cells were of a long spindle shape, expressing high level of vimentin but relatively low level of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP). C6 cells were positive for CXCR4 and FPR in the cytoplasm and strongly positive for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Conclusion C6 cell line is poorly differentiated and highly expresses chemoattractant receptors CXCR4 and FPR, both of which might be related to the angiogenic potentials.

ObjectiveTo investigate the establishment of a rat model of orthotopic liver transplantation with more complete and easier performance of graft perfusion and easier control of warm ischemic time. MethodsA modification of Kamada two-cuff method was used. Cold perfusion of donor livers was done through the (ascending) aorta. Suture anastomosis of suprahepatic vena cava was performed. Infrahepatic vena cava and (portal) vein anastomoses were done by the cuff technique. The bile duct was anastomosed with internal stent. The non-heart-beating donor(NHBD) graft model of orthotopic liver transplantation in rats was thus (established).ResultsThe survival rate of recipients grafted from NHBD with perfusion of ascending aorta was 95% (38/40) for 1 day and 85.5% (35/40) for 7 days. ConclusionsThe livers of NHBD as grafts harvested with perfusion through ascending aorta had more complete and homogeneous perfusion, perfusion was easier to perform and warm ischemia time was more accurately controlled. The one-week posttransplantion (survival) rate was longer than that reported in the literature.

Objective To evaluate the effect of tiotropium on pulmonary function in patients with mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty mild to moderate COPD patients were divided into tiotropium group and control group with 40 cases in each group,the treatment period was 12 weeks.Patients in both groups after one week washout period,patients inhaled cleaning 0.9％ sodium chloride.Two to 12 weeks of treatment period,patients in tiotropium group were given tiotropium bromide inhalation powder capsules (18 μ g/grain),administered morning a daily times; patients in control group continued inhalation of 0.9％ sodium chloride.The pulmonary function was assessed before treatment and on 6 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results After successive 12 weeks' treatment,the pulmonary function in tiotropium group were significantly enhanced.The inspiratory capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity were increased (0.43 ± 0.15),(0.17 ± 0.11) and (0.41 ± 0.14) L,respectively; significantly higher than that in control group [(0.10 ± 0.12) L,(0.01 ± 0.05) L and (0.05 ± 0.12) L],respectively; there were significant differences (P＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reaction and the occurrence rate of COPD acute attack (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary function was signifcantly improved in patients with mild to moderate COPD treated with tiotropium 18 μ g once daily.
