ObjectiveTo study the state of depression emotion,personality and quality of life of patients with digestive system tumor undergoing chemotherapy, and the correlation of depression emotion with personality and quality of life.MethodsUsing cross-sectional survey methodology, 261 digestive system tumor patients were investigated by schedule table SDS, EPQ-RSC and EORTC QLQ-C30. These cases were also used to study the correlation of depression emotion with personality and quality of life.ResultsThe digestive system tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy investigated had a high score in depression than domestic norm, and the incidence of depression of these cases was 19.5％.The cases were divided into two groups(the depression group and the non-depression group). There were significant differences in N and P dimensionalities of personality and in physical function, role function, cognitive function, emotional function,and overall well-being, fatigue, economic difficulties, nausea and vomiting, pain, insomnia, loss of appetite,constipation and diarrhea. There were various degrees of difference in depression, personality and quality of life.ConclusionsDepression, personality and quality of life are closely related in digestive system tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy. The medical staff should pay more attention to the patients quality of life and personality to make a better nursing intervention and improve their quality of life.

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of botulinum toxin type A injection in the treatment of upper facial dynamic wrinkles.Methods:A total of 35 patients with upper facial dynamic wrinkles treated in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2016 were selected as research objects.All the patients were treated with botulinum toxin type A.The excellence rate of 30min after treatment,3 d after treatment and 7 d after treatment were evaluated and compared.The facial wrinkles severity index of the patients were evaluated by the facial wrinkles scale (FWS),and the differences of the FWS index before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 6 months after treatment were compared.The adverse reactions,like upper facial tension,fatigue and local injection of ecchymosis after treatment were observed and compared.Results:The excellence rate of the patients after treatment of 30 min,3 d and 7 d were gradually increased.The excellence rate of the patients after treatment of 3 d and 7 d were significantly higher than that of after treatment of 30 min,and the excellence rate of the patients after treatment of 7 d were significantly higher than that of after treatment of 3 d (P＜0.05).The FWS index of the patients after treatment of 4 weeks and 6 months were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and the FWS index of the patients after treatment of 4 weeks were significantly lower than that of 6 months after treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,only 4 patients had slight discomfort and all of these symptoms were disappeared after 3-4 days,there was no effect on their normal work and life.Conclusion:Botulinum toxin type A injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect in the treatment of patients with upper facial dynamic wrinkles,can maintain tor a long time,and also has good safety,it is worthy clinical application.

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of botulinum toxin type A combined with plastic operation of pouches on patients with eye skin relaxation and its impact on patients' satisfaction,and to provide reference for clinical application.Methods:A total of 60 patients with eye skin relaxation,who were treated in Baoji Central Hospital from June 2015 to June 2016,were selected as subjects and divided into control group (n=28) and treatment group (n=32) according to the patients' choices.The patients of control group were treated with plastic operation of pouches,while the patients of treatment group were treated with botulinum toxin type A combined with plastic operation of pouches.The two groups were followed up for 6 months.The improvement of crow's feet,the relief of pouches and the improvement of eye skin gloss of the patients after operation were observed and recorded.The incidence of complications were also observed.At the end of the follow-up,the satisfaction degrees of the patients were investigated with the self-made questionnaire.Results:After treatment,the improvement rate(100％) of crow's feet of the treatment group was significantly higher than that(60.71％) of the control group;the improvement rate (96.88％) of pouches of the treatment group was significantly higher than that (32.14％) of the control group;the improvement rate (87.50％) of eye skin gloss of the treatment group was significantly higher than that (53.57％) of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (all P＜0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of incision swelling,small amount of secretions and small hematoma between the two groups (P＞0.05),the operation eye swelling and incision bruises outer canthus in the control group were more than those in the treatment group (P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate [93.75％ (30/32)] of the treatment group was significantly higher than that[67.86％ (19/28)] of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Botulinum toxin type A combined with plastic operation of pouches in the treatment of eye skin relaxation has a better efficacy and safety,which can significantly reduce the incidence of operation eye swelling and incision bruises outer canthus,and improve patients' satisfaction rate.It is worthy of clinical application.

Objective :To properly understand the bacterial distribution and susceptibility to antibiotics in thesinus of nasal sinusitis. Method:The mucosal and secretione in sinus were taken from 135 patients who sufferedwith single nasal sinusitis, by functional endoscopic sinus surgery, were cultured for bacteria. Meanwhile the an-timicrobial susceptibility was determined for ordinary antibiotics. Result: The bacterial growth was present in88.15 % of cases ,mixed bacterial growth was present in 52.10 % of all bacterial ,anaerobe growth was present in39.06％00 of all bacteria． the susceptibility to penicillin was in 53.12%0 of all bacteria and cefaolin was in 87.50%.The susceptibility to metronidazole was in 94.67 % of all anaerobes. Conclusion:We think the method that peni-cillin in combination with streptomycin and metronidazole, sufameth oxazole united with metronidazole, cefaolinadded metronidazole were effective in nasal sinusitis treatment before the antimicrobial susceptive examinationhad been done.

Objective To analyze the clinical application of HLA donor specific antibodies (DSAs) detected by Luminex single antigen beads,and to discuss the impact of early intervention on renal function.Method In 64 cases of living-relative renal transplantation,DSA was detected using a Luminex single antigen assay before and after transplantation.The positive recipients were given large doses of intravenous irnmunoglobulin (IVIG) and increased doses of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF).The relationship between DSA and renal function was analyzed.Result DSA was negative in all recipients before transplantation.Ten cases of DSA positive recipients were found in HLA mismatch after transplantation.After the intervention,two cases of DSA positive recipients became negative,immunofluorescence intensity was decreased by more than 50％ in 6 cases,and no significant reduction was found in the other two cases.Antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) occurred in two cases of intervention ineffective recipients after 3 to 6 months and the renal function was impaired.Conclusion Dynamic monitoring of DSA using Luminex single antigen beads may timely predict changes of renal function.Early application of large doses of IVIG and increasing doses of MMF can reduce the incidence of AMR.

Objective To determine the clinicopathologic characteristics and prognostic factors that may be used to predict the poor outcome of patients with borderline ovarian tumors. Methods All cases with borderline ovarian tumors treated in the West China Second University Hospital from January 2001 to June 2007 were analyzed retrospectively for elinicopathologic features, treatment parameters and outcome of treatment. Univariate and multivariate analyses were used to assess independent prognostic factors using the logistic regression model. Results The median age of 234 patients was 40. 1 years with a range of 14 to 80 years. There were 101 (43.2%), 94 (40.2% ) , 19 (8.1% ), 12 (5.1%) , 8 (3.4%) cases of serous, mutinous, mixed, endometrioid and clear cell tumors, respectively. Out of 234 cases, 182 (77.8%) underwent laparotomy and 45 ( 19.2% ) underwent laparoscopy. Seven women underwent laparoconversion. Fertility sparing surgery was performed on 119 cases (50.9% ) and radical surgery was performed on 115 cases (49.1% ). Totally 161 (68.8% ) patients had stage Ⅰ , 19 ( 8.1% ) had stage Ⅱ, 54 ( 23.1% ) had stage Ⅲ, and none had stage Ⅳ disease. Sixty-four women received postoperative chemotherapy. The median follow-up was 40 months with a range of 8 to 78 months. Recurrence was found in 26 cases (11.1%) during follow-up, and no tumor-related death was reported. The logistic regression model showed that surgery procedure ( OR=2.304, P=0.024), cyst rupture ( OR=2.213, P=0.038 ), stage ( OR= 4.114, P<0.01 ), microinvasion ( OR=2.291, P=0.046) and peritoneal implants ( OR=2.101, P = 0.016) were the five independent prognostic factors affecting recurrence. Conclusions Although patients with borderline ovarian tumors have an excellent prognosis, the risk of recurrence remains in some patients. Emphasis should be put on these patients with high risk factors and preventive strategies should be taken to prevent their progression.

Fibrosis refers to the final outcome of damage in multiple-type tissue and the imbalance of tissue repair especially in the process of chronic inflammatory response diseases.Fibrosis can occur in various organ tissues.Its continuous progression may lead to organ dysfunction and failure,which is a huge threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant therapeutic effects in preventing and treating fibrosis.Due to its characteristics of multiple components,pathways,and targets,it has become a hot research topic in the field of fibrosis.Astragali Radix,a Chinese medicinal for supplementing qi,is the root of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus Hisao or Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.It has the effects of replenishing qi and elevating yang,generating fluid and nourishing blood,expelling toxin and draining pus,astringing sore and promoting granulation.It has found that Astragali Radix contains many chemical components such as polysaccharides,saponins,and flavonoids,which have good anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.Astragali Radix can effectively intervene in the fibrosis process of multiple organ tissues such as the heart,kidney,liver,and lung.Therefore,this article reviews the anti-fibrotic effects and mechanisms of Astragali Radix and its chemical components,hoping to provide ideas and references for the development and utilization of Astragali Radix.

OBJECTIVETo establish an HPLC method for determining the contents of scopolamine hydrobromide, atropine sulfate, ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Zhichuanling oral liquid.

METHODAgela Durashell RP-C18 (4. 6 mm x250 mm, 5 microm) was adopted, with acetonitrile-sodium phosphate buffer solution (0. 07 mol L-1 sodium phosphate solution with 17.5 mmol L-1 sodium dodecylsulfate adjusted to pH 6.0 with phosphoric acid solution) (30:70) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 9 mL min -1, the detection wavelength was 207 nm, and the column temperature was 25 degree C.

RESULTScopolamine hydrobromide, atropine sulfate, ephedrine hlvdrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed good linear relations with peak areas within the concentration range of 0. 021 21-1. 060 5 pg (r =0. 999 3) , 0. 011 14-0. 557 microg (r = 0. 999 6) , 0. 200 56-10. 028 microg (r =0. 999 7) and 0.070 33-3. 516 5 gg (r =0. 999 6), respectively, with the average recoveries of 101.9% , 99. 80%, 100. 3%, 100. 2% (n=6).

CONCLUSIONThe method was so quick, simple, highly reproducible and specific that it could be used as one of quality control methods of Zhichuanling oral liquid.

Based on a pair of specific primers, a 804-bp fragment was amplified from the plasmid pT-Cap containing Cap gene of Porcine Getah Virus(PGETV) and cloned into the prokaryotic expression vector pCold I which carried the His tag, this recombinant plasmid was then determined by enzyme digestion, PCR and DNA sequencing. This recombinant plasmid pCold-Cap was transformed into E. coli Rosetta 2, and PGETV Cap fusion protein was expressed through IPTG induction. The results showed that the Cap gene obtained efficient and soluble expression in Rosetta 2 induced by 0. Immol/L IPTG under 15"C for 24h, the expression quantity was 40. 2%. The product had a molecular mass about 32. 3kD as expected. The target protein was separated in gel slices and used to immunize Balb/c mice. The polyclonal antibody with high titer against Cap protein specifically analyzed by Western blot was obtained. The successful preparation of the polyclonal antibody laid the foundation for the further study on the detection and identification of PGETV.
