4.The progress of study on human CD5+B cells
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2001;14(3):241-243
CD5+ B cells are derived from early stage precursors independently on bone marrow. It is an important subtype of B cells. Abnormalities of number and function of CD5+ B cells are found in several kinds of autoimmune diseases and B lymphocyte malignancies. Recently, the abnormalities are also found in AIDS,hepatitis, schizophrenia and the regeneration of liver cells, which indicates that CD5+ B cell may have extensively clinical significance.
5.Application of Trihexyphenidyl in Dystonia in Children with Cerebral Palsy (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(10):919-921
Dystonia is common in children with cerebral palsy. It can cause motor dysfunction, and is frequently associated with altered speech articulation, abnormal swallowing, and excessive drooling. Although trihexyphenidyl (Artane) is an anticholinergic agent with a long history of use in the management of dystonia in adults, information is limited regarding the use of trihexyphenidyl in children. This study reviewed the clinical experience of the use of trihexyphenidyl in children with cerebral palsy for dystonia, with special emphasis on benefits and tolerability.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(05):-
Objective To summarize the ruptured types, operational ways and therapy effect for rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm. Methods The operational cured 55 cases with aneurysm of aortic sinus were retrospectively analysed. Results There were 46 cases of right aortic sinus aneurysm, 45 cases among them rupture was peretrated into right ventricle, one rupture was peretrated into right atrium;there were null aneurysm of aortic sinus, 5 cases among them ruptured into right atrium, 2 cases ruptured into right ventricle; 2 cases of left aneurysm of aortic sinus, ruptured into left ventricular. There were 24 cases with ventricular septal defect, 32 cases with aortic valvular imcompetence, 6 cases with other diseases, 8 cases complicated with infective endocarditis. All cases underwent operational treatment, one patient who had severe left heart failure and huge left ventricle before operation died from refractory arrhythemia after operation, another who had severe infective endocarditis, and patients with cardic function degree Ⅳ were died from low cardic output syndrome, others were better. Conclusions The right aneurysm of aortic sinus were the most types, and it always ruptured into right ventricle; It suggests that it is important for aneurysm of aortic sinus should be operated as early as possible in order to avoid losing the chance of operation, particular in the patients complicated with infective endocarditis .

Objective To determine platelet count (PLT),mean platelet volume (MPV),and hemodynamic changes in patients with cir-rhotic portal hypertension (CPH)post splenectomy plus pericardial devascularization (SPPD),and to assess the surgical effect on coagula-tion function. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 83 CPH patients undergoing SPPD in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2012.Results Compared with preoperative levels, postoperative portal venous pressure decreased, blood flow was reduced, and portal vein diameter was significantly reduced;additionally, postoperative hepatic artery diameter was increased, and hepatic artery blood flow increased.Blood alanine aminotransferase, albumin, total protein, and fibrinogen levels, thrombin time, and MPV did not significantly change 30 days postoperatively versus 7 days preoperatively(P>0.05 );the corresponding total bilirubin, activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time relatively declined(P<0.05),whereas PLT and prothrombin time activity increased(P<0.05).There was a significant increase in PLT (P<0.05)but no significant change in MPV 30 days postoperatively versus 7 days preoperatively (P>0.05). Conclusion SPPD can significantly improve liver functional reserve and coagulation function in patients with CPH.

As a kind of mature non-invasive brain stimulation technology, transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) has shown sig-nificance in clinic. Recently, DCS has been applied over the scalp to the spinal cord, named transcutaneous spinal direct current stimulation (tsDCS), that may modulate the spinal cord tracts and spinal cord loop electrical activity at segmental level, and may benefit in the treatment of chronic pain and motor dysfunction after injury of nervous system. This paper reviewed physiological effects, safety considerations and potential clinical applications of tsDCS.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(06):-
Objective To assess the role of dynamic-enhanced MR angiography (MRA) by comparing with DSA and CT arterial portography (CTAP).Methods Sixteen patients with liver diseases (mainly HCC) were included in the study. All patients underwent dynamic MRI of the liver using SENSE, digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and CTAP within two-week. MRA was reconstructed from raw data. The arterial phase of the modified MRA was compared with DSA for the evaluation of hepatic arteries and the portal phase compared with CTAP. In dynamic MRI, a fixed dosage (20 ml) of contrast medium and scan timing were used. Results The main branches and variations of the hepatic arterial system were well displayed on the dynamic-enhanced MRA, although the distant intrahepatic branches were showed poorly. Portal veins on MRV were showed as well as or even superiorly to CTAP. In addition, the inferior vena cava (IVC) was well demonstrated on MRV in most cases. MRV revealed 1 vascular variation which was not found on DSA and CTAP.Conclusion The dynamic-enhanced MRA using SENSE was a effective modality in demonstrating the hepatic vascular system. It may be a first choice modality in preoperative evaluation of orthotopic liver transplantation.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose:To study the expression of CK19 and CK2 0mRNA in peripheral blood patients with FRGO Stage ⅠA to ⅡA cervical carcinoma and to investigate its clinical significance. Methods:Using the reverse transcription polymerase chain reacti on(RT-PCR),CK19 and CK20mRNA expression was examined in peripheral blood fro m 250 patients with early cervical carcinoma before operation,50 Patients with benign gynecological tumors and 18 healthy volunteers. In 250 patients, possible correlations between clinical pathological factors were analyzed. Results:The positive expression rates of CK19 and CK20mRNA were 36% and 24% in 250 cervical carcinomas respectively,in comparison with 3.0% an d 0% with benign gynecological tumors and all subjects in healthy volunteers wer e negative; The expression of CK19 and CK20 mRNA were significantly correlated w ith lymph vascular space involvement, but was not associated with prognostic fac tors including stage, differentiation, pathological types ,lymph node metastasis ,bully tumor size . In patients with CK19 mRNA(+)/CK20 mRNA(+),the rate of lymp h node metastasis and vascular space involvement and recurrence outside the pelv is was significantly higher than that of patients with CK1R mNA9(-)/CK20 mRNA(- )(P
