Objective To study and analyze the effect of small dose dexamethasone on the prevention of throat pain at perioperative period of thyroid tumor resection. Methods 112 cases with thyroid cancer treated by resection in Wenling hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected as the study subjects which were divided into the study and the control group. The control group were given saline by intravenous injection, The study group were given small dose of dexamethasone intravenous injection. The preventive effect of postoperative throat pain and postoperative blood glucose level were compared between the two groups. Results Statistical analysis showed that the postoperative VAS score in the study group was better than that in the control group. The blood glucose level in the study group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Perioperative treatment with small doses of dexamethasone is excellent for patients with thyroid tumors treated with resection. It can help patients prevent postoperative sore throat and has excellent application value and is worthy of clinical promotion.

CD5+ B cells are derived from early stage precursors independently on bone marrow. It is an important subtype of B cells. Abnormalities of number and function of CD5+ B cells are found in several kinds of autoimmune diseases and B lymphocyte malignancies. Recently,the abnormalities are also found in AIDS,hepatitis, schizophrenia and the regeneration of liver cells, which indicates that CD5+ B cell may have extensively clinical significance.

Toxoplasmosis is an infectious disease which affects both human and animals.It distributes all over the world and makes great harm to human beings.In recent years,the morbidity of toxoplasmosis in our country increased because of contacting with pets.Toxoplasmosis has no specific clinical manifestations and responds well to correct treatment.In order to raise clinicians' notice to toxoplasmosis,this article will review the disease from the aspects of etiology,epidemiology,clinical manifestation and experimental diagnosis.

Cyclophilin A（CyPA） is a cytoplasmic protein which binds to immunosuppressive drug—cyclosporin A and possesses peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase activity. CyPA incorporated into virions through interactions with the Gag polyprotein in the life cycle of human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) and its incorporation is essential for viral infectivity. This review discussed the function of CyPA in replication of HIV-1 virion and the usefulness of these studies for anti-HIV therapies.

The X protein (HBx) of Human hepatitis B virus (HBV) acts as an indirect transcriptional transactivator to regulate the expression of many viral and cellular genes, as well as playing a critical role in pathogenesis and the development of Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Here we described the biological effects of HBx in association with four cellular factors, including inflammatory factors (COX-2 and iNOS), oncoprotein (Ras), and a newly identified tumor suppressor (YueF). The characteristics of these effectors, which might be associated with hepatocellular carcinoma, are also discussed.

Background:Psychological factor plays an important role in the pathogenesis of functional gastrointestinal disorders. Depression,anxiety may share the pathogenesis with irritable bowel syndrome( IBS),therefore,more and more attention has been paid to anti-depression and anti-anxiety in the treatment of IBS. Aims:To evaluate the effect of addition of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on IBS with depression and anxiety. Methods:Sixty IBS patients with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Patients in control group were given live combined Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules and trimebutine maleate,while paitents in treatment group were received flupentixol and melitracen tablets in addition to the above-mentioned medicine. Treatment course was 8 weeks. Hamilton depression scale,Hamilton anxiety scale and symptom score were evaluated before and after treatment. Results:Compared with control group,depression and anxiety in treatment group were obviously improved(P<0. 05);the relief rates of abdominal pain and diarrhea were significantly increased( P <0. 05 );and the total symptom score were significantly decreased(P<0. 05);the total effective rate was significantly increased(93. 3% vs. 76. 7%,P<0. 05). However,no significant difference in incidence of adverse reaction was found between the two groups. Conclusions:Additon of flupentixol and melitracen tablets can significantly improve the curative effect on IBS with depression and anxiety.

Objective To observe the effect of intravenous administration of dexamethasone on airway complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). Methods 66 patients who were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Wenling hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were divided into the control group and the observation group, 33 cases in each group. The control group were injected with saline 2 mL and the observation group were received dexamethasone 10mg by intravenous infusion. The incidence of complications and complications were observed in the two groups at different times after treatment. Results At 1 hours, 4 hours, 12 hours and 24 hours after extubation, the differencesof the incidence of sore throat and throat pain degree between the two groups was not statistically significant. Conclusion Dexamethasone intravenous administration has no obvious effect on reducing airway complications after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of the thrombus aspirated catheter (DIVER~(TM)) in primary PCI for acute myocardial infarction. Methods Seventy four AMI patients with total occluded infarct-related coronary artery(IRA)and intra-coronary thrombus from March 2005 to April 2006 were divided into two groups according to admission time and the treatment they received. After the 0.014 in BMW coronary wire crossed the lesion, the thrombus aspirated catheter (DIVERTM) was advanced over the wire to the lesion and continuously aspirated 2-3 times until the thrombus disappeared and stents were directly implanted in patients in group A (n=36) admitted from December 2005 to April 2006. Routine PCI applied in patients in group B (n=38) admitted from March 2005 to December 2005. Sirolimus eluting stents were implanted in both groups. The artery re-opened rate, no-reflow rate and the rate of major adverse cardiac events during hospitalization and 6 months after discharge were compared between two groups. Results Coronary arteriography showed the artery re-opened rate was 100% in both groups. The rates of no-reflow and major adverse cardiac events during hospital stay were significantly lower in group A than those in group B (2.78% vs 21.05% and 2.78% vs 10.53% respectively,P

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention management mode on the use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)injection in oncology department of hospital. METHODS:Simple random sampling method was conducted to col-lect 1 457 discharged medical records used PPIs injection in oncology department of our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013(be-fore intervention)and 793 records from Jan. to Dec. 2014(after intervention). The utilization of PPIs injection before and after ad-ministrative intervention,technical intervention and information management was compared. RESULTS:After comprehensive inter-vention,the utilization rate of PPIs injection in oncology department of our hospital decreased from 62.59%(before intervention) to 60.70%,without significant difference(P>0.05). There were significant differences in the proportion of PPIs injection’s con-sumption amount in total medical costs and per capita consumption amount before and after intervention(P<0.05);the utilization rate of Lansoprazole for injection increased from 19.70%(before intervention) to 34.68%,and the Omeprazole for injection de-creased from 34.45%(before intervention)to 25.60%,with significant differences(P<0.05),while there were no significant dif-ferences in the utilization rate of Pantoprazole for injection and Esomeprazole for injection(P>0.05). The proportion of irrational use of PPIs injection decreased from 73.99%(before intervention)to 55.86%,among which,the proportions of no indications of medication,repeated administration and too long duration decreased from 40.01%,17.09% and 26.90%(before intervention)to 32.41%,9.08% and 18.03%,with significant differences(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the proportion of inappropriate dose selection before and after intervention (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Comprehensive intervention manage-ment mode can improve the clinical utilization of PPIs injection in oncology department of our hospital to some extent,but the irra-tional use of PPIs injection in our hospital is still not optimistic,which needs further improve intervention to promote its clinical rational use.
