Objective To investigate the impacts of sirolimus (SRL)on the survival time of graft and the differentiation and proliferation of regulatory T cell (Treg ) of spleen in mouse heterotopic heart transplantation model. Methods Male BALB /c → C57BL/6 mice cervical heterotopic heart transplantation model was established by Cuff method. The mice were divided into 3 groups randomly with 10 mice in each group. The control group received no treatment of special medicine after operation. Mice in SRL group were gavaged with SRL 10 mg/(kg·d)at 1-14 d after operation. Mice in ciclosporin (CsA)group were gavaged with CsA 30 mg/(kg·d) at 1-14 d after operation. The survival time of cardiac grafts were recorded. The spleen was procured after asystole of cardiac graft or 14 d after operation. Mononuclear cells were isolated and the proportion of CD4 +CD25 +Treg in CD4 +T cell (CD4 +CD25 +Treg%)were detected by flow cytometry and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR)was used to examine the expression of Foxp3 messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA ) semi-quantitatively. Results Compared with the control group, the survival time of cardiac grafts prolonged significantly in SRL and CsA group (all in P <0.01 ),but no significant difference was observed between SRL and CsA group (P>0.05 ). Compared with the control group,CD4 +CD25 +Treg% significantly decreased in the spleen of CsA group and significantly increased in SRL group (all in P<0.01 ). And significant difference was observed between SRL and CsA group (P<0.01). Expression of Foxp3 mRNA of T lymphocyte in the spleen of SRL group was significantly higher than those in control and CsA group (P<0.01). And expression of Foxp3 mRNA in control group was significantly higher than that in CsA group (P<0.01 ). Conclusions In mouse heart transplantation model,SRL can prolong the survival time of graft and promote the proliferation and growth of CD4 +CD25 +Treg to facilitate the establishment of immune tolerance.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2014;39(6):612-617
OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the value of multi-slice CT angiography (MSCTA) in the diagnosis of super mesenteric artery (SMA) and super mesenteric vein (SMV), and discuss the 3D reconstruction method for detecting mesenteric vessel lesions.
METHODS:
Thirty-three patients suffering from mesenteric vessel diseases were analyzed. There were 14 SMA lesions, including 9 thromboses, 3 dissecting aneurysms, 1 pseudoaneurysm, and 1 malrotation. There were 19 SMV thromboses. The 3D reconstruction included volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), and multi-planner reformation (MPR).
RESULTS:
The lesions appeared clear by MSCTA in the 33 patients. The SMA thrombosis was shown clear in the MIP in all 9 patients, and only 4 of them were detected in the VR. There was significant difference between MIP andVR in detecting SMA thrombosis (P=0.0294). Three dissecting aneurysms were best shown in the MPR; 1 pseudoaneurysm and 1 malrotation were clearly manifested in the VR. The thrombosis of SMV was clearly shown by both MIP and MPR in all 19 patients. Collateral vessels were clearly shown in the MIP in 12 patients; the collateral vessels were detected by VR only in 5, and the other 7 failed to show the collateral vessels. There was significant difference between the MIP and the VR in showing lateral collateral vessels (P=0.0046).
CONCLUSION
Both lesions of SMA and SMV can be detected by MSCTA. MIP is an ideal reconstruction method for SMA thrombosis and collateral vessels around the SMV.

Objective:
To explore the current status related to behavioral problems among children and adolescents aged 12-16 years old in Guizhou Province, China, and to provide a reference for timely prevention and intervention measures.
Methods:
To capture different economic development levels, a multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used. A total of 3 217 children and adolescents aged 12-16 years old from six middle schools and six primary schools in Guiyang, Duyun, Kaili City from Guizhou Province participated in this study. The Achenbach Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and a self designed questionnaire were administered between August and December 2021.
Results:
The overall detection rate of behavioral problems among the students was 16.60% , and the rate was 14.41% and 18.62% among male and female students, respectively. The results of the Logistic regression analysis showed that good peer relationships ( OR=0.25, 0.16, P <0.05) were associated with a lower risk of behavioral problems in children and adolescents. However, the following factors were associated with an elevated risk of behavioral problems: nonparents as the main caregivers( OR = 1.44 ); children s daily screen time was 1-2 h ( OR =1.47) or more than 2 h( OR =2.75); children who had no sports hobbies( OR = 1.36); father parenting for doting or neglect( OR =1.85, 2.01); maternal parenting for doting( OR = 2.12 ); father had bad life habits( OR =1.69); father and mother were occasionally sick( OR =1.30, 1.38)( P <0.05).
Conclusion
Behavioral problems among children and adolescents in Guizhou Province is related to children s unhealthy living habits and various factors in the family environment. It is suggested that families, schools and relevant functional departments give full play to their own advantages and take comprehensive measures to prevent the occurrence of behavioral problems among children and adolescents.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2019;28(3):280-283
Objective To compare high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) ablation effect on uterine fibroids between patients with different uterus positions. Methods The clinical data of 372 patients with symptomatic uterine fibroids, who were treated with HIFU at authors' hospital, were retrospectively analyzed. According to the position of the uterus, the patients were divided into anteverted group, mid-position group and retroverted group. Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the baseline data of fibroids and HIFU ablation results between each other among the three groups. Results Successful HIFU treatment was accomplished in all patients. The average age of the patients was (39±6) years. Single factor analysis of variance indicated that no statistically significant difference in baseline data of fibroids existed between each other among the three groups (P>0.05) . The one cm3 sonication time and energy efficiency factor (EEF) in the anteverted group were significantly smaller than those in the retroverted group, the differences were statistically significant (P =0.007 and P =0.017 respectively) . Conclusion Uterine fibroids within an anteverted uterus are more likely to be ablated by HIFU.
7.Relationship among psychological resilience, parental control, and behavioral problems in junior high school students in Guizhou Province
Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(5):689-692
Objective:
To investigate the relationships among psychological resilience, parental control, and behavioral problems in middle school students, aiming to provide evidencebased recommendations for the prevention and intervention of behavioral issues in middle school students, as well as for the development of related policies.
Methods:
A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 2 745 participants from three cities in Guizhou Province with different levels of economic development from August to December 2021. The Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Parental Control Questionnaire, and Psychological Resilience Questionnaire were administered to junior high school students and their parents. A network analysis method was employed to construct a network analysis model of factors influencing behavioral problems.
Results:
The detection rate of behavioral problems among junior high school students in Guizhou Province was 22.62%. The scores for psychological resilience (goal focus, emotional control, positive cognition, family support, and interpersonal assistance) and proactive inquiry in behavior control were higher in the group without behavioral problems than in the group with behavioral problems. Scores for psychological control (inducing guilt, with drawing affection, and asserting authority) were higher in the group with behavioral problems than in the group without behavioral problems, with statistically significant differences (t=9.80, 17.76, 6.21, 12.20, 13.18, 6.28, 11.58, 11.10, 10.74, P<0.05). The network model showed that among the same variable factors, the strongest connection weight was between inducing guilt and withdrawing affection, with a weight of 0.79. Between different variables, there were negative correlation between behavioral problems and psychological resilience (goal focus, emotional control, positive cognition, family support, interpersonal assistance) and behavior control (proactive inquiry, behavioral restraint) with correlation coefficients (r=-0.25, -0.42, -0.16, -0.31, -0.33, -0.17, -0.03, P<0.05), respectively. There were positive correlation between psychological control factors (inducing guilt, withdrawing affection, and asserting authority) and behavioral problems (r=0.29, 0.27, 0.27), and a negative correlation between these psychological control factors and psychological resilience factors (goal focus, emotional control, positive cognition, family support, interpersonal assistance)(r=-0.53--0.13)(P<0.05). The strongest connection weight was between withdrawing affection and family support, with a connection weight of -0.53. Family support was an important bridge symptom connecting the entire behavioral problem network model, with a high centrality.
Conclusions
The detection rate of behavioral problems among junior high school students in Guizhou Province is relatively high. Assisting adolescents in establishing a supportive family environment facilitates the cultivation of their psychological resilience, thereby mitigating the occurrence of behavioral problems.
