Objective To sum up experience and lessons in the reform of the property rights of state-owned enterprises and explore policies and measures appropriate for reform in the property rights of the medical and health system. Methods Such methods as retrospective analysis, literature search and two-level data collection were used to gather relevant information and then comparisons were made of the major differences in the reform of the property rights of public hospitals and state-owned enterprises with regard to external environment, internal structure, reform progress, and changes in property rights. Results Due to the unique features of the medical and health industry, reform in the property rights of public hospitals proved to be different from that of state-owned enterprises, with the former displaying specific characteristics in the mainstay of competition, development of the elements market, and rules and manners of competition, all of which must be handled carefully. Conclusion Improvement of the external environment of competition ought to be the focus of reform in the property rights of public hospitals.

Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are toxic pollutants that exist extensively in the environment. Microbial degradation is the main pathway of PAHs eradication in natural environment and therefore is of importance to investigate. Advancement has been made in recent years regarding the PAHs molecular degradation mechanisms in bacteria. In this review, we summarized some of the research progresses in microbial PAHs biodegradation pathways (including salicylate pathway and protocatechuate pathway), key enzymes (nah-like, phn, phd, nid and nag) and genes involved. Emphasis was given on naphthalene and phenanthrene which were often used as the representatives of PAHs. It is likely that the new information will promote further research and applications of microbial PAHs biodegradation technology.

Artificial intelligence not only has massive data storage capacity and powerful data analysis capability, but also can simulate human consciousness and thinking patterns using language recognition, image recognition, natural language processing and other technologies. At present, artificial intelligence has been integrated into every field of society, especially played an important role in the healthcare field of China. In this paper, the relevant literatures published in recent years about artificial intelligence in the healthcare field of China were reviewed and sorted, and the hotspots of artificial intelligence research were analyzed. The main application scenarios of artificial intelligence in this field were investigated and analyzed by classification and statistics. Finally, some challenges faced by artificial intelligence in promoting the healthcare of China were discussed and corresponding suggestions were proposed.
