Objective To establish rat models with pulmonary artery hypertension induced by monocrotaline(MCT) and to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue. Methods Seventy male Wistar rats were randomly devided into three group:control group(n=10),50 mg?kg-1 MCT group(n=30),60 mg?kg-1 MCT group(n=30).At two weeks and four weeks after injected intraperitoneally with MCT(injected intraperitoneally with equal normal saline in control group),the right ventricular systolic pressure(RVSP)and right ventricle weight/left ventricle+septum weight [RV/(LV+S)] ratio were measured.Hematoxylin-eosin staining and orcein technique were used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue and pulmonary arterioles'medial thickness. Results Two weeks or four weeks after MCT administration,RVSP in 50 mg?kg-1 MCT group was higher than that in control group(respectively 36.6 mmHg?5.1 mmHg,39.1 mmHg?7.0 mmHg versus 26.1 mmHg?3.8 mmHg,both P

Objective To study the significance of leptin and its receptor(OB-R) in the occurrence and development of pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH) induced by monocrotaline(MCT).Methods Fifteen SD rats were divided into the control group(n=5) and two experimental groups(n=10).The experimental groups were intraperitoneally injected by MCT for constructing the PAH model and the control group was injected by the same dose of solvent groups. The venous blood was extracted at 2,4 weeks after MCT injection in the two experimental groups. The mean pulmonary artery pressure(mPAP) and right ventricular hypertrophy index(RVHI) were measured and then the lung tissue was removed. The pathological change of lung blood vessels was observed. The expression of serum leptin was detected by ELISA.The expression of OB-R in lung tissue was tested by Western blot. Results Compared with the control group,mPAP and RVHI in the experimental groups were significantly increased(P<0.05);the expression levels of serum leptin and lung tissue OB-R were increased significantly(P<0.05),moreover,which were positively correlated with mPAP(r=0.912,P<0.05;r=0.861,P<0.05).Conclusion Leptin and OB-R may play an important role in the occurrence and development of PAH induced by MCT.

Objective Starting from the actual numbers of health personnel of tertiary public hospitals of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors on the allocation of human resources and obtain a prediction model. Methods The balanced panel data from 517 Tertiary Public TCM Hospitals in the period of 2011-2020 were collected, and the two-way fixed effects model was used to empirically analyze the impact of scale, demand and other factors on the actual number of health personnel in these hospitals.Result The number of beds is a key factor affecting the human resource allocation of Public TCM Hospitals, and various factors such as de-mand,policy,price,efficiency,and administrative management also have significant impacts on the allocation. The demand for outpatient services, government financial support, and efficiency of resource utilization are all promoting factors, while the increase in human resource prices, income generation efficiency, and administrative manage-ment levels have negative effects.A prediction model is proposed. Conclusion The planning principle of matching bed numbers with human resources allocation is in line with the actual environment. When predicting the total personnel allocation or authorized strength, various factors should also be fully considered, which can provide reference for the formulation of human resource policies in Public TCM Hospitals.

Objective To improve clinical technique of nursing students by introducing multimedia teaching software of digital intravenous infusion technology into teaching process. Methods A total of 50 nursing students who were chosen by convenient sampling in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from May 2016 to July 2016 were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method. Students in control group received traditional teaching method, while observation group studied multimedia intravenous infusion technology under the guidance of teachers. Successful rate of first puncture, single operation time, related knowledge as well as patients' pain were compared between the two groups. Results Success rate of venipuncture of the observation group was higher than that of the control [91% vs. 81%; χ2=7.72;P=0.009]. Single operation time, score of related knowledge of the observation group were (3.10±0.88)s, (96.40±1.71) points compared to those of the control group(4.60±1.07)s,(92.20±2.74)points(t=-3.42, 4.11;P<0.01). Score of patients' pain of the observation group was less than that of the control group[(3.30±0.82) points vs.(4.30±1.06)points; t=-2.36;P=0.030]. Conclusions The development and application of the software makes the simulation operation closer to clinical practice for nursing students.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the bidirectional regulation of acupuncture based on a subgroup analysis of multicenter randomized controlled trial of acupuncture with
METHODS:
A total of 519 patients were included in the analysis, including 137 patients with constipation type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C) (92 cases in the acupuncture group and 45 cases in the polyethylene glycol [PEG] group), and 382 patients with diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) (252 cases in the acupuncture group and 130 cases in the pinaverium group). The patients in the acupuncture group were given acupuncture at Baihui (GV 20), Yintang (GV 29), Tianshu (ST 25), Shangjuxu (ST 37), Zusanli (ST 36), Sanyinjiao (SP 6) and Taichong (LR 3) once every other day, 3 times a week. The patients in the PEG group received polyethylene glycol 4000 powder orally, and the pinaverium group received pinaverium bromide tablets orally. All were treated for 6 weeks. The IBS symptom severity score (IBS-SSS) was assessed at baseline, treatment period (2, 4, 6 weeks of treatment) and 12 weeks of follow-up, and the IBS quality of life (IBS-QOL) score was evaluated at the baseline period, 6 weeks of treatment and 12 weeks of follow-up.
RESULTS:
The total IBS-SSS scores of the two groups of IBS-C patients at 2, 4, 6 weeks of treatment and follow-up of 12 weeks were lower than those in the baseline period (
