Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2016;32(9):1189-1193
Hydroxytyrosol ( 3 , 4-dihydroxyphenyle-thanol) presents in olive leaves and fruits with an ex-ceptional antioxidative activity. As a promising func-tional food ingredient, hydroxytyrosol shows many bio-logical activities, including preventing cardiovascular diseases, protecting retinal pigment epithelial cells, preventing osteoporosis, and improving the cognitive a-bility. According to the research progress in recent years,we have summarized the biological effect and the metabolism of hydroxytyrosol in this review.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effect of fuzhengyangyingtang (FZYYT) on bone marrow proliferation in aplastic anemia (AA) mice. Methods AA mice models were set up according to Yaojun descriptive method, and then were randomly divided into FZYYT group, CsA group, FZYYT+CsA group, and AA group, each group containing 10 animals. 10 healthy mice served as control. The former three groups were fed with FZYYT, CsA and FZYYT+CsA, respectively, and the last two groups were fed with normal saline. After fed 10 days the changes in hemoglobin(Hb), platelet, BMNC and bone marrow hematopoiesis tissue volume were determined. Resutls Hb, platelet, BMNC and bone marrow hematopoiesis tissue volume obviously increased in groups FZYYT and CsA compared with AA group, and were the highest in group FZYYT+CsA. Conclusion The results indicated that FZYYT was effective in the treatment of AA.

Objective To research a new algorithm to get the relative pose parameters of spacecraft during the final approach phase of spacecraft rendezvous and docking(RVD).Methods The method was based on the shape of five non-coplanar points and the model of the pinhole, and the conception of 3D reconstruction was employed. For the shape of the mark was known, the 3-D shape of the cross-mark was reconstructed based on the single visual system, and the closed-form algorithm for relative pose parameters of spacecraft was given. Results The algorithm had been validated by the mathematical simulation, and the precise results of the relative pose parameters were calculated. Conclusion The simulation results show that the algorithm is rather simple and with relative accuracy.Furthermore it is meets exact the need in real time.

BACKGROUND: Adipokines are secreted by adipose tissue, including a series of cytokines and chemokines. Additionally, adipokines have been found to play certain roles in pro- and anti-inflammatory regulation. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the regulatory effect of various adipokines in the inflammatory process of autoimmune response and immune diseases, thus providing the strategy for controlling and treating autoimmune diseases and searching effective indexes for assessing disease development, incidence of complications and prognosis. METHODS: CNKI and PubMed databases were retrieved for the articles addressing the role of adipokines in autoimmune diseases published from 1986 to 2016 using the keywords of adipokine, autoimmune in English and Chinese, respectively. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Adipose tissue plays a critical role in metabolism regulation, and its effect on the immune system has emerged through a series of studies concerning adipokines regulating immune response. Adipokines exert various functions, and regulate metabolism and inflammation. In the development and occurrence of autoimmune diseases, some factors for immune responses remain unclear, and in-depth studies on adipokines will be helpful for lifting the veil of autoimmune diseases.

Objective To investigate the changes of uveoscleral pathway by an I1 receptor agonist, moxonidine, and with pretreatment of antagonists topical administration, and to study the mechanism that moxonidine improves uveoscleral outflow. Methods Moxonidine was administered unilaterally and topically to rabbits and with pretreatment of the antagonists, namely, prazosin, yohimbine and efaroxan.FITC-BSA,a tracer agent, was injected into the anterior chamber after moxonidine treatment or with pretreatment of the antagonists.Frozen sections were undertaken at different time points between 2 to 10 h.Fluorescence intensity was observed in the sites of uveoscleral pathway in the sections by fluorescence microscopy. Results Bilateral fluorescence intensity treated with moxonidine was more intense than that with placebo, and the most intense regions of fluorescence were ciliary body and superchoroidal space.Fluorescence intensity by prazosin pretreatment was not significantly different compared to that by moxonidine, while yohimbine and efaroxan pretreatment decreased the intensity compared with moxonidine(P

Objective To investigate the effect of Treg cells and Th17 cells on the pathogenesis of SLE in patients with SLE,by detecting levels of serum IL-10 and IL-17 in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods Selected 54 patients with SLE diagnosed in Suzhou Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2013 to July 2015 as subjects, and 19 healthy persons were selected as control group.Using double antibody sandwich method (ELISA) to detect the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in two groups.Using indirect immunofluorescence and western blot method to detect ANA,dsDNA,RNP,Sm,SSA and SSB in patients with SLE.Then compared and correlation analysed the level of IL-10 and IL-17,the levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in ANA,RNP,Sm,SSA and dsDNA groups were analyzed simultaneously. Results The level of IL-10 and IL-17 in SLE were 63.7±89.0 pg/ml and 87.7±123.0 pg/ml,and control group were 20.8±8.9 pg/ml and 18.5 ± 111.6 pg/ml,with the statistically significant difference (trL10 =3.484,tIL-17 =4.076,P<0.01).The level of positive group in SLE were 176.5±93.2 pg/ml and 237.2±107.5 pg/ml,and negative group were 16.2±5.7 pg/ml and 12.9 ±8.3 pg/ml,with the statistically significant difference (tIL-10 =6.875,tIL-17 =8.843,P<0.01).The level of IL-10 was positively correlated with IL-17 level in SLE (r=0.96,P<0.05).The level of IL-10 and IL-17 in ANA high titer group were 91.8±100.8 pg/ml and 135.5±140.9 pg/ml,ANA low titer group were 44.5±76.7 pg/ml and 54.4±98.5 pg/ml,with the statistically significant difference (tIL10 =2.215,tIL-17 =2.345,P<0.05).The level of IL-10 and IL-17 in anti ds-DNA antibody positive group were 87.1 ± 101.1 pg/ml and 122.4 ± 137.1 pg/ml,negative group were 27.4± 50.1 pg/ml and 28.6 ± 61.6 pg/ml,with the statistically significant difference (tIL-10 =2.904,tIL-17 =3.443,P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-10 and IL-17 were significantly increased and there was positive correlation. It was explained that the anti-inflammatory and pro-inflammatory response existing at the same time in SLE patients and Treg cell and Th17 cell may also play an important role in the occurrence and development in SLE.
