Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative disease of the central nervous system, and its pathogenesis is very complex.As a large number of microorganisms in the human digestive tract, intestinal flora is the important environmental factor in the process of human health and disease.The brain-gut axis is a bidirectional information regulation system which connects the brain and the gastrointestinal.The intestinal microbes can participate in the brain-gut axis activity, and influence the brain function and some related behaviors under physiological and pathological conditions.Recent studies have shown that intestinal microorganisms are closely related to AD, and they interact with each other through immune, endocrine and vagal pathways to form complex networks.Many reports have shown that probiotics or traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the state of intestinal microflora and improve AD symptoms.Therefore, in order to provide a new research idea and method for the clinical prevention and treatment of AD, it is necessary to further study the interaction between intestinal microbes, traditional Chinese medicine and AD.

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the inhibitory effect of HPSE AS-ODN on the invasiveness of human Hep-2 cell lines. METHODS HPSE AS- ODN which was complementary with initiation codon region of HPSE mRNA was designed and synthesized. After embedded by cation lipofectin, it was transfected into Hep-2 cells of human laryngocarcinoma. The expression of HPSE protein and HPSE mRNA in Hep-2 cell lines were detected by flow cytometry and RT- PCR. Meanwhile Matrigel invasive assay was used to measure the inhibitory effect of HPSE AS-ODN on the invasiveness of human Hep-2 cell lines. Objective:To study the diagnosis value of Transcranial Doppler ultrasound for intracranial artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 140 patients with acute cerebral infarction,transient ischemic attack and posterior circulation ischemic attack in Department of Neurology,Xinjiang cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected as research object,CT angiography (CTA) and TCD detection were performed in all patients.Used CTA examination results as the gold standard,the detection results of intracranial artery stenosis in two groups were compared,the diagnostic value of TCD and the diagnostic results of TCD to the degree of bilateral middle cerebral artery (MCA) stenosis were analyzed.Results:CTA diagnosis showed that 140 patients had a total of 105 patients with intracranial artery stenosis,in the anterior and posterior circulation vessel of 1155 intracranial segments,CTA detection showed that 249 vessels were narrow,TCD detection showed that 236 vessels were narrow.Com-pared with CTA,TCD was better in the diagnosis of patients (Kappa value>0.75).The diagnostic sensitivity and positive predictive value of TCD for MCA were the highest,which were 91.26% and 93.07%,the consistency was the best (Kappa value =0.917).CTA detection showed that 210 MCA vessels had 103 stenoses,mild stenosis 17,moderate stenosis 41,severe stenosis 45,TCD detection showed that the stenosis was 101,mild stenosis 16,moderate stenosis 40,severe stenosis 45.The Kappa test showed that the diagnostic results of TCD to the degree ofMCA stenosis was better consistency compared with CTA (Kappa value=0.884.Conclusion:TCD has a high diagnostic value for cerebral artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction,and it is consistent with the diagnosis of CTA.
6.Extracorporeal shock wave therapy for treatment of heel pain

To explore the therapeutic efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave (ESW) for persistent heel pain.A total of 98 patients of persistent heel pain were randomly divided into ESW treatment and control groups (n =49 each).Treatment group had ESW while control group received infrared physical therapy.And their visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were assessed.After one course of treatment, VAS heel pain and function scores were (39.6 ± 6.2) and (25.1 ± 4.6) in ESW group versus (32.3 ± 6.5) and (17.4 ±7.2) in control group.And before treatment, (16.5 ±4.6) and (14.4 ±8.6), (16.1 ±4.7) and (14.6 ± 8.4) respectively.Heel pain significantly decreased with functional improvement (all P < 0.05).After one course, the effective rate was 65% (32/49) in treatment group.And the improvement rate of 31% (15/49) was better than control group [27% (13/49) and 63% (31/49)] (all P < 0.05).ESW treatment of persistent heel pain was more efficacious than physical therapy and it could be applied clinically.
7.Prevalence and genotypes of Chlamydia psittaci in pigeons in Jilin Province, Northeastern China

Chlamydia psittaci is a causative agent of psittacosis,which can infect a wide range of hosts including birds and humans.However,information regarding C.psittaci infection in pigeons is scarce.In the present study,a total of 399 fecal samples from pigeons were collected from Jilin Province,northeastern China,between March and May 2015,and examined by nested PCR amplification of outer membrane protein A (ompA) gene.The overall Chlamydiosis prevalence was 5.01% (21/399),with 3.19% in Changchun City and 9.40% in Jilin City.Furthermore,breed was the major risk factor associated with Chlamydia infection in pigeon,boiler pigeons had a prevalence of 7.49%,whereas no C.psittaci was detected in racing pigeons.Sequence analysis of the ompA gene revealed that all the identified isolates represented C.psittaci genotype B.Our results firstly indicated the presence of zoonotic C.psittaci in boiler pigeons in Jilin Province,northeastern China,and effective measures should be implemented to reduce the risk of C.psittaci transmission from pigeons to humans.

BACKGROUND:Excessive lateral pressure syndrome is often associated with lateral retinacular tension and radiographic patel ar tilt. CT scan displayed that lateral retinacular release can effectively correct patel ar tilt. OBJECTIVE:To study the effect of arthroscopic lateral retinacular release combined with intraosseous dril ing and decomposition in the treatment of excessive lateral pressure syndrome. METHODS:Thirty-two patients with excessive lateral pressure syndrome were treated by arthroscopic lateral release combined with intraosseous dril ing and decomposition. The Lysholm scoring system was used to evaluate the treatment effect. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The mean duration of fol ow-up was 12 months. After 1 month, pain of al patients was released or disappeared;after 1 year, pain of 26 cases disappeared basical y. Lysholm scoring system assessment showed 20 cases were rated as excellent, six cases were as good, four cases were as fair and two cases were as poor. The excellent and good rate was 83.6%. The patients’ subjective satisfaction rate was 92.8%. The results indicate that arthroscopic lateral release combined with intraosseous dril ing and decomposition is a good method to treat excessive lateral pressure syndromewere. It has the advantages of less trauma and rapid recovery. Patel ar decomposition has a good effect in the treatment of patel ofemoral pain associated with patel ar tilt outward and lightens articular cartilage degeneration without damage to patel ar cartilage surface.
9.Purity Determination of NaNO_2 and Assessment of Uncertainty

Objective To determine the purity of sodium nitrite(NaNO2) using in stray light standard substance which was applied to check semiautomatic clinical chemistry analyzer.Methods Titration was used to determine the purity of NaNO2,the uncertainty of the purity was assessed,and a parallel test was used to validate the uncertainty.Results The purity of NaNO2 was 99.81%,and its uncertainty was 0.86%.Conclusion The uncertainty of the purity passes the validation,it shows that the purity test is credible,and its uncertainty assessment is logical.
10.The Expression of Calcium-Sensing Receptor in Human Osteoarthritis Cartilage

Objective To investigate calcium-sensing receptor (CaSR) expression level in osteoarthritis (OA) carti-lage,and the relationship with OA pathogenesis thereof. Methods The degenerated human cartilage of distal femur and proximal tibia came from 5 patients with OA underwent total knee replacement surgery. The tissue specimens were stained by HE. According to the Collins histological grading standards, articular cartilage degeneration was classificated in speci-mens. Eight HE slices of Collins grade 0 were used as normal cartilage group. Eight HE slices of Collins gradeⅡwere used as degeneration cartilage group. The CaSR expression levels detected by immunohistochemical staining technique were com-pared between two groups. Results Expression of CaSR was detected in osteoarthritis cartilage. The expression intensity of CaSR was significantly lower in normal cartilage group than that of degeneration of cartilage group (score:1.63±0.95 vs 3.52± 0.78,t=8.99,P<0.05). Conclusion The activation of CaSR is associated with the degeneration of articular cartilage.
