Objective To research the combined prognostic utility of NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI in NSTE-ACS risk stratification and early intervention therapy .Methods A total of 245 NSTE-ACS patients were divided to 4 groups(Aa ,Ab ,Ba ,Bb groups) ac-cording to immediate admission NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI .Patients were accepted percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) ,coro-nary artery bypass grafting and conservative treatment were taken 6 months follow-up .Results The heart failure incidence of Aa group was significantly higher than Ba group(P<0 .05) .6 patients happened left main lesion or multivessel lesion in Aa group were obviously higher than other groups .The incidence of Bb group accepted PCI was obviously higher than Aa group (P<0 .05) .Bb group patients were accepted PCI earlier than other groups ,there was no significance(P>0 .05) .In 6 months follow-up ,5 patients died and 10 patients accepted revascularization again because of severe angina and AMI .Conclusion In NSTE-ACS patient ,NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI elevation was closely related with severe coronary lesions and worse prediction ,which could undergo early in-tervention therapy .

Objective To identify the genetic variants of WNK4(with no K=lysine kinase)gene in Kazak population in Xinjiang province,to determine whether the WNK4 gene intron 10 polymorphism iS associated with essential hypertension(EH)and to investigate the distribution of genotype and allele frequencies of WNK4 gene. Methods One hundred and ninety-one patients with EH and 173 normal blood pressure controls were included in the study to assess the contribution of polymorphism of WNK4.Direct DNA sequencing was performed to identify the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)in 16 SUbjects with EH and 16 subjects of normotension(NT).Then the polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP)method was used for the detection of WNK4 genotype. Results One SNP located in the 10 intron of WNK4 (1156666 base of chromosome 17)was found in the Kazak population. The genotypes of the variants were found to be in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.GG,AG,AA genotypes were 88.0%,11.0 oA,1.0%in the EH group and 91.9%,8.1%,0%in the NT group, respectively. The frequencies of genotype and allele in EH group were not significantly different from NT group in Kazak population. Conclusions It suggests that the intron 10 polymorphism of WNK4 gene might be not associated with hypertension in Kazak population.

It is one of the key points for modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicines to construct the Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) base of Chinese materia medica (CMM).GAP helps to minimize contamination and improve the quality of CMM during the plantation and the production of Chinese crude drugs. In this article, the status and development of CMM production bases of GAP in Guangdong Province,China, are presented. The suggestions upon the problems during the development of GAP for Chinese crude drugs are also provided.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of the integration pattern of hospital-community on the grade-based management for hypertension in elders.
METHODS:
We randomly chosen 218 (male, n=121; female, n=97) primary senile hypertension patients from a Community Health Service Center of District in Changsha City, from June, 2013 to December, 2013. Based on the risky factors, the subjects were divided into three groups and every group received grade-based management on blood pressure with a integration pattern of hospital-community for six months. According to the HILL-BONE high blood pressure compliance scale and the self- designed blood pressure monitoring form, we assessed the effect of compliance and blood pressure control on senile hypertension patient.
RESULTS:
Hypertension treatment rate for the elders ranged from 22.9% to 88.1% (P<0.01). The levels of blood pressure of the subjects were significantly decreased compared with baseline. The level of diastolic blood pressure in the low, average, high and very high-risk group was decreased by 17, 20 and 23 mmHg, respectively (P<0.01). The level of systolic blood in the low, average, high and very high-risk group was decreased by 6, 5 and 7 mmHg, respectively (P<0.01). The compliance rate of HILL-BONE hypertension rose from 54.5% to 87.4% (P<0.01).
CONCLUSION
The integration pattern of hospital-community with the grade-based management for hypertension significantly improved the senile hypertension control rate and compliance of drug treatment. The rational for drug usage rate rose obviously. The integration pattern of hospital-community with the grade-based management for elders deserves to spread.
