1.Research Progress on Clinical Application of Probiotics in Neonates
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(14):-
Probiotics are a class of colonization in the intestine to maintain a balanced intestinal flora and stimulate the mucosal immune tissue, have a major impact on the intestinal mucosal immune beneficial microbial communities.Neonatal development due to their own reasons, have low immune function, intestinal function is not sound, fewer bacterial species and so on.In this paper, probiotics on neonatal intestinal immune regulation, probiotics and neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis, feeding intolerance in premature children, newborn diarrhea, neonatal jaundice, allergic diseases, the safety of probiotics will be reviewed, including the clinical application and research progress of probiotics in neonates.Designed to enable the general pediatrician a better understanding and application of probiotics,so that such drugs more rational clinical application.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(11):102-104
Objective To investigate the intelligence development status of the low birth weight infants and its influence factors. Methods The intelligence developments of 135 low birth weight infants aged 6-30 months were investigated using Bayley Scales of Infant Development, and the self-development influential factors were analyzed with questionnaire. Results The average of MDI was 86.76±18.95 in 135 infants,of which the detection rate of MDI<80 points accounted for 17.8%and the detection rate of PDI<80 points accounted for 29.6%;birth weight of infant, age, the degree of parents, culture and feeding way had significant effects on MDI in infants;age and birth weight had significant effects on PDI in infants. Conclusion The development level of infants is influenced by multi-factors. More attention should be paid to reduce premature and low birth weight infants, improve the degree of parents' culture, advocate breastfeeding and conduct early intervention in order to assure the intelligence development of infants.

Objective To investigate the effect factors and the relationship of diagnostic system efficiency as soft copy reading with medical LCD.MethodsThirty chest images were selected from PACS on-line.Three of high, mid and low-experienced radiologists interpreted the images on different types of displays independently.Design four display levels based on five factors influencing diagnostic system efficiency, including view distance (0.3 m,0.6 m,0.9 m,1.2 m),monitor resolution ( 1 MP,2 MP,3 MP,5 MP),illuminant level (50 Ix,100 Ix,200 lx,400 lx),view angle (0°,15°,30°,45°) and angle of negative effect light (0°,30°,60°,90°).Three indices of misdiagnosis frequency, diagnosis time and frequency of unable to recognize were analyzed.Orthogonal experimental design and software SPSS 13.0 were used to analyze the results. Results The indices were much different for different factors at different levels.According to the index of average misdiagnosis frequency, extreme difference value of view angle was the lowest (1.4) and angle of negative effect light was the highest (5.0).Extreme difference value of view distance, monitor resolution and illuminant level were 2.9,2.8 and 2.5,respectively.ConclusionsThe order of different factors influencing diagnostic system efficiency is as follows: angle of negative effect light, view distance, monitor resolution, illuminant level and view angle.
