BackgroundThere are a lot of studies about the wound healing charateristics of cornea after SBK with femtosecond laser. In our study, mechanical microkeratome was preferred for corneal flap.We observed the proliferation of keratocytes by investigating the myofibroblast ( MF) activity. Objective The study was to compare the morphologic and histological changes in the cornea after sub-Bowmans keratomileusis ( SBK) with photorefractive keratectomy ( PRK) and laser in situ keratomileusis ( LASIK)by investigating the express of transforming growth factor-β( TGF-β)and α-smooth muscle actin( α-SMA)and to investigate the wound healing characteristiCs of cornea after SBK.MethodsTwenty-seven adult New Zealand white rabbits were randomly assigned into group A,B and C.SBK waa performed on the right eyes of each rabbit in group A,LASIK for group B and PRK for group C.All the left eyes were used as the normal control group.Histological examinations by light microscopy were performed on day 7,1 months,3 months after surgery. The expression of α-SMA and TGF-β and the number of activated MF were assessed by immunohistochemiatry.ResultsIn SBK group, corneal epithelium cells proliferation around the wound was seen and the numbers of active fibroblasts were increased after surgery. The expression of α-SMA or TGF-β around the corneal flap and the corneal 8troma started at day 7 postoperatively and peaked at 1 months and decreaaed around the corneal flap and the corneal 8troma started at day 7 postoperatively and peaked at 1 months and decreaaed t3mnh.TFβep( SBK:t=2.226,2.158,2.330,P<0.05;PRK:t=4.745,6.524,6.293,P<O.05).The numbersof activ( SBK:t=2.226,2.158,2.330,P<O.05;PRK:t=4.745,6.524,6.293,P<0.05).The numbersof activatedMFs were different fromLASIKstatisticallytoobetweenSBKgroupandPRKgroup ( SBK:t =4.439.5.692,4.175,P<0.05 ; PRK:t=6.330,6.723,5.267,P<0.05 ).Theα-SMAand TCF-βexpressionsin SBKgroupwerelessthan PRK group but more thanLASIKgroup( TCF-β:t =4.691,5.527,t =4.399,P<0.05 ; α-SMA:t =9.637.10.282,8.197,P<0.05).The numhers of MFs in SBK group was less than PRK group before 3 months and were same at 3 months ( t =5.188,4.529,P<0.05 ).Conclusions ComparedwithconventionalLASIK,SBKcanup-regulatethe expression of α-SMA.TGF-β,activated MFs in the corneal flap.which enhance corneal biomechanics and promote healing. However, most of the disadvantages caused by wound healing in SBK still remain compared to PRK.

Journal of Modern Laboratory Medicine 2015;(1):137-139
Objective To observe the change of the sera lipid profiles in patients with chronic hepatitis B Virus (HBV)infec-tion.Methods Sera from 254 patients suffered from liver disease were collected and divided into four groups according to the severity of the disease (71 of Cirrhosis;80,46,51 of Light,Moderate and Highly severity of the chronic HBV infection, respectively).Sera of 59 healthy patients were collected as control. The concentrations of their sera lipids (CHOL and TG), lipoprotein (HDL and LDL)and apolipoproteins (ApoA-I and ApoB)were determined and compared. Results Compared to the control group, the levels of the CHOL,TG,HDL,LDL,ApoA-I and ApoB were varied in degree in the chronic HBV in-fection group and the cirrhosis group. For the highly severity group and the cirrhosis group, statistics analysis showed de-creased and significantly different lipid and apolipoprotein results when compared to the control group. For the light and moderate severity group, when compared to the control group, levels of TG,HDL and ApoA-I were decreased with remarka-ble difference. The ApoB/ApoA-I ratio of the chronic HBV infection (Highly severity group)was 2.10±1.44,which was significantly higher than that of any other group (P<0.05).Conclusion The ApoB/ApoA-I ratio can be a potential marker for the evaluation of the severity of the chronic HBV infection.

Objective To study the effect of trans-theoretical model of behavior on ambulation training in stroke hemiplegic patients. Methods Sixty hospitalized stroke hemiplegic patients from June to December 2013 were selected as control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing and ambulation training guidance. Sixty-two hospitalized stroke hemiplegia patients, from January 2014 to June 2014, were selected as intervention group. Patients in the intervention group received trans-theoretical model of behavior together with ambulation training guidance for 3 weeks and follow-up record for 6 months. Holden functional ambulation categories ( FAC ) and Bathel index were used to evaluate the effect of ambulation training . Result Trans-theoretical model of behavior training improved the walking function and activities of daily living in intervention group patients , compared with those of the control group. Conclusions Taking trans-theoretical model of behavior in walking training health education can improve the ambulation ability and ability of daily living of stroke hemiplegic patients. Therefore this theory can enhance the stroke hemiplegic patients′life quality.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(06):-
Objective: To investigate alveolar bone remodeling on both labial and lingual aspects of lower anterior teeth during treatment and retention stage. Methods: Forty-three cases with lower first premolars extracted (34 girls and 9 boys) and full records at three time points (pretreatment, posttreatment, follow-up) were collected as study sample. Displacement of lower incisor and bone thickness around its labial and lingual aspect were measured. Results:For the level of center of resistance(LC), there was statistically significant decrease of alveolar bone on lingual aspect (0.78?0.77) mm and no change on labial aspect, as the center of resistance(CR) was retracted lingually by (-3.02?1.13) mm during treatment. Analogous changes were found at the level of 3 mm apical to the center of resistance (L3C). In retention stage, with stable positioned lower incisor, no statistically significant change of alveolar bone was found on labial aspect at LC while a little amount of decrease of labial bone (0.20?0.58) mm was found at L3C. On the contrary, subsequential bone apposition could be detected with increase of lingual bone at both levels by (0.31?0.76) mm and (0.38?0.94)mm respectively. Conclusion:Speed of labial bone resorption is faster than that of lingual bone apposition during orthodontic treatment. In retention stage, sequential bone apposition on lingual aspect is presented with lower incisor in stable position.

Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(10):-
Immune cells that undergo increased apoptosis include lymphocytes and macrophages, yet the apoptosis of neutrophils is decreased in sepsis.Increase in apoptosis has also been reported in non-immune cells such as gastrointestinal cells, epithelial cells of lung as well as endothelial cells. The altered apoptotic cell death may contribute to the initiation and aggravation of immune and organ dysfunction in sepsis.Elucidating the changes and mechanism of apoptosis and taking measures to control apoptosis may be an effective strategy for the treatment of sepsis.
