Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of root canal filling combined with crown restoration in the treatment of large area defect of deciduous teeth.Methods:The clinical data of 160 children patients with large area defect of deciduous teeth who received treatment in Wenling No.4 People's Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. All included children received root canal filling treatment. According to the different postoperative repair methods, these children were divided into two groups. In the observation group ( n = 80), repair with a prefabricated metal crown was performed. In the control group ( n = 80), resin filling repair was given. Gingival health (gingival index) and restoration effect, including secondary caries, gingival condition (congestion or not) and food impaction were compared between the observation and control groups. Tooth condition (marginal tightness, adjacency) and safety (restoration and abrasion) were compared between the two groups after 1 year of follow up. Results:Before restoration, there was no significant difference in gingival index between the observation and control groups [(0.76 ± 0.41) vs. (0.73 ± 0.32), P > 0.05]. After restoration, gingival index in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group [(0.86 ± 0.55) vs. (1.35 ± 0.62), t = 5.288, P < 0.001]. In the observation group, no secondary caries or food impaction was observed, and there was one case of gingival bleeding. In the control group, there were eight cases of secondary caries, four cases of good impaction, and nine cases of gingival bleeding. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( χ2 = 6.826, P < 0.05). One-year follow-up results revealed that 79 cases (98.75%) were qualified in tooth bonding and 78 cases (97.50%) were qualified in tooth occlusion in the observation group, while 70 cases (87.50%) were qualified in tooth bonding and 69 cases (86.25%) were qualified in the occlusion in the control group. There were significant differences in qualified bonding and occlusion between the two groups ( χ2 = 7.907, 6.781, both P < 0.05). The success rate of marginal tightness, the success rate of adjacency, restoration and abrasion in the observation group were higher or superior to those in the control group (98.75% vs. 86.25%, 100.00% vs. 87.50%, 100.00% vs. 85.00%, 98.75% vs. 83.75%) ( χ2 = 9.009, 10.666, 12.973, 11.272, all P < 0.05). Conclusions:Root canal filling combined with crown restoration in the treatment of large area defect of deciduous teeth has a high success rate of qualified bonding and occlusion, less adverse defects, low incidence of food impaction and gingival bleeding, decreases the risk of secondary caries, protects the remaining tooth tissue, maintains normal chewing function, and is conducive to the eruption of permanent teeth.

Current treatments mainly focus on alleviating pain and the symptoms of nerve compression, which could not radically stop the process of intervertebral disc degeneration, but conversely lead to high recurrence rate. In recent years, scholars have turned to study the biological treatment for repair and rebuild the intervertebral disc by biological molecular therapy, gene therapy, cell therapy and tissue engineering to solve the problem of intervertebral disc degeneration, while most of the above methods are still in animal experiments or in vitro experiments and the clinical application is still a long way to go.

Objective To analyze the relationship among HIF-1α, ERCC1 gene polymorphisms and the effects of platinum-based chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) Methods HIF-1α C1772T and ERCC1 C118T loci were genotyped with PCR-RFLP method. The relationship between genotypes and the outcome of treatment as well as TTP was investigated. Results HIF-1α and ERCC1 of 102 patients were under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. Patients with HIF-1α CT+TT genotype showed a significantly higher chemotherapeutic efficiency compared with patients with CC genotype; Patients with ERCC1 CC genotype showed a significantly higher chemotherapeutic efficiency compared with patients with CT+TT genotype. The median TTP was 7.0 months for the 98 patients followed-up; 7.0 months for HIF-1α CT+TT genotype, and 6.0 months for CC genotype, and the difference showed no significance; The median TTP was 7.0 months for ERCC1 CC genotype, and 6.0 months for CT+TT genotype, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Patients with HIF-1α CT+TT genotype or ERCC1 CC genotype have showed higher chemotherapeutic efficiency, and patients with ERCC1 CC genotype show longer median TTP.

Objective To better understand the relationship between doctors service quality and benefit in township public health centers so as to grasp the priorities of management and reform and promote the healthy development of the health cause. Methods The method of single factor analysis was combined with the method of stepwise logistic regression analysis. Results The study indicates that doctors delivering high quality service on average see more patients per day and contribute more to the business income and that service expenses are lower for patients seeking service from doctors who on average see more patients per day. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between doctors service quality and benefit in township public health centers.

Objective The incidence of pancreatic cancer appears to be increasing and the prognosis is poor. Recent studies have revealed that angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor (AT1) stimulates the growth and angiogenesis of tumor, and selective AT1 antagonist inhibits these effects. This study is investigated the expression of AT1 in pancreatic cancer cell lines. Methods The pancreatic cancer cell lines used in this study were SW1990, PaTu8988s and PANC-1. RT-PCR was used to detect the AT1 mRNA expression, and ABC immunocellularchemical staining and sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) were used to detect the AT1 protein expression. Results Both AT1 mRNA and protein were expressed in the three cell lines. The AT1 protein was found in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of these cells. The AT1 protein ( M r 44?10 3) was also demonstrated by SDS-PAGE. Conclusion The results suggest AT1 may play an important role in pancreatic cancer growth, and inhibition of AT1 might be a useful therapeutic strategy.

Objective To study the regulatory T cells (Treg-cell) frequencies in patients with childhood acute leukemia and evaluate its clinical application value by investigating the relationship between the increasing numbers of Treg cells and minimal residual disease of leukemia (MRD), Methods Foxp3-FITC/CD25-PE/CD4-PerCP/CD3-APC four-color staining flow cytometry was established to identify Treg cells. Treg cells frequencies both in 10 healthy controls and in 33 patients with newly diagnosed childhood acute leukemia ( B-ALL 17 cases, T-ALL 9 cases, AML 7 cases) were detected. The possibility of the accumulation of Treg cells being the prognostic marker for acute leukemia was evaluated by comparing the results of Treg cells frequency with that of MRD. Results The percentage of Treg cells in CD+4 CD+3 T cells was M = 8. 09% in normal bone marrows, which was significantly different from the results in the bone marrows of newly diagnosed childhood acute leukemia ( M = 12.77% , U = 3.41, P < 0.01 ), but it showed no significantly differences among B-ALL, T-ALL and AML groups. No association was observed between the expression of Treg cells and clinical-biologic characteristics studied. In addition, Treg cells frequency in MRD positive group was significantly different from that in MRD continuously negative group ( M = 14. 74% vs M=11.3%, t =252.5,P<0.05). Conclusions Consistent with results from solid tumor, the study identifies a significantly increased numbers of Treg cells in patients with childhood acute leukemia. The situation of accumulation of Treg cells is closely associated with MRD results during chnical remission. High level of Treg cells may cause poor prognosis and increase the possibility of relapse.

A remarkabale inhibitory activity was exhibited by the aqueous extract from Rhizoma smilacisglabrae(RSG) against both picryl chloride(PC)- induced contact dermatitis and sheep red bloodcells (SRBC)- induced footpad reaction.The effect of RSG was displayed more distinctlywheng given after than before the 2nd antigen challenge.RSG also showed a marked anti-in-flammatory activity against xylene- induced ear and egg whiteinduced footpad edema.Addi-tionally,RSG did not show a potable influence on IgM- and IgG-PFC counts against SRBC inmice.An increase but not decrease in serum hemolysin level,however,was observed in both groupsof RSG,peralleled with the finding that hemolytic plaques in PFC test were obviously biggerthan those in control.These results suggest that RSG has a selective activity to suppress the cellularimmune response without inhibiting the humoral immune response.The suppression to cellular im-munity by RSG may be presented mainly through affecting the inflammatory process after lym-phokine release.
