Objective To observe the therapeutic effects and safety of angiotensin-converting enzym e (ACE)-inhibitors in the treatment of the secondary erythromatosis following ren al transplantation. Methods Twenty-four patients with erythromatosis following renal transplantation recei ved the treatment with ACE-inhibitors. During the administration of ACE-inhibi tors, the hemoglobin, hematocrit and the side effects were observed. Results All the patients were recovered except one who ha d to be stopped the treatment of ACE-inhibitors because of the depressing of th e blood pressure. The time of producing the effects was 7-20 days. The side effe cts included lower blood pressure accompanied by dizzy in 3 cases, anemia in 2 cases and damage to renal function in 2 cases. Conclusions ACE-inhibitors were effective in the treatme nt of secondary erythromatosis following renal transplantation. It was important to monitor the hemogram and the renal function of the patients.

Serine/ aginine rich(SR)protein,SR protein kinase and other enzymes participate in the composition of alternatively spliced tissue factor(asTF). Recently researchers have found that this protein takes a part in tumor angiogenesis, tumor progression, metastasis and so on,so the detection of its clinical content will be very significant.

Objective To evaluate the protective role of bone marrow stromal cells (BMSCs) to lactacystin-Parkinson's disease (PD) rats. Methods BMSCs were obtained from adult male SD rats and were expanded, isolated and purified. BMSCs were harvested from 4 to 6 passage and used for transplantation. PD rats that expressed Lewy body and presented lateral rotation were made by injecting 8?g lactacystin into one side of substantia nigra compact part of rat with stereotaxic technique. The rats were transplanted with BMSCs labelled by Brdu by stereotaxic unilateral injection into striatum and transplanted with normal saline as control. The behavior changes of rats and the expression of BDNF, migration, differentiation of BMSCs were examined. Results 71.43% of the rats displayed significant improvement of contralateral behavior after BMSCs transplantation, however there was no change in control group. BMSCs were found in several areas of the brain including striatum, corpus callosum and contralateral cortex. The implanted BMSCs expressed BDNF but no tyrosine hydroxylase. Conclusion BMSCs may play a neuroprotective role in lactacystin-PD rats by secreting BDNF.

0.05).A similar amount of propofol was used in each group.A significantly higher dose of sufentanil was administered in the Group C(73.9?13.6 ?g)than in the Group A(24.3?4.9 ?g)and the Group B(35.4?8.1?g)(qC-A=237.924,P=0.000;qC-B=119.385,P=0.000).The expected time of recovering consciousness was shorter in the Group A and B than in the Group C.Conclusions Administered by target-controlled infusion with propofol, sufentanil dose-dependently reduces BIS and modifies hemodynamic responses during anesthesia induction. The target effect-site sufentanil concentration of 0.6 ng/ml combined with plasma propofol concentration of 3 ?g/ml is suitable for anesthesia induction for short-time laparoscopic operation.

Objective To explore the role of PI3K/AKT signaling pathway in total hepatic ischemia-reperfusion(I/R)-induced lung injury in rats. Methods This study was divided into 2 sub-projects.(1)36 rats were killed respectively at preischemia and after reperfusion, the lung tissue was then sampled.(2)12 rats were randomly divided into Wortmannin group and model control group. AKT,p-AKT protein expression, apoptotic cells and PCNA protein expression were tested respectively by Western blot,TUNEL and immunohistochemistry analysis.Results(1)Compared with that in preiscemia group, after I/R the apoptotic index (AI)was increased, the p-AKT/AKT ratio and PCNA-positive index showed bidirectional changes, and the histological changes were well identified.(2)p-AKT/AKT ratio showed a positive correlation with PCNA-positive index and a negative correlation with AI.(3)Compared with control group, the p-AKT/AKT ratio and PCNA-positive index were lower, histological changes was more significant and AI was higher in Wortmannin group. Conclusion PI3K/AKT signaling pathway had protective effect on lung injury induced by hepatic I/R,which was potentially mediated by anti-apoptosis and promoting proliferation.

Objective To explore the relationship between severity of symptom and immune function in left-to-right shunt congenital heart disease (CHD) infants combined with pneumonia. Methods The clinical data of 45 left-to-right shunt CHD combined with pneumonia infants were retrospectively analyzed. The infants were divided into 2 groups according to the modified Ross score:mild group (0-6 scores, 28 cases) and severe group (7-12 scores, 17 cases);then, the infants were divided into 2 groups according to deformities:single deformity group (the infants had a kind of deformity such as ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus, 21 cases) and composite/complex deformity group (the infants combined 2 or more deformities or other malformations, 24 cases). Twelve cases of healthy check-up infants were selected as control group. The levels of lymphocyte subsets (including CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, NK cell and B lymphocyte) and IgG, IgA, IgM were detected in every group. Results There were no statistical differences in IgG, IgA, IgM, CD8 +, CD4 +/CD8 +, NK cell and B lymphocyte among mild group, severe group and control group or single deformity group, composite/ complex deformity group and control groups (P>0.05). The CD3+ in severe group was significantly lower than that in mild group and control group (0.59 ± 0.10 vs. 0.69 ± 0.13 and 0.69 ± 0.12), the CD4+was significantly lower than that in control group (0.34 ± 0.07 vs. 0.45 ± 0.09), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). For CD4+, though there was statistically difference among single deformity group, composite/complex deformity group and control groups (P<0.05), no statistically significant difference was in multiple comparison among the 3 groups (P>0.05). The CD4 + in the composite/ complex deformity group was significantly lower than that in the single deformity group and the control group (0.34 ± 0.07 vs. 0.45 ± 0.15 and 0.45 ± 0.09), and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions In left-to-right shunt CHD infants combined with pneumonia, the reduction of CD3+and CD4+may be one of the causes of serious illness.

Objective To explore the effect of swallowing training on dysphagia in patients with head and neck neoplasm receiving ra-diotherapy. Methods 60 patients with head and neck neoplasm receiving radiotherapy from March, 2014 to August, 2015 were divided into intervention group (n=30) and control group (n=30) randomly. The control group received routine nursing and relevant health education, while the intervention group received swallowing training from 2 weeks before to 3 months after radiotherapy. They were assessed with Functional Oral Intake Scale and M. D. Anderson Dysphagia Inventory 1 week, 3 months after radiotherapy. Results The scores of Function-al Oral Intake Scale (Z=-3.195, P<0.01), the total score of M. D. Anderson Dysphagia Inventory and the subscores (t>4.385, P<0.01) were better in the intervention group than in the control group 1 week after radiotherapy, as well as 3 months after radiotherapy (Z=-4.436, P<0.01;t>5.361, P<0.01). Conclusion Swallowing training could improve the condition of dysphagia of head and neck neoplasm patients after radiotherapy.
