OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for the prevention of authority dissimilation of drug registration.METHODS: The economic model concerning drug registration was constructed with principal-agent theory.RESULTS: The occurrence of authority dissimilation of drug registration could be cut down by reducing public monitoring costs, improving the rate of prosecution and increasing the costs for dealing with moral risks.CONCLUSION: The authority dissimilation could be effectively prevented by balancing authority for drug registration, improving transparency of drug registration and supervisory system.

Military Medical Sciences 2015;(7):495-498
Objective To explore the application of bumetanide to inhibition of tumor cell proliferation. Methods In different cell lines, the expression of natrium, kalium, chloride cotransporter 1 ( NKCC1) was detected by Western blotting while the proliferation of different tumor cells was examined by CCK-8 kit. Results The target protein NKCC1 expression in lung cancer cell line ( A549 ) and colorectal cancer cell line ( HCT116 ) was significantly higher than that in chronic myelogenous leukemia cell line (K562), esophageal cancer cell line (Eca109), cervical carcinoma cell line (HeLa), T lymphocytic leukemia cell line (Jurkat) and breast cancer cell line (MCF7).IC50 Values of bumetanide were significantly lower in A549 and HCT116 than in K562, Eca109,HeLa,Jurkat and MCF7.Furthermore, the inhibiory rate and the target protein expression level were positively correlated. Conclusion Bumetanide can inhibit tumor cell proliferation and NKCC1 can serve as a potential target of anticancer drugs.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2015;(10):1358-1362
Objective_To study the significance of fascin protein expression in ductal intraepithelial neoplasia ( DIN) and invasive ductal carcinoma ( IDC) .Methods_Thirty cases of usual ductal hyperplasia ( UDH) , 30 ca-ses of flat epithelial atypia (FEA,DIN1a), 15 cases of atypical ductal hyperplasia (ADH,DIN1b), 2 cases of DCIS grade1(DIN1c),10 cases of DCIS grade2(DIN2)and 18 cases of DCIS grade3(DIN3)were immunohisto-chemically investigated using monoclonal antifascin antibody and compared with 120 cases of invasive ductal carci-noma (IDC).Results_Fascin protein expression was not found in normal breast tissue, UDH, FEA (DIN1a), ADH(DIN1b),DCIS grade1(DIN1c)and DCIS grade2(DIN2),but only seen in 2 of 18 cases of DCIS grade3 (DIN3)(11.1%), and 18 out of 120 cases of IDC (15%).Fascin protein expression was correlated with ER neg-ative( P<0.05) , PR negative( P<0.05) , tumor grade( P<0.05) and axillary lymph node status( P<0.05) , but not correlated with age, location, tumor sizeand HER2 expression.Conclusions_Fascin protein expression seems to be a late event, usually present in carcinoma.Targetting the fascin pathway may be a noval therapeutic strategy of mammary carcinoma.

China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1805-1807
Objective:To establish an atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of lead and ferrum in pre-mix-ture coating film. Methods:The samples were digested by microwave digestion system, and Pb was determined by graphite atomic ab-sorption spectrometry(GFAAS), and Fe was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS). Results: There was good linear relationship within the range of 1.0-5.0 μg·L-1(r=0.999 4) for lead and 0.1-1.0 mg·L-1(r=0.998 4) for ferrum. The recovery of lead was 91. 3%(RSD=1. 4%,n=9)and that of ferrum was 89. 9%(RSD=3. 5%,n=9). Conclusion: The method is accurate and stable, which can be used for the determination of lead and ferrum in pre-mixture coating film

Objective To investigate the effect of diosmin on the pain and wound healing after modified anal fissure resection .Methods 98 patients from January 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital who were admitted to meet the inclusion criteria and improved anal fissure resection patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group, 49 cases in each group. And the control group was given routine postoperative treatment, the study group was treated with diosmin tablets on routine postoperative therapy , two groups were treated for seven days for a course of treatment, the wound pain, wound width and wound healing were observed and recorded before and after treatment, blood samples were taken to determine changes in serum inflammatory factors, the clinical efficacy and complications were compared. Results After treatment, the two groups of wound pain, the width of the wound and wound healing rate were decreased, the serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 levels were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the degree of pain, the width of the wound and wound healing rate were lower, the serum TNF-α, IFN-γ, IL-6 content were lower, the average healing time and granulation growth time and remove decay time were shorter, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 91.83%, higher than the control group 75.51%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).All patients were followed up, no case falls off phenomenon, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Diosmin tablets on the improvement of anal fissure after resection of wound healing has a role in promoting inflammation, reduce the severity of pain conditions.

Objective To study the effect of Astragalus and Angelica mixture on growth failure induced by dexaraethasone in rats with nephrotic syndrome (NS) . Methods Forty six-week old male Sprague-Dawley rats with a starting weight of 160 ~ 180 g were randomly divided into five groups: control group, NS model group, NS group treated with Astragalus and Angelica mixture, NS group treated with dexamethasone, and NS group treated with Astragalus and Angelica mixture and dexamethasone. Weight, length, urine protein, and serum albuine were measured. Serum and urine concentrations of IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 were assayed by RIA and IRMA respectively; and IGF-1 mRNA and IGFBP-3 mRNA levels in liver were assayed by RT-PCR. Results Weight gain and length gain, serum IGF-1 and IGFBP-3 levels in NS model group were significantly lower than that of the control group and urine IGF-1 levels were higher than that of the control group (P

Objective To evaluate the influence of different field-strength magnets(1.5 T and 3.0 T)on MRI artifacts caused by Ni-Cr alloy fixed prostheses. Methods The crown, bridge and upper denture fixed prostheses with different thickness were produced by Ni-Cr alloy as test samples, and were one by one put on the centre of water phantom for MR scanning with different field-strength magnets(1.5 T and 3.0 T).The artifact areas on these two field-strength magnets were measured and statistically compared. The plastic prostheses with the same shape and thickness as the test samples were served as controls. Results Ni-Cr alloy fixed prostheses could cause MRI artifacts, and the artifact areas increased with the mass of prostheses. However,no artifact area was found in controls.Compared with those on 1.5 T magnet, the MRI artifact areas significantly increased on 3.0 T magnet(P
