ObjectiveTo provide evidence for the development of national norm of coping style for petrol station employee.MethodsStratified random sampling surveys and individual interview were performed in 13 269 in-service petroleum employees.Taking gender,age,education level and marriage as independent variables and coping factors as dependent variables,t test or analysis of variance was completed.Results Our data indicated that coping style was significantly changed in different gender ( P＜0.05),age (F=4.596,P＜0.05),education (F=14.723,P＜0.05) and marriage groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Specified working environment results in corresponding coping style,and the development of national norm may be important and necessary.

Objective To establish symptom check list 90 (SCL-90) norm for Chinese oilmen.Methods Based on multi-level stratified or cluster sampling technique,a total of 13 472 oilmen from China National Petroleum Corporation completed a sampling survey on measured data of SCL-90.Student's t test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to compare gender,age,education level and marriage status.Results All the reliability coefficients were ＞ 0.8 and P for validity test was ＜ 0.05.In comparison with SCL-90 norm of healthy Chinese adults in 1986,the interpersonal sensitive (1.5 ± 0.6)and paranoia (1.4 ± 0.6) of oilmen were lower (t≤-4.17,both P ＜ 0.05),although other 8 factors showed higher scores (t ≥ 2.4,all P ＜ 0.05).Oilmen also had lower scores for each item than Chinese army men (t ≤-2.62,all P ＜ 0.05).Total score (131.4 ± 47.7),interpersonal sensitive (1.4 ± 0.6),hostility (1.5 ± 0.6),paranoia (1.4 ± 0.6) and psychosis (1.3 ± 0.5) of females were lower than those of males (t≥2.53,all P ＜ 0.05).30-39 years group indicated the highest scores for each item (all P ＜0.05),while 17-29 years group got the lowest (all P ＜ 0.05).Meanwhile,the subjects whose education level was equate to or lower than high school or those got married were found to have the highest scores (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Our data show better item differentiation,reliability and validity of SCL-90.SCL-90 norm may be used for mental health assessment of Chinese oilmen.

The incidence of systemic fungal infections have increased dramatically, moreover, drug resistance including either primary (intrinsic) or secondary (acquired) resistance, becomes one of the main reasons accounting for the failure of treating invasive fungal infections in the past decades. Nowadays, clinically available antifungal drugs are limited and their combination in antifungal therapy was not effective. It is expected to be a new strategy to synergistically sensitize antifungal drugs against drug-resistant fungi by using new small molecules. Based on the study in our research group and the reported work of others, we reviewed the research of the natural products which have synergistic effect with the antifungal agents against drug-resistant fungi. This review focused on the resource, structure, pharmacological activity, and action mechanism of the compounds, as well as somewhat in common, and would provide theoretical base for seeking new drug against drug-resistance fungi.

Objective To explore the effect of carvedilol on ACE2 gene and protein expression in chronic heart failure rats after myocardial infarction.Methods The heart failure model was induced by acute myocardial infarc- tion (AMI) through ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery.One month after operation,rats were randomized to receive placebo or carvedilol 2 mg/(kg?d),by gavage.Sham-operated rats were used as the control group.Hemodynamies,body mass and left ventrieular mass index,plasma and myocardial level of angiotensin Ⅱ were determined.ACE2 gene and protein expression was assessed by using RT-PCR and Western Blot.Results The mortality of placebo and Carvedilol groups were 20%,compared with 0% in sham operated rats.Carvedilol significantly improved LVEDP,LVSP,+dp/dt_(max) and-dp/dt_(min) in CHF rats but all the hemodynamics data were still inferior than that of controls.Plasma and myocardial angiotensin Ⅱ level were increased significantly in CHF placebo rats than those of control rats (plasma Ang Ⅱ:CHF:194?19 vs controls:132?15 ng/L,myocardium Ang Ⅱ:CHF:6.7?0.4 vs control:3.8?0.3 ng/g,P

ObjectiveTo study the effect of behavior training on the expression of NR2B around the infarcted focus and in the cortex of temporal lobe in rats with bilateral hippocampal infarction.Methods54 SD rats were randomized into pre-training, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d after training groups, pre-immobilization, 7 d, 14 d, 21 d immobilization groups and control group. Behavior training and immobilization were performed on the 3rd day after the infarction. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NR2B around the infarcted focus and in the cortex of temporal lobe at different points of time.ResultsThe expression of NR2B was abundant in the normal hippocampus and cortex of temporal lobe of rats. The expression of NR2B decreased after infarction and increased after behavior training. However, the expression of NR2B had little increased in immobilization groups, and showed significant difference compared with that in behavior training groups (P<0.01).ConclusionBehavior training can accelerate the expression of NR2B around the infarcted focus and in the cortex of temporal lobe in rats with bilateral hippocampal infarction.

Objective:To compare and explore the effects of needling acupoints at different nerve segmentson the oxytocin (OT) neurons in the paraventricular nucleus of hypothalamus (PVN) and the intragastric pressure, and discuss the possible mechanisms. Methods: Thirty-two healthy adult Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were numbered and divided into 4 groups according to the random number table, a Zusanli (ST 36) group, a Neiguan (PC 6) group, a Weishu (BL 21) group and a control group, with 8 rats in each group. Except the control group, rats in the other three groups received acupuncture at the corresponding acupoints. To observe the differences in double-labeled OT neurons and c-fos neurons of the hypothalamic PVN and the intragastric pressure after acupuncture among the three groups of needling acupoints at different nerve segments. Results:Compared with the control group, the numbers of double-labeled cells in the PVN of the Zusanli (ST 36) group and the Neiguan (PC 6) group decreased significantly, while the intragastric pressure increased significantly (allP<0.05), and the inter-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The intragastric pressure in the Weishu (BL 21) group decreased significantly, and the inter-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the Weishu (BL 21) group, the numbers of OT/c-fos double-labeled cells in PVN of the Zusanli (ST 36) group and the Neiguan (PC 6) group decreased significantly, and the intragastric pressure increased significantly, the inter-group differences were statistically significant (allP<0.01). Conclusion:Acupoints at different nerve segments have different regulation effects on intragastric pressure. The difference may be related to the different nerve conduction pathways by acupoints at different nerve segments in regulating the intragastric pressure. The PVN may be one common integration center for the regulation of gastric function in the three acupoints [Zusanli (ST 36), Neiguan (PC 6) and Weishu (BL 21)] at different nerve segments.

Objective:To construct a diagnosis model of water accumulation fault of ventilator pipeline based on firefly algorithm(FA),so as to improve the management quality of ventilator equipment.Methods:The diagnostic model of water accumulation fault of ventilator pipeline was constructed based on FA.Objective function and multi-objective mathematical model were used to accurately judge the water accumulation fault of ventilator pipeline.From 2022 to 2023,the using 20 ventilators of hospital were selected,and the diagnostic model of water accumulation fault of ventilator pipeline was used to improve the management of 20 ventilators.January-December 2022 was set as before equipment management was improved,and January-December 2023 was set as after equipment management was improved.The failure rate,operation quality,pass rate of sampling inspection and the recognition score of equipment users were compared before and after the management for ventilator equipment was improved.Results:The condensate water treatment,pipeline location,humidification tank condition and other reasons after the management of ventilator equipment was improved were significantly lower than those before that was improved,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=11.875,14.636,11.834,11.039,P＜0.05),respectively.The startup rate,integrity rate,time utilization rate and quality stability rate of operating quality of the improved ventilators were higher than those before they were improved,and the differences of them were statistical significance(t=11.520,12.145,9.189,13.637,P＜0.05),respectively.The failure rate after these equipment were improved was significantly lower than that before they were improved,while the qualified rate was significantly higher than that before that was improved,and the differences were statistically significant(x2=5.625,15.000,P＜0.05),respectively.The recognition scores of engineers,doctors,nurses and patients of users who using equipment after these equipment were improved were significantly higher than those before they were improved,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.093,11.080,16.006,11.049,P＜0.05),respectively.Conclusion:The diagnosis model of water accumulation fault of ventilator pipeline based on FA can realize accurate judgment for water accumulation fault in ventilator pipeline,and reduce the probability of water accumulation fault in ventilator pipeline,and effectively improve the management quality of ventilator equipment in hospital.

OBJECTIVETo achieve high expression of human renal cell carcinoma-associated antigen G250 in Escherichia coli.

METHODSThe gene fragments encoding the protein obtained by PCR was cloned into prokaryotic expression vector pET32a(+) and expressed in E. coli Rosseta. The immunogenicity of the recombinant protein was evaluated by Western blotting.

RESULTSThe plasmid pET32a(+)/G250 was constructed and expressed in E. coli Rosseta successfully. Western blot analysis showed that the recombinant protein could be specifically recognized by monoclonal antibody M75.

CONCLUSIONEfficient G250 expression is achieved in prokaryotic expression system, which may facilitate further functional study of the protein and its monoclonal antibody preparation.

Abstract: Our previous work revealed berberine can significantly enhance the susceptibility of fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans, which suggested that berberine has synergistic antifungal activity with fluconazole. Preliminary SAR of berberine needs to be studied for the possibility of investigating its target and SAR, improving its drug-likeness, and exploring new scaffold. In this work, 13-substitutited benzyl berberine derivatives and N-benzyl isoquinoline analogues were synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and MS. Their synergetic activity with fluconazole against fluconazole-resistant Candida albicans was evaluated in vitro. The 13-substitutited benzyl berberine derivatives 1a-1e exhibited comparable activity to berberine, which suggested that the introduction of functional groups to C-13 can maintain its activity. The N-benzyl isoquinolines, which were designed as analogues of berberine with its D ring opened, exhibited lower activity than berberine. However, compound 2b, 2c, and 4b showed moderate activity, which indicated that berberine may be deconstructed to new scaffold with synergistic antifungal activity with fluconazole. The results of our research may be helpful to the SAR studies on its other biological activities.
