Objective To analyze and explore the construction of information resource catalogue system in medical field for information exchange and sharing.Methods Based on analyses of challenges faced and service models of the catalogue system,the functions of the system were determined.Results The functional modules of the catalogue system were designed.Conclusion It is necessary to establish information resource catalogue system for multi-fields,large-scope information exchange & sharing,as well as cooperation between medical facilities and cost decrease of information acquisition.

AIM: To analyze clinical observation and the efficiency of intravitreal conbercept combined with 532-laser on Coats disease in adulthood.METHODS: This was an retrospective analysis.Six eyes from 6 patients(5 males and 1 female) with coats disease diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) and optical coherence tomography (OCT) were enrolled.Before the injection, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of early treatment of diabetic retinopathy study (ETDRS), non-contact tonometer, ophthalmoscope, fundus photography, FFA, and OCT were examined.The initial average visual acuity (ETDRS letters) were 51.17±15.15.The initial average central retina thickness (CRT) was 303.30±107.87μm.All affected eyes were treated with intravitreal conbercept 0.05mL (10mg/mL) combined with 532-laser.Patients were followed up for 6 to 12mo, with a mean duration of 7.33±1.26mo.Post-treatment BCVA were compared with baseline using repeat analysis.RESULTS: The mean BCVA showed significant improvement during 1 wk, 1, 3mo post-treatment and the latest follow up (P<0.01).During the latest follow up, the mean BCVA was obviously improved in 3 eyes (50%), improved in 2 eyes (40%), stable in 1 eyes (10%).Likewise, the subretina fluid absorption of different levels.No adverse events such as secondary retinal detachment or endophthalmitis were found during the follow-up.CONCLUSION: Coats disease in adulthood more likely to have lower symptom and have a better response on treatment.Intravitreal conbercept combined with 532-laser significantly improve visual acuity and absorb the subretina fluid.

OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of microRNA-205 (miRNA-205) on proliferation of laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2. METHOD: The expressions of miRNA-205 in 27 cases laryngeal carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by Real-time quantitative PCR, the expression of PTEN protein was detected by Western blot. The expressions of PTEN were detected by Western blot after miRNA-205 inhibitor or miRNA-205 mimics was transfected into Hep-2 cells and Hep-2 cells proliferation was measured by CCK-8 kit. RESULT: The expression level of miRNA-205 was significantly higher in laryngeal carcinoma tissues than in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.01), and the expression of PTEN protein was lower in laryngeal carcinoma tissues than in adjacent normal tissues (P < 0.01). The proliferation rate of Hep-2 cells was decreased significantly and the expression of PTEN protein in Hep-2 cells was increased significantly after miRNA-205 inhibitor was transfected into (P < 0.01), and the proliferation rate of Hep-2 cells was increased significantly and the expression of PTEN protein in Hep-2 cells was decreased significantly after miRNA-205 mimics was transfected into (P < 0.01). CONCLUSION miRNA-205 might promote the proliferation of Hep-2 cells by regulating the expression of PTEN.

Results The author designed the emergency management information system facing area nucleus and radiation, which can provide technique support for the nucleus and radiation, such as forecast and early -warning, monitor and control, emergency command, assistant decision and so on. Conclusion Nucleus and radiation emergency is the important part of the country emergency management system. It is an important promise for the persistence development of the nucleus enterprise to build a safe and perfect nucleus and radiation emergency management system. It is also the key question to the country safety and social stability.

Objective To design a public sentiment & panic degree analysis system for medical emergency.Methods Based on public sentiment monitoring through Internet,web-based data-mining technology was applied to measurement of public panic.Results A new idea for monitoring of public sentiment & panic degree during medical emergency was put forward.Conclusion Medical emergency results in not only material loss,but also public panic,and Internet makes public panic spread rapidly.The public sentiment & panic degree analysis system can provide decision support when the authorities perform emergency management.

Objective:To study the role of tetrodotoxin-resistant(TTX-R)human sodium channel of hNa v1.8 mRNA in trigeminal neuralgia (TN). Methods:The samples of affected trigeminal division(inferior alveolar nerve) and non-affected division(lingual nerve) were surgically obtained from six idiopathic TN patients to whom the drug therapy was not effective.The expression of hNa v1.8 mRNA was assessed by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with ?-actin as an internal control. A sample of great auricular nerve (from a patient who had to accept the combined radical neck dissection with glossectomy and hemimandibulectomy) and a sample of infraorbital nerve (from a patient who had to accept subtotal resection of maxilla) were used as the negative controls. Resoults:The relative amount of hNa v1.8 mRNA in the affected trigeminal divisions(1.233?0.324) was higher than that in the non-affected divisions(1.018?0.249), t=3.919,P=0.011. Conclusion:The higher expression of hNa v1.8 mRNA in the affected nerves of TN patients may play an important role in TN.

The changes of the mentioned parameters could be the reflection of the nutritional status of these patients and also closely related to the changes of their body composition. It is necessary to evaluate nutritional state of the elderly patients. However, the characteristics of the body composition of the elderly patients should not be ignored and a global assessment is needed.
