Objective To explore the correlation of serum ferritin (SF),fibrinogen(FIB) and D-dimer levels in patients with small vessel disease(SVD).Methods 359 patients with SVD were selected,including 186 patients with lacunar infarction ( LI) and 173 patients with leukoaraiosis ( LA) .176 healthy controls were enrolled in this study as control group.The SF,FIB and D-dimer concentrations were measured by radioimmunoassay method and Clauss method respectively .Results The serum levels of SF , FIB and D-dimer in SVD patients were significantly higher than those in the controls [(171.82 ±156.28)μg/L vs (100.37 ±70.11)μg/L,(3.27 ±0.93) g/L vs (2.97 ± 0.88)g/L,(1.10 ±1.06)mg/L vs (0.83 ±0.55)mg/L](all P<0.05).Compared with LI subgroup,the levels of SF,FIB and D-dimer were higher in LA subgroup [(185.22 ±108.55)μg/L vs (159.36 ±89.69)μg/L,(3.32 ± 0.86)g/L vs (3.23 ±0.99)g/L,(1.29 ±1.17)mg/L vs (1.03 ±0.80)mg/L],but the differences were not signifi-cant(all P<0.05).Multivariate regression analysis revealed that by comparison to the reference quartile ,the odds ra-tio (95%CI) for SVD patients in the higher quartile (SF>151.16μg/L,D-Dimer>1.02 mg/L) were 3.444(95%CI=2.097-5.158,P<0.001) and 1.767(95%CI=1.114-2.803,P=0.016),respectively after multivariable ad-justment.Conclusion The increased levels of SF ,FIB and D-dimer are closely related with SVD .FIB and D-dimer might come to be attractive approaches to prevent the progress of SVD .

Objective:To establish the quality standard for Aitongxiao granules. Methods:TLC was used to identify Herba Hedy-otis Diffusa, Herba Scutell Barbatae, Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Rubra in Aitongxiao granules, and the content of scutellarin was determined by HPLC. The stationary phase was a Kromasial C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm), the mobile phase was metha-nol-3% acetic acid (33∶67), the flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was at 335 nm, and the temperature was 25℃. Results:The characteristic TLC spots of the granule samples were the same as those of the standard samples without any inter-ference from the negative control. Scutellarin had a good linear relationship within the range of 2.18-10.90μg·ml-1(r=0.999 9), and the average recovery was 96. 65% with RSD of 1. 45﹪(n=6). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, reliable and repro-ducible, which could be used in the quality control of Aitongxiao granules.

Methods:To describe the connotation and construction mechanism of integrated medical service system.Methods:Based on the data of hierarchy diagnosis situation in China Statistical Yearbook from 2005 to 2015,the traditional medical service system and integrated medical service system were compared from the objective,method and core,while the construction mechanism of integrated medical service system was analyzed from the lead,control,supervision and adjustment.Results:Under the background of Health China,integrate medical system based on the purpose of health community,the method of division and cooperation and the core of cost management was different from the traditional medical service system which based on the aim of medical service,the method of competition and split and the core of ‘business of water'.Hierarchy diagnosis was the appearance/mehod of regional integrated diagnosis and the result from medial resource optimized allocation under the integrated medical service system.Constructing the integrated medical service system was the basic demand of medicine and health system reform.Conclusion:Constructing the integrated medical service system should be led by the performance appraisal of medical institutions,controlled by the cost accounting and adjusted by medical service prices,so that to make the benefits for the demander,the provider and the third party of medical service system to construct and share the health community.

Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic synchrony in hemodialysis depended(HD)patients by tissue synchronization imaging(TSI).Methods GE Vivid 7 ultrasound system with TSI and Q-analyze software was performed in 70 HD patients and 35 control individuals.According to the left ventricular enddiastolic diameter(LVDd),HD patients were divided into left ventricular enlarged group(HD1,LVDd＞55 mm)and non-left ventricular enlarged group(HD2,LVDd≤50 mm).Systolic asynchrony was determined by measuring the time to peak systolic velocity of all 12 segments corrected by the heart rate(Tc).Results ①The mean Tc and the Tc of most segments were greater in both the HD1 and HD2 groups than in controls(both P＜0.05).②The Tc was prolonged in 463(463/840)segments in HD group and left ventricular systolic asynchrony was detected in all patients(70/70).③The mean peak systolic velocity(PSV)and the PSV of most segments in HD group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).④Compared with HD2 group,Tc was increased and PSV was decreased in partial segments of HD1 group(P＜0.05),but no significant differences in mean Tc and mean PSV were found between HDI and HD2 groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Left ventricular systolic synchronicity was impaired in hemodialysis depended patients.TSI was shown to be useful for the detection of myocardial abnormalities and asynchrony in such patients and provided reliable parameters for clinical therapy.

Objective To study a new method and technical specification for Oncomelania snail control in irrigation canals.Methods Four percent niclosamide ethanolamine salt dustable powder was dusted in a test canal three times continuously,and a control canal was set up at the same time.The molluscicidal frequency and effect of niclosamide ethanolamine salt powder was observed and the results,including the change of living snail frames,average density of living snails and mortality of snails,were analyzed.Results Between the third and fifteenth day after the first dusting in the test canal,the reduction rate of the density of snails was more than 90% and after the second and third dusting,the reduction rate was more than 99%.For the average rates of living snail frames and mortality of snails,there were significant differences between the first dusting and later two dustings,while there was no significant difference between the second dusting and the third dusting.On the thirtieth and ninetieth day after the third dusting,the effect of snail control was still satisfactory.There were significant differences between the test canal and control canal about all the observation indexes.Conclusion The application of 4% niclosamide ethanolamine salt dustable powder is efficient in the snail control in irrigation canals,and the suitable frequency of dusting is 2 or 3 times.
