1.Platelets and erectile dysfunction.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(9):771-774
Platelets, small pieces of cytoplasm with biological activity, split and fall off the megakaryocytes and mature from the bone marrow. After stimulated, platelets produce nitric oxide to inhibit their own activation and aggregation. Pathologically, the injury of endothelial cells activates platelets and changes their functions. The release of inflammatory mediators and cytokines induces and enhances the development and progression of atherosclerosis, and thereby promotes the occurrence of erectile dysfunction. Besides, platelets and their related functional parameters may serve as important indicators in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction.

2.Maspin gene in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2013;(1):5-8
Maspin, one kind of tumor suppressor gene, belongs to the serine proteinase inhibitor (serpin) ultra family's member.Recent studies found that it suppresses the tumor occurrence and development and has the inhibition of tumor metastasis through suppressing the tumor angiogenesis and increasing the cell adhesion, which may be a new way for gene therapy.
3.Diagnosis and treatment of primitive neuroectodermal tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):624-626
Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.
4.Recent progress on the differential diagnosis imaging tools and applications on pre-cancerous nodules and cancerous nodules of hepatocellular carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;18(4):315-318
In recent years, the incidence of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has increased with a higher mortality rate.Early detection and early treatment are essential to improving the patients' survival rate. Imaging is widely used HCC and is advantageous because it is non-invasive. The rapid development of imaging calls for higher standards in order to diagnosis hepatocarcinoma at an earlier stage so as to achieve complete treatment. This review describes the scientific progress on imaging differential diagnosis and application on pre-cancerous nodules (dysplastic nodule,DN) and small hepatocellular carcinoma (sHCC) related to hepatocarcinogenesis in cirrhotic livers.
5.Clinical analysis of treating hernia with Lichtenstein's tension-free hernioplasty in 178 cases.
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(10):1632-1633
Objective To study the standard operating methods and skills of Lichtenstein's tenaion-free her-nioplasty for treating groin hernia and the methods of reducing the postoperative complication and recrudescence. Methods Clinical data of treating greinhemia in 178 eases at Department of General Surgery, Luan People's Hospi-tal were reviewed and analyzed. Results On average, each operation needs 50 minutes and the patients spend 4 days in hospital. After 2~3 weeks, the patients can restore the daily activity and manual labour. There were 9 cases of uri-nary retention after operation,5 cases of scrotum haematoma's accumulating liquid,7 cases of the cut fat deliques-cing, 14 cases of various pain and numbness in groin area and 1 case of hernia recrudescence. Conclusion Lichten-stein's tension-free hemioplasty is a perfect surgical operation method which has many advantages, such as minimal trauma, rapid recovery, simple operation sequence, and less postoperative complication and recrudescence. It is in keeping with anatomy physiology.
6.Implant anchorage and Damon Ⅲ combined use for distal movement of maxillary teeth
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(2):284-286
1 5 cases,5 males and 1 0 females, aged 1 6-26 years, with ClassⅡdivision maxillary mild to moderate protrusion were includ-ed.Damon III appliance was used to arrange the upper and lower dentition.Stainless steel micro-screw implants were implanted in zygomatic crest to provide the best bone anchorage, stainless steel rectangular wire was used for maxillary complete dentition continuous ligation and maxillary teeth distal movement.X-ray cephalometry study showed that U1-NA(°)reduced by 2.51 ±1 .52(P<0.01 ),U1-NA(mm)re-duced by 4.56 ±1 .25,UL-EP(mm)reduced by 2.21 ±1 .83,U6E-PTV(mm)reduced by 2.93 ±1 .1 7,U6A-PTV(mm)reduced by 1 .56 ±0.95,SNA(°)and the mandibular parameters were not significantly changed(P>0.05),centric jaw relation of bilateral molar was obtained.
7.Expression and role of NGX6 in tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):605-607
NGX6 is a recently discovered tumor-suppressor gene, which can inhibit tumor invasion and metastasis via suppressing tumor angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. The expression of NGX6 gene has nega-tive correlation with many tumors, such as nasopharyngeal carcinoma, lung cancer, colon cancer and so on. Therefore, the measurement of NGX6′s level has a great influence on the prognosis of patients with tumor.
8.Analysis of clinical treatment of 162 cases of acute coronary syndrome
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(15):2292-2295
Objective To analyze acute coronary syndrome patients with clinical characteristics and the sta-tus survey of the interventional treatment in the datong area. Methods 162 cases of hospitalized patients with unsta-ble angina pectoris(UA)and non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)were selected through clini-cal records, with UA78 cases and NSTEMI 84 cases. Results Clinical features:(1 )Two groups of high incidence were men,and incidence cases were 2 times than that in women.Peaks in males were 50 -60 years old,and lasted 20 years in UA group;Peaks delayed 10 years of women thanthat of men in UA group, delayed 20 years in NSTEMI group.Over the 70 -year -old,there were no gender, number differences in the two groups.Hypertension,hyperlipi-demia,diabetes,number of cases were quite in two groups.(2)The history of coronary heart disease (CHD)were respectively:in UA group, patients with 1 year or less were 48 (61.5%),30 cases (38.5%)>1 year.NSTEMI group had 67 cases (79.8%)in 1 year or less,>1 year with 7 cases (20.2%),(t =2.915,-2.743,all P <0.01).In the subgroups which the morbidity was 1 day or less,UA group had 5 cases (6.4%),NSTEMI group had 25 cases (29.8%)(t =4.066,P <0.01).(3)History of OMI respectively:UA group 18 cases (23.1%),the NSTE-MI group 8 cases (9.5%)(t =-2.533,P <0.05),the difference between the two groups had statistical signifi-cance.Coronary lesions:(1 )stents:During 78 cases of patients with UA,direct percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)treatment were 71 cases (91.0%).During 84 NSTEMI patients, direct PCI were 63 cases (75.0%).(2)Sin-gle lesion:UA group of stents treatment were 18 cases (11.1%),the NSTEMI group were10 cases (6.2%),and had a statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =26.309 P <0.01).The third. The incidence of heart for death in hospitalized patients:In the 162 cases of patients, hospital death was 3 patients (1.9%),and had occurred in NSTEMI group (3.6%),there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (χ2 =2.838 P1 -sided <0.05).Conclusion In front of coronary heart disease incidence peak, the high -risk groups:hyperten-sion,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,to carry on the curative effect of standard treatment for a long time,it is the key to avoid the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD).NSTEMI cardiac mortality, need hospital treatment. Not only secondary pre-vention of coronary artery disease focus groups of HP,hyperlipidemia,DMand also cannot ignore OMI crowd.because myocardial ischemia often, even NSTEMI.Correct myocardial ischemia is the key of the coronary heart disease treat-ment,if the drug is invalid, stents treatment should be taken into account.
9.Clinical practice guideline for chronic myelogenous leukemia and its practice in China
Chinese Journal of Practical Internal Medicine 2003;0(01):-
Imatinib mesylate,as the first generation Bcr-Abl tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has brought revolutionary treatment for Philadelphia chromosome (Ph)-positive chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML);it has been recommended as the first-line treatment for CML by NCCN Practice Guidelines in Oncology in 2008 and European LeukemiaNet(ELN) criteria. However, imatinib has three limitations:first,it is expensive and can not be stopped if efficancy to be maintained;Second, some 20%~30% of patients develope resistance to imatinib;and third, the CML patients can not be cured with imatinib.Taking into consideration of the situation in China,we recommend individual therapy using TKI,HSCT,interferon and cytotoxic drugs for CML patients in China.
