1.Effectiveness analysis of tibial nerve transection with epineurial suture and division of common plantar digital nerve branches in treatment of congenital macrodactyly in children.

OBJECTIVE:
To evaluate the effectiveness of tibial nerve transection with epineurial suture and division of the common plantar digital nerve branches in the treatment of congenital macrodactyly in children.
METHODS:
A retrospective analysis was conducted on clinical data from 9 children with congenital macrodactyly who met the selection criteria and were admitted between January 2018 and December 2024. The cohort included 4 boys and 5 girls, aged 1-6 years (median, 3 years). Syndactyly of the second and third toes was present in 2 patients. Hypertrophy distribution was as follows: 1 case of single-ray involvement, 4 of double-ray, 1 of triple-ray, 1 of quadruple-ray, and 2 of quintuple-ray. Preoperatively, 7 cases exhibited limitations in both active and passive flexion and extension of the affected toes; in 2 cases, active movement was restricted while passive motion remained intact. All 9 children were unable to wear standard-sized footwear for the unaffected foot. Six presented with a limp, and 3 had difficulty walking. All 9 cases were moderate to severe progressive macrodactyly, and the growth rate of the affected foot was significantly faster than that of the healthy side. Six cases had undergone prior surgical interventions at other institutions, but disease progression continued postoperatively. All 9 patients underwent tibial nerve transection with epineurial suture and selective division of the common plantar digital nerve branches. At last follow-up, the foot growth rate was calculated (compared with that immediately after operation), and the changes of plantar pain sensation in the affected foot were detected before operation, immediately after operation, and at last follow-up, and the surgical efficacy was evaluated based on improvements in shoe fit and gait function.
RESULTS:
All 9 children were followed up 6-36 months, with an average of 18 months. All the incisions healed by first intention, and no infection or plantar ulceration occurred. At last follow-up, the growth rate of the affected foot was 0.10 (0.04, 0.14) cm/month, which was significantly slower than that of the healthy foot [0.14 (0.08, 0.18) cm/month] ( Z=3.951, P<0.001). Preoperatively, plantar pain sensation was absent in all cases; it was restored immediately after operation. At last follow-up, 6 patients had absent pain sensation, 2 had partial preservation (involving certain toes and central plantar regions), and 1 patient (with 3-year follow-up) exhibited regained sensation in multiple plantar areas. Gait improved in most cases, in which 8 children achieved normal ambulation, while 1 continued to limp due to leg-length discrepancy. Surgical efficacy were rated as excellent in 1 case, good in 7, and fair in 1.
CONCLUSION
Tibial nerve transection with epineurial suture combined with selective division of the common plantar digital nerve branches effectively reduces the growth rate of congenital macrodactyly in children, has minimal impact on plantar sensory function, and does not result in plantar ulcers or impaired ambulation.

2.Prevalence of Echinococcus infections in small rodents in Yushu City, Qinghai Province in 2023

Objective To investigate the prevalence of Echinococcus infections in small rodents around human residential areas in Yushu City, Qinghai Province in 2023, so as to provide insights into precision echinococcosis control. Methods One or two quadrats, each measuring 50 m × 50 m, were randomly assigned in Shanglaxiu Township and Longbao Township, Yushu City, Qinghai Province on June 2023, respectively, and 300 plate-type mouse traps, each measuring 12.0 cm × 6.5 cm, were assigned in each quadrat. Small rodents were captured during the period between 10 : 00 and 18 : 00 each day for 4 days. Then, all captured small rodents were identified and dissected, and liver specimens with suspected Echinococcus infections were subjected to pathological examinations. The Echinococcus cytochrome c oxidase 1 (cox1) gene was amplified using PCR assay, and the sequence of the amplified product was aligned to that was recorded in the GenBank to characterize the parasite species. In addition, a phylogenetic tree of Echinococcus was generated based on the cox1 gene sequence using the neighbor-joining method. Results A total of 236 small rodents were captured in Shanglaxiu and Longbao townships, Yushu City, including 65 Qinghai voles and 51 plateau pikas in Shanglaxiu Township, and 62 Qinghai voles and 58 plateau pikas in Longbao Township, and there was no significant difference in the constituent ratio of small rodents between the two townships (χ2 = 0.294, P > 0.05). Seven plateau pikas and 12 Qinghai voles were suspected to be infected with Echinococcus by dissection, and pathological examinations showed unclear structure of hepatic lobules and disordered hepatocyte arrangement in livers of small rodents suspected of Echinococcus infections. PCR assay identified E. shiquicus DNA in 7 Qinghai voles, which were all captured from Shanglaxiu Township. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the cox1 gene sequence of Echinococcus in small rodents was highly homologous to the E. shiquicus cox1 gene sequence reported previously. Conclusion Plateau pika and Qinghai vole were predominant small rodents around human residential areas in Yushu City, Qinghai Province in 2023, and E. shiquicus infection was detected in Qinghai voles.
3.Efficacy observation of clinical medication guided by genetic testing of antipsychotic drugs in patients with schizophrenia

Background Results of genetic testing for antipsychotic drugs can guide the rational use of drugs in clinical practice and help improve the clinical symptoms of patients with schizophrenia.However,there is currently limited evidence in China regarding the impact of genetic testing results on medication adherence,social function and drug side effects of antipsychotic drug treatment.Objective To explore the improvement of clinical symptoms,medication adherence and social function in patients with schizophrenia under the guidance of antipsychotic drug gene testing results and examine the safety of drug treatment,so as to provide references for ifor precise treatment of schizophrenia patients.Methods Patients with acute schizophrenia who received hospitalization at Dazhou Minkang Hospital from July 2019 to August 2021 as well as met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases,tenth edition(ICD-10)were selected as research subjects(n=144).Based on random number table,subjects were divided into study group and control group,with 72 cases in each group.Control group received drug treatment based on the doctor's clinical experience,while study group received drug treatment based on the results of gene testing for antipsychotic drug.Both treatments lasted for 12 weeks.At baseline as well as 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment,Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS),8-item Morisky Medication Adherence Scale(MMAS-8),Social Functional Rating Scale(SFRS)and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS)were adopted for assessment.Result Time effect and group effect of the reducing rate of PANSS,MMAS-8 and SFRS scores in the groups were statistically significant(Ftime=95.251,6.650,14.101,Fgroup=38.055,58.175,128.221,P<0.01).The interaction effect of the reduction rates of MMAS-8 scores in two groups was statistically significant(Finteraction=5.837,P<0.01).The group effect and interaction effect of the severity scores of drug side effects and patient pain scores in two groups were statistically significant(Fgroup=7.553,81.533,Finteraction=8.693,9.322,P<0.01).Conclusion In terms of improving clinical symptom relief,medication adherence,social function and drug side effects,medication for patients with schizophrenia guided by genetic testing of antipsychotic drugs may be more effective than that relying on medication based on clinical experience.

Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.
5.Magnetic resonance imaging study on gray matter volume and abnormal functional connectivity in patients with neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) from imaging perspective by analyzing voxel-based morphology (VBM) and functional connectivity (FC) in resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI).Methods:Thirty-five patients with NPSLE and 30 patients with non-NPSLE admitted to Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Taizhou People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from June 2020 to March 2023 were enrolled; 31 healthy subjects were included as healthy control group during the same period. All subjects completed routine MRI and rs-fMRI, laboratory tests (C3, C4, IgA, IgM and IgG levels), mini-mental state examination (MMSE), hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS), and fatigue scale for motor and cognitive functions (FSMC). Whole brain gray matter volume in subjects of the 3 groups was analyzed by VBM method, and the brain regions enjoying significant differences in gray matter volume between the NPSLE group and non-NPSLE group were selected as regions of interest (ROIs) for whole brain FC analysis. Partial correlation method was used to analyze the correlations of imaging indexes in brain regions enjoying significant differences with clinical indexes and imaging scores between NPSLE group and non-NPSLE group. Efficacy of imaging indexes in brain regions enjoying significant difference in differentiating NPSLE from non-NPSLE was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve.Results:(1) Covariance analysis among the 3 groups showed that the gray matter volume in the left inferior frontal gyrus of orbit, left superior frontal gyrus, right rectus gyrus, right transverse temporal gyrus, and right superior frontal gyrus was significantly different among the 3 groups ( P<0.001, FDR corrected); compared with the healthy control group, the NPSLE group had significantly reduced gray matter volume in the left inferior frontal gyrus of orbit, left superior frontal gyrus of orbit, right rectus gyrus, right transverse temporal gyrus, and right superior frontal gyrus ( P<0.001, FDR corrected); compared with the non-NPSLE group, the NPSLE group had significantly decreased gray matter volume in the left inferior frontal gyrus of orbit, right rectus gyrus, and right transverse temporal gyrus ( P<0.001, FDR corrected). (2) Whole brain FC analysis with brain regions enjoying significant differences as seed points showed that Fisher z-transformed FC (zFC) in the right transverse temporal gyrus and bilateral postcentral gyrus of the NPSLE group were significantly decreased ( P<0.001, FDR corrected). (3) Partial correlation analysis showed that, in the NPSLE group, zFC from the right transverse temporal gyrus to left posterior central gyrus was negatively correlated with disease course ( r=-0.390, P=0.027); gray matter volume in the right orbital superior frontal gyrus was negatively correlated with FSMC-cognitive ( r=-0.401, P=0.023); the gray matter volume in the right orbital superior frontal gyrus was negatively correlated with FSMC-motor ( r=-0.374, P=0.035). (4) ROC curve found that gray matter volume in the right rectus gyrus and zFC from the right transverse temporal gyrus to the right posterior central gyrus had relatively high efficacy in differentiating NPSLE from non-NPSLE, with AUC of 0.771 (95% CI: 0.658-0.885, P<0.001) and 0.794 (95% CI: 0.685-0.904, P<0.001), respectively. Conclusion:NPSLE patients have reduced gray matter volume in multiple brain regions (concentrating in the prefrontal limbic system); and reduced FC with some brain regions is noted; multiple indexes are correlated with clinical indexes.
6.Application value of different surgical approaches in the radical resection of Siewert type Ⅱ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction

Objective:To investigate the application value of different surgical approaches in the radical resection of Siewert type Ⅱ adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction (AEG).Methods:The retrospective cohort study was conducted. The clinicopathological data of 84 patients with Siewert Ⅱ AEG who were admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University from March 2018 to March 2019 were collected. There were 65 males and 19 females, aged from 43 to 82 years, with a median age of 66 years. Of 84 patients, 24 cases undergoing radical resection of AEG via abdominal transhiatal approach (TH) were allocated into TH group, 32 cases undergoing radical resection of AEG via left thoracic approach (Sweet) were allocated into Sweet group, 28 cases undergoing radical resection of AEG via right thoracoabdominal approach (RTA) were allocated into RTA group. Observation indicators: (1) surgical and postoperative conditions of Siewert Ⅱ AEG patients in the 3 groups; (2) postoperative complications of Siewert Ⅱ AEG patients in the 3 groups. (3) Follow-up. Follow-up using outpatient examination and telephone interview was conducted to detect postoperative life quality, tumor recurrence and survival of patients up to March 2020. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and comparison between groups was analyzed using the ANOVA. Measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M (range), comparison among multiple groups was analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis H test, and comparison between two groups was analyzed using the Dunn Bonferroni test. Count data were described as absolute numbers, and comparison between groups was analyzed using the chi-square test. Results:(1) Surgical and postoperative conditions of Siewert Ⅱ AEG patients in the 3 groups: the operation time for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 216 minutes (range, 190-230 minutes), 174 minutes (range, 152-185 minutes) and 295 minutes (range, 261-337 minutes), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=57.977, P<0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the Sweet group, between the TH group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). There was also a significant difference between the Sweet group and the RTA group ( P<0.05). The volume of intraoperative blood loss for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 150 mL (range, 100-163 mL), 150 mL (range, 150-200 mL) and 200 mL (range, 150-263 mL), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=11.097, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the TH group and the Sweet group ( P>0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the RTA group, between the Sweet group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). The number of lymph node dissected for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 15 (range, 9-19), 17 (range, 10-21) and 30 (range, 24-40), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=29.775, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the TH group and the Sweet group ( P>0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the RTA group, between the Sweet group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). The number of thoracic lymph node dissected for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 0, 2 (range, 1-3) and 6 (range, 3-9), respec-tively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=48.140, P<0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the Sweet group, between the TH group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). There was also a significant difference between the Sweet group and the RTA group ( P<0.05). The number of abdominal lymph node dissected for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 15 (range, 9-19), 12 (range, 8-19), and 24 (range, 17-35), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=18.149, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the TH group and the Sweet group ( P>0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the RTA group, between the Sweet group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). The number of positive lymph node for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 2 (range, 0-3), 0 (range, 0-3), and 5 (range, 1-6), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=7.729, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the TH group and the Sweet group, between the TH group and the RTA group, respectively ( P>0.05). There was a significant difference between the Sweet group and the RTA group ( P<0.05). The time to postoperative first flatus of Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 3 days (range, 3-4 days), 3 days (range, 3-4 days), and 4 days (range, 3-5 days), respectively, showing no significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=3.125, P>0.05). The duration of postoperative hospital stay for Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients in TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 16 days (range, 14-17 days), 14 days (range, 12-15 days), and 19 days (range, 18-21 days), respectively, showing a significant difference among the 3 groups ( H=35.244, P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the TH group and the Sweet group ( P>0.05). There were significant differences between the TH group and the RTA group, between the Sweet group and the RTA group, respectively ( P<0.05). (2) Postoperative complications of Siewert Ⅱ AEG patients in the 3 groups: there were 6, 6, 11 Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients of the TH group, Sweet group and RTA group with cardiopulmonary complication, respectively, 1, 1, 2 patients with anastomotic leakage and 1, 0, 1 patients with AEG-related death, showing no significant difference in the above indicators among the 3 groups ( χ2=3.263, 0.754, 1.595, P>0.05). (3) Follow-up: 78 of 84 Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients were followed up for 9.0 to 24.0 months, with a median follow-up time of 16.6 months. Cases with reduced respiratory function at postoperative 3 months for the TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 4, 3, 5, respectively. Cases with gastroesophageal reflux at postoperative 3 months for the 3 groups were 3, 6, 7, respectively. Cases with weight loss at post-operative 3 months for the 3 groups were 3, 2, 4, respectively. There was no significant difference in the above indicators among the 3 groups ( χ2=1.009, 1.107, 1.112, P>0.05). Cases tumor recurrence and metastasis in the TH group, Sweet group and RTA group were 5, 7, 4, cases who survived at postoperative 1 year in the 3 groups were 19, 24, 25, respectively. There was no significant difference in the above indicators among the 3 groups ( χ2=0.897, 1.261, P>0.05). Conclusion:RTA appiled in Siewert type Ⅱ AEG patients has a longer postoperative operation time, increased intra-operative blood loss and longer hospital stay, while has better advantages in lymph node dissection.
7.COVID-19 epidemic and its characteristics in Heilongjiang province

Objective:To describe the COVID-19 epidemic and its characteristics in Heilongjiang province, and provide evidence for the further prevention and control of COVID-19 in the province.Methods:The information of COVID-19 cases and clusters were collected from national notifiable disease report system and management information system for reporting public health emergencies of China CDC. The Software’s of Excel 2010 and SPSS 23.0 were applied for data cleaning and statistical analysis on the population, time and area distributions of COVID-19 cases.Results:On January 22, 2020, the first confirmed case of COVID-19 was reported in Heilongjiang. By March 11, 2020, a total of 482 cases domestic case of COVID-19, The incidence rate was 1.28/100 000, the mortality rate was 2.70% (13/482) in 13 municipalities in Heilongjiang. There were 81 clusters of COVID-19, The number of confirmed cases accounted for 79.25% (382/482) of the total confirmed cases and 12 cases of deaths. The family clusters accounted for 86.42% (70/81). Compared with the sporadic cases, the mortality rate, proportion of elderly cases aged 60 or above and severe or critical cases of clinical classification were all higher in the clusters especially the family clusters, but the differences were not significant ( P>0.05). There were 34 clusters involving more than 5 confirmed cases accounted for 41.98% (34/81) of the total clusters, the involved cases accounted for 68.31% (261/382) of the total cases of clusters. There were significant differences in age distribution of the cases among the case clusters with different case numbers. In the clusters involving 6-9 cases, the proportion of cases aged 65 years or above was more (26.53%, 39/147). Conclusions:The incidence rate of COVID-19 was relatively high and the early epidemic was serious in Heilongjiang, The number of cases was large in clusters especially family clusters.
8.Prevalence of nutritional risk among 1 500 hospitized patients with gynecologic tumor

Objective:To investigate the prevalence of nutritional risk among hospitalized patients with gynecologic tumor and provide a reference for nutritional intervention.Methods:Hospitalized patients with gynecologic tumor in a grade A class 3 hospital in Beijing were consecutively enrolled from December 2016 to December 2017. Nutritional risk was measured by nutritional risk screening 2002(NRS 2002)within the first 24 h after admission. The relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Results:A total of 1 500 hospitalized patients who met entry criteria and obtained informed consent were consecutively enrolled. The prevalence of nutritional risk was 23.1%, and 53.1 % patients had at least one nutrition-related problem. The analysis of relevant influencing factors showed that patients of age under 30 years and over 50 years( χ2=108.014, P<0.01), malignancy( χ2=112.197, P<0.01), low differentiation pathological type( χ2=251.392, P<0.01), chemotherapy( χ2=339.999, P<0.01)accompanied with vomiting( χ2=121.402, P<0.01), diarrhea( χ2=49.920, P<0.01)had the relatively high prevalence rate of nutritional risk. Pathological stage and operation had no significant effect( P>0.05). Conclusions:The prevalence of nutritional risk among hospitalized patients with gynecologic tumor is relatively high. The main relevant influencing factors include age, kinds of diseases, pathological type, chemotherapy, vomiting and diarrhea.

Objective To evaluate the dynamic changes of left ventricular mechanical synchrony in the early period after acute myocardial infarction (AMI) by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging (2D-STI) and real time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE),and analyze the correlation with phase analysis of single photo emission computed tomography gated myocardial perfusion imaging (SPECT GMPI) in porcine models,and further to investigate the clinical significance of left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony in patients with AMI.Methods Bama minipigs(n =11) were subjected to left anterior descending (LAD) occlusion by balloon to introduce AMI porcine models.All animals underwent 2D-STI and RT-3DE at the baseline (before AMI),1 day,1 week and 4 weeks after LAD occlusion,respectively.In addition,SPECT GMPI was measured at baseline and 1 day after AMI.Data was analyzed and compared the dynamic changes of left ventricular mechanical synchrony before and after AMI.Then the correlation between echocardiography and SPECT GMPI in evaluating left ventricular mechanical synchrony before and after AMI were calculated.Results Eight pigs were successfully established as AMI models and complete the study.SPECT GMPI,2D-STI and RT-3DE showed that the left ventricular mechanical synchrony indexes were significantly higher at 1 day after AMI than those before AMI,which means the appearance of left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony.Compared with those 1 day after AMI,GLS,Time SD,Tmsv16-SD% and Tmsv16-Dif% did not change significantly at 1 week after AMI,but they significantly increased at4 weeks after AMI (all P <0.05).At baseline and 1 day after AMI,the GLS measured by 2D-STI and the SPECT GMPI parameter phase bandwidth (BW) showed good correlation(r =0.708-0.719,P <0.05),Time SD was significantly correlated with the SPECT GMPI parameter phase standard deviation (SD)(r =0.717-0.830,P <0.05),while Tmsv16-Dif% derived from RT-3DE had a better positive correlation with BW (r =0.713-0.857,P <0.05),as similar as Tmsv16-SD% with SD(r =0.803-0.957,P <0.05).Conclusions Left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony is present 1 day after AMI.Compared with that 1 day after AMI,left ventricular mechanical dyssynchrony doesn't change significantly at 1week after AMI,but further aggravates at 4 weeks after AMI.The parameters of 2D-STI and RT-3DE have good correlation with the mechanical synchrony parameters measured by SPECT GMPI.2D-STI and RT-3DE can be used as reliable methods to evaluate left ventricle mechanical dyssynchrony early after AMI.
10.Application of 3D printing technique in bone tumor surgery: state of the art

It is a great challenge for surgeons to make an individualized treatment plan and remove tumor accurately and completely for bone tumor patients.3D printing technique is one of the most effective methods when it comes to individualized and precise treatment in medical field.The distinctiveness and advantages of 3D printing technique can make up for the shortcomings of traditional treatments,and it also can greatly improve the level and accuracy of individualized diagnosis and treatment in bone tumor surgery.3D printing technique is usually used to make anatomical models for plan or simulation;surgical guides for drilling or osteotomy;customized implants or prostheses;models for trimming grafts and models for implants in bone tumor surgery.3D printing technique is helpful to reduce operation time and bleeding,decrease radiation exposure,reduce complications and recurrence,cut the costs,and improve the surgical accuracy and clinical outcome.Through the review of 3D printing technology in bone tumor surgery literature,we analyzed and evaluated the following aspects:surgical time,bleeding,radiation exposure,clinical outcome,complications,recurrence,accuracy and costs.And the included literatures were analyzed and summarized from the positions of bone tumor and the uses of 3D printing technique.The purpose of this study is to summarize the application of 3D printing technique in treating bone tumor patients,and to make surgeons learn more about 3D printing technique,investigate the potential advantages and the developing tendency of 3D printing technique,and develop the new ideas of 3D printing technique in bone tumor surgery.
