Twenty Tunisian patients with Dercum's disease were treated by surrounding acupuncture combined with cupping and ear acupuncture. The result showed that among the patients, 6 were significantly effective, 11 effective and 3 ineffective. The total effective rate was 85.0%. The difference of serum cholesterol, serum triglyceride and blood sugar before and after the treatment were of statistical significance (P＜0.05 and P＜0.01). In 17 cases the body weight was reduced by more than 3 kg.

Objective To study the hypoglycemic effect and mechanism of n￣butyl alcohol extraction from Anoectochilus roxburghii. Methods The total of 12 normal rats were used as normal control group, and 48 diabetic model rats were divided into model control group, and high dose, middle dose and low dose treatment groups with 12 rats in each group,three treatment groups received Anoectochilus roxburghii at dose 600,400,200 mg.kg-1 , respectively, normal control group and model control group were administered with equal volume of 0.9% sodium chlorade solution once a day.After 21 days of drug administration, the weights of rats, the levels of blood glucose and insulin were examined. Results Compared with normal control group, the body weight in model control group decreased significantly(P<0.01), while blood glucose significantly increased (P<0.01).Compared with model control group, the body weight in Anoectochilus roxburghii groups exhibited no obvious difference,while blood glucose decreased significantly (P<0.01 or P<0.05).The level of insulin in high dose group increased remarkably (P<0.05). Conclusion The n￣butyl alcohol extraction from Anoectochilus roxburghii shows markedly hypoglycemic effect,specifically for which at high dose increases the level of insulin significantly,its mechanism may involve with promoting β cells regeneration.

Objective To explore the function of stereotactic radiation therapy (SRT) and wholebrain radiation therapy (WBRT) in treatment of multiple brain metastasis tumor.Methods Fifty-two patients with multiple brain metastasis tumor were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into simple stereotactic radiation therapy group (22 cases) and whole-brain radiation therapy + stereotactic radiation therapy group (30 cases) according to the radiation therapy method.The median overall survival time and distant brain tumor recurrence rate in 1 year etc.were compared between 2 groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the median overall survival time and fatality rate between simple stereotactic radiation therapy group and whole-brain radiation therapy + stereotactic radiation therapy group:13.0 months (95％ CI 8.05-27.84) vs.13.4 months (95％ CI 8.57-19.48),86.36％ (19/22) vs.86.67％ (26/30),P＞ 0.05.The distant brain tumor recurrence rate in 1 year in simple stereotactic radiation therapy group was significantly higher than that in whole-brain radiation therapy + stereotactic radiation therapy group:45.45％ (10/22) vs.20.00％ (6/30),and there was statistical difference (x2 =3,861,P =0.049).Conclusion Stereotactic radiation therapy and whole-brain radiotherapy can achieved similar median overall survival time.

Objective:To explore the relationship between Feng syndrome(风证) and plasma endothelin(ET)in initial condition of acutely ischemic stroke.Methods:Using the table of syndrome quantitative diagnosis which formulated according to experiences of apoplectic experts to grade the fraction of syndrome which appears in initial condition of 151 cases with acute cerebral infarction，at the same time the level of plasma ET was determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA),and then according to the fraction of syndrome patients were divided into two groups,one is Feng syndrome group,the other is nonFeng syndrome group，the levels of plasma ET in this two groups and with healthy subject were compared.Results:It showed that the level of plasma ET in Feng group was significantly higher than that in nonFeng group（P<0.001）；and the same result between the patients and the healthy subjects（all P<0.001） were obtained.Conclusions:The results demonstrate that there is a correlated relationship between Feng syndrome and plasma ET,and the level of plasma ET can be regarded as a microcosmic indices to separate Feng syndrome from nonFeng syndrome.

Objective To discuss curative effects of naloxone in treatment of newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods 100 newborns with HIE were divided into two groups at random,the naloxone therapeutic group and the is routine therapeutic group.The therapy effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of naloxone therapeutic group was 92%,and the total effective rate of matched control group was 72%.There were outstanding differences between two groups.Conclusion Naloxone shall be used to treat newborn with HIE based on the correct judgment of symptom and suitable treatment as early as possible.It's an effective way to black the development of the state of HIE,and to relieve the brain injury.

Objective To establish the structured electronic medical records system based on XML in hospital. Methods The software system of electronic medical record which is suitable for the practical environment of hospital was developed to establish various types of specialized templates and train the clinicians well. Results The establishment of hospital-wide electronic medical record system has achieved the major goals. Conclusion In the current technical conditions, through process reengineering and software development, the hospital can establish the appropriate electronic medical records system to improve the quality of medical records and efficiency of clinicians.

OBJECTIVE:To establish fingerprint of Zhizi jinhua pills(ZZJHW)and analyze the relationship of it with in vitro antioxidant activity,in order to provide the basis for the quality control of them. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The sep-aration was performed on a Sinochrom ODS-BP C18(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase consisted of 0.2% acetic acid(containing 3 mmol/L sodium heptanesulfonate solution)-acetonitrile(gradient elution)at the detection wavelength of 254 nm and flow rate of 0.8 ml/min. The column temperature was controlled at 38 ℃,and injection volume was 10 μl. The“Chromato-graphic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System for TCM”(2012.130723 edition) issued by Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission was used to evaluate the similarity of the 12 batches of ZZJHW using baicalin as reference peak so as to attribute the common peak of fingerprint. DPPH free radical scavenging assay was used to investigate the in vitro antioxidant activity of 12 batches of ZZJHW,and the relationship between its fingerprint and antioxidant activity was studied. RESULTS:The fingerprint of 12 batches of ZZJHW was established and the similarity between the fingerprint of ZZJHW with their reference fingerprint were all above 0.9 (except S1,S2,S3,S12). 30 common peaks were marked,all of which were assigned to the herbs. Antioxidant experiment result showed the differences in the antioxidant capacity among different batches of ZZJHW;spectrum effect relationship showed that 13 common peaks were positively related with oxidation activity and 17 common peaks negatively related with it;among known com-ponents,oxidation activity components were mainly from Lonicera japonica,Scutellaria baicalensis and Rheum palmatum. CON-CLUSIONS:The spectrum effect relationship of established fingerprint with its antioxidant activity can provide reference for the quality control of ZZJHW.

Objective To investigate clinical effect of sEMG-BFB training combined with swallowing training for dysphagic patients with cerebral infarction,to provide a reference for life quality improvement of dysphagic patients.Methods 48 patients with cerebral infarction combined swallowing disorder were selected.According to the digital table,patients were divided into the control group and observation group,24 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given training such as routine training and behavioral swallowing training,while patients in the observation group were given sEMG-BFB training based on training of the control group.FOIS score,Kubota's water drinking test grade,SSA score and SWAL-QOL score were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,FOIS score,SSA score and SWAL-QOL score of the observation group were (3.82 ± 1.04),(19.97 ± 8.17),(158.23 ± 10.27),which were significantly higher than those of the control group [(2.82 ± 1.21),(24.21 ± 6.31),(139.23±7.32),t =4.394,4.115,5.642,all P ＜ 0.05] ; Kubota's water drinking test grade of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (U =283.43,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion sEMG-BFB training combined with swallowing training is helpful for dysphagic patients with cerebral infarction to improve swallowing ability and life quality.

Objective To observe the effect of Xuebijing injection on the expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and high mobility group box-1 protein (HMGB-1) in rat peritoneal mesothelial cells (PMCs) induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Methods PMCs were isolated from rat colic omentum and the 3rd generation cells were used in the experiment. PMCs were incubated with LPS at different concentrations (1,10,100 mg/L);with LPS (10 mg/L) for 2, 6, 12, 18, 21, 24, 36 h;with Xuebijing injection at different concentrations (2,10,20 g/L) after incubation with LPS (10 mg/L) for 2 h. PMCs in the control group were incubated with medium. HMGB-1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR. TNF-α and HMGB-1 protein in supernatants was detected by ELISA. Results Compared to the control group, the expression of HMGB-1 mRNA and protein was significantly increased in groups stimulated by LPS in a time- and dose-dependent manner (all P<0.05);the expression of TNF-α was increased in the groups stimulated by LPS in a dose-dependent manner (P<0.05). In the groups stimulated by LPS (10 mg/L), the expression of TNF-α appeared double hump within 36 hours. Compared to LPS (10 mg/L) group, Xuebijing injection significantly inhibited the expression of HMGB-1 and TNF-α (all P<0.05 ) in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions HMGB-1 as a late mediator of inflammatory responses may play a role in the pathogenesis of peritoneal dialysis related peritonitis. Xuebijing injection can reduce peritoneal inflammatory impairment by inhibiting the up-regulation of TNF-α and HMGB-1 induced by LPS.

Objective To observe the effect of ulinastatin on the expression of interleukin 15 (IL-15), connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in rat peritoneal mesothelial cells (RPMCs) induced by high glucose. Methods RPMCs were isolated, cultured and passaged by trypsin, then identified. The third generation of cultured RPMCs were used in the experiment. RPMCs were divided into normal control group, high glucose (1.5%, 2.5%, 4.25%) for 6 hours and 12 hours, high glucose (2.5%) for 3, 6, 12, 24 hours or ulinastatin (160, 320, 640U/ml) for 12 hours. IL-15 mRNA was detected by real-time PCR. IL-15 and CTGF protein in supernatants was detected by ELISA. MDA protein was detected by TBAS. Results Compared with the control group, the expression of IL-15, CTGF and MDA was significantly increased in the groups stimulated by high glucose (P＜0.05) in dose- and time-dependent manner. Ulinastatin could significantly decrease the expression of IL-15, CTGF and MDA induced by high glucose in dosedependent manner both in protein and gene levels (P＜0.05). Conclusions High glucose can up-regulate the expression of IL-15, CTGF and MDA in RPMCs. Ulinastatin can reverse these changes.
