Objective To study the purification, concentration and drying technology of Fushubao gel. Methods The purification technology of Fushubao gel was optimizing by the total retention rate of Rhein, emodin, physcion and purity of content. The concentration, drying technology of Fushubao gel was optimized by the transfering rate of Rhein, emodin, physcion and Berberine hydrochloride. Results Best refining technology included in the condition of the water extract of 0.2 g/ml at 70 ℃, the ZTC1+1-II clarifying agent B 0.6 ml/g was mixed10 min in a 70 ℃ water bath thermal insulation 30 min; And then agent A 0.3 ml/g was added and mixed 10 min in a 70 water bath thermal insulation 30 min; after 12 h, filter it. Best thickening, drying technology was in the vacuum for -0.08~-0.09 MPa, a temperature of 60 ℃, the pressure was reduced to concentrate its relative density about 1.05 and concentrated liquid spray was dryed. Conclusions The purification, concentration and drying technology of Fushubao gel is reasonable, and can be used in the production.

This study was aimed to explore the clinical effect of San-Jiao (SJ) acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine and Cisapride tablets in the treatment of senile constipation. A total of 118 patients were selected according to the inclusion criteria. According to the visiting sequence, patients were randomly divided into the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group of 60 cases and drug group of 58 cases. In the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group, SJ acupuncture was combined with Huang-Di (HD) powder in the treatment. In the drug group, Cisapride tablets were applied. Both groups were treated for 20 times. The scale was used in the comprehensive evaluation of integral effect evaluation of main symptoms, psychological evaluation before and after the treatment. The results showed that there was significant difference on the integral before and after treatment in both groups (P< 0.01). The posttreatment integral showed that the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group was better than the drug group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference on total effective rate between two groups. However, comparison on good improvement rate showed that the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group was better than the drug group (χ2 =28.25, P < 0.01). It was concluded that the acupuncture with Chinese medicine group had better effect on the im-provement of clinical symptom integral, psychological integral, and comprehensive effect evaluation. SJ acupuncture combined with HD powder was a safe treatment method with good effect.

Objective:To optimize the ethanol precipitation technique for Fufang Shenqi soft capsules. Methods: An orthogonal design was used to optimize the technique with the relative density of the concentrated solution, ethanol concentration, standing time, temperature of ethanol precipitation as the influencing factors and the yield of dry extract and the content of total polysaccharides as the indices. Results:The best ethanol precipitation technique was as follows:the relative density of the concentrated solution was 1. 10, 95% ethanol was used to obtain 60% ethanol concentration, and the standing time was 48 h under the temperature of 10-30℃. Con-clusion:The optimized ethanol precipitation technique for Fufang Shenqi soft capsules is simple and practicable, and suitable for prac-tical production.

Objective To discuss the effectiveness of rehabilitation training after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. Methods Seventy-four cases of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair were studied. They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. Both groups received shoulder passive motion training after the operation. The treatment group also received 3-phase shoulder exercises for rehabilitation.changes in American shoulder & elbow surgeons' scores (ASES scores),University of California at Los Angeles shoulder scoring system scores (UCLASS),and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores were assessed pre-operation,and 6 months and 1,2 and 3 years later. Results There was no difference between the groups pre-operation.After the operation, significant improvements in all the outcome measurements were observed in the treatment group.Significant improvement in VAS scores was observed only in the treatment group.Shoulder pain, mobility, range of active forward flexion, strength of forward flexion and patient satisfaction all improved significantly more in the treatment group than in the control group. Conclusions Early and systematic rehabilitation training is an effective way to improve the function of the shoulder joint after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.

Objective To understand willingness of current medical undergraduates to work at community health-care service(CHS)institutions after their graduation to provides information for professional training for them. Methods Totally,2714 medical undergraduate students were recruited from three medical schools in east, middle and west China by multi-level sampling methods for questionnaire survey on their basic information and willingness to be employed at CHS institutions.results of the survey were described by relative numeric and tested by chi-square test for smtistical inference. Results About 60.6%of medical undergraduate students were willing to work at CHS organizations permanently or temporarily.Their willingness to work there differed with their native living areas and grades they were studying significantly(P<0.01).Reason for those they would work at CHS organizations after graduation included work less stress and easier, and that for those reluctant to work there included low-income and lack of social respect for general practitioners. Conclusions Nowadays, few medical undergraduate students would like to work at CHS organizations after their graduation, which was influenced mainly by traditional ideas and concepts of employment, personal career devdopment, economic income, and so on.It is suggested that ideas of community work be strengthened for medical undergraduate students and their employment concepts be changed in the future.

Body composition measurement could significantly facilitate evaluating the content of various body components, getting information about the health status and assessing the diagnosis, treatment, test, and prognosis of several diseases.Human health will be seriously affected by the imbalance of body composition.Body composition measurement methods are generally divided into local measurement methods and general measurement methods. The former ones include skinfold thickness measurement, ultrasonic measurement, computed tomography and nuclear magnetic resonance measurement;while the latter ones include anthropometry, underwater weighing measurement, air displacement measurement, biological resistance measurement, near infrared absorption measurement,dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry measurement, isotope dilution measurement, potassium isotope measurement and three-dimensional body scanning measurement, etc. This article reviews a variety of body composition measurement methods and their clinical application.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemic situation of vertical dissemination of the Escherichia coli(ECO) and Klebsiella pneumoniae(KPN) isolates producing extended-spectrum beta-lactamases in the hospital.METHODS The fingerprints of the isolates were obtained by pulsed-field-gel-electrophoresis(PFGE),and were analyzed with software Quantity One.RESULTS The similarity of 10 isolates and 7 isolates among the 21 ECO(isolates) from ICU was more than 90%,and 100%,respectively;the similarity of 3 KPN isolates was 100%.The similarity of 9 isolates among the 20 ECO(isolates) was more than 90% and the similarity of 4 isolates among the 6 KPN isolates was more than 90% in the neurosurgery ward. The similar coefficients of 3 isolates and 2(isolates)(among) the 10 ECO isolates from the ward for cadre were more than 90% and 100%,(respectively.) The similar(coefficients) of 2 isolates among the 7 ECO isolates from the gastroenterology ward and 2(isolates)(among) the 18 ECO isolates from the respiratory ward were more than 90%.The isolates whose similarity was more than 90% were also found in other wards.CONCLUSIONS There are vertical disseminations of single clone of ESBL-producing organisms in several wards, especially in the ICU.It is necessary to strengthen the management of(infection)-control.
