1.Preparation Technology of Extraction and ? - cyclodextrin Inclusion of Volatile Oil in Shaofu Zhuyu Tablets
Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 1993;0(01):-
Objective To study the optimum conditions of extraction and ? - cyclodextrin inclusion for the volatile oil from Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Chuanxiong and Cortex Cinnamomi in Shaofu Zhuyu Tablets. Methods The extraction conditions were evaluated by the ultimate oil extract ratio with single- factor analysis, and the inclusion technology were optimized by the inclusion output ratio and oil- bearing ratio in the inclusion with orthogonal test. Results The optimum conditions for extraction were as follows: smashing the medicinal material into coarse powder (through 10- mesh screen), adding 8 times of the water (mwater ∶ mpander=8 ∶ 1), extracting oil for 4 hours. The best conditions for inclusion were as: the ratio of Oil and ? - cyclodextrin being 1 mL ∶ 8g, and stirring for 2 hours at 50 ℃ . Conclusion The extraction and inclusion conditions in this study are optimal with high oil extract rate, reasonable inclusion process, and minimum cost.

Objective To evalute long-term effect of combined therapy (radical or palliative resection of carcer and intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion (IPHP) chemotherapy) for advenced garstric cancer (GC) from October 1987 to October 1997 in our haspital. The cases were randomly divided into two groups: IPHP group (37 cases) and control group (34 cases). In IPHP group, before suture the abdomine, heated 5-Fu solution in abdominal cavity should be maintained at 42~43℃ for 60 minutes. Results After IPHP chemotherapy, 12 patients with cancer cells widespreading in abdominal carity, refractable ascites were disappeared. All the patients were dischargd after IPHP. The 5-year survival rate in IPHP group (51.6%) was significanfly highter than that in control group (32.3%) (P<0.05).

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of gardenoside in Xinxue Tablets and to provide evidence for ameliorating its quality criterion. Methods HPLC conditions were as follows: C18(4.6?250 mm,5 ?m)column with temperature at 25 ℃,acetonitrile-water(15∶85) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL/min,and the detection wavelength at 238 nm.Results Gardenoside was well separated from other components and had good linearity in the range of 0.128~1.024 ?g(r=0.999 2).The average recovery was 98.67 %and RSD=1.57 %.Conclusion The method is accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Xinxue Tablets.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transurethral vaporization combined with resection in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) and prevention of complications. Methods Under low position continuous epidural anesthesia, 83 cases of BPH were treated by transurethral vaporization and resection with Stabilized loop, roller-shape and spade electrodes. Results The mean operative time was 58 min and blood loss 80ml. No blood transfusion was required and no transurethral resection syndrome(TURS) occurred. All patients had been followed up for 2 months~2 years. IPSS decreased from(26 4?5 7)points to(8 4?3 9) points( t =20 31, P

AIM: To study the optimal condition and parameters for the enrichment process of paeoniflorin in Kunyining Granules (Radix Paeoniae Rubra, etc.) with macroreticular resin. METHODS: With the enrichment degree of paeoniflorin in Kunyining Granules as an index, the optimal conditions of the enrichment process were investigated. RESULTS: The optimal condition showed that the aqueous extract was taken into the macroporous resin column, and kept for 30 min, then the resin was washed by water to get rid of impurity and then we used six times as much 50% ethanol as aqueous extract to elute paeoniflorin. CONCLUSION: The process is feasible to enrich paeoniflorin from Kunyining Granules.

Traditional Chinese Drug Research & Clinical Pharmacology 2009;20(4):383-385
Objective To optimize the preparation process of Tangzu Granula. Methods With the paste-forming rate and total content of paeoniflorin as the indexes, the optimal water-extraction condition was screened by orthogonal design. With hydroscopicity, fluidity and formability as the indexes, the appropriate ratio of the excipient and the formula were selected. Results The optimum water-extraction condition was as follows: 10-fold water, decoction for 2 times and 1.5 hour for each time. The optimal ratio of the excipient and the formula for preparation of Tangzu granules were two proportions of the extract and three proportions of the excipient which consisted of lactose and dextrin(2 : 1, w/ w). Conclusion The technology is effec-tive, scientific, reasonable, and practical.

Results 2 cases of corpus glandulare prostatae extraction on ospectinis,2 cases of urethrolithotomy, 12 cases of transurethral resection of the prostate foe the treatment of symptomatic BPH, 5 cases of exelcymosic UCL all gained urethral sounding and urethra sliver and electrotomy. Conclusion Iatrogentic urethral stricutre can be prevented by iatrogentic urethral catheterization operation technical, reconstruction the time size quality of urethral catheterization, using intravenous. By urethral sounding and intracavitary operation, iatrogentic urethral stricture all gained satisfaction.
