Objective To explore the effect of robot-assisted gait training on pelvis kinematics and the walking function of hemiplegic stroke survivors. Methods Thirty stroke survivors with hemiplegia were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, each of 15.Both groups were given routine clinical medication and rehabilitation training, while the treatment group was additionally provided with 20 minutes of robot-assisted gait training a day,6 d/wk for 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, all of the patients' pelvis kinematics were assessed using 10 m walking speed (MWS),the timed up and go test (TUGT) and functional ambulation categorization (FAC).Results Before the treatment there were no significant differences between the two group in any of the measurements. After the treatment, significant improvement was observed in both groups in the vertical displacement and rotation and tilt angles of the pelvis while walking, with significantly more improvement in the treatment group than in the control group. There was also significant improvement in the average walking speed,TUGT time and FAC score of both groups, with significantly more improvement in the treatment group. Conclusion Robot-assisted gait training can significantly improve the pelvis control and walking ability of hemiplegic stroke survivors.

English for medical laboratory is an instrumental course, which aims to develop students'competency in reading English literature, writing English scientific papers and conducting international academic exchanges in English. With the continuous expansion and deepening of international exchange and cooperation in laboratory medicine and the demands for training international talents in higher education in China, higher requirements have been put forward for the teaching quality of this course.According to the post competency requirements for professionals of medical laboratory, this paper mainly discusses the teaching mode of English for medical laboratory from the aspectsof educational concept, teaching material construction, teaching mode, assessment mechanism and teachers, hoping to play an active role in the teaching reform of English for medical laboratory at the undergraduate level.
3.Detection characteristics of the virus during school influenza outbreaks in Linyi City
Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(5):723-726
Objective:
To analyze the characteristics of influenza virus detection in an influenza outbreak in schools, so as to provide a strategic basis for the treatment of influenza outbreaks in schools.
Methods:
A total of 1 702 samples were collected from 52 school influenza outbreaks reported in Linyi City in 2021-2022. The samples were divided into 3 types according to different symptoms during the management of the epidemic [group A:influenzalike illness (ILI) group; group B:mild illness group; group C:close contacts group]. Rt-PCR was used to detect influenza virus nucleic acid in the collected samples. The detection rate of influenza virus in the outbreaks was analyzed by χ2 test.
Results:
In total, 1 071 samples (62.93%) tested positive for influenza virus nucleic acid. Among them, 610 out of 726 samples (84.02%) were detected in group A, while 331 out of 634 samples (52.21%) were detected in group B. In group C, 130 out of 342 samples (38.01%) tested positive. The differences were statistically significant (χ2=260.71, P<0.01). In group A, males had a detection rate of 80.83% for influenza virus nucleic acid, compared to 91.36% for females. For group B, the rates were 53.31% for males and 50.87% for females. In group C, males had a rate of 30.72%, while females had a rate of 43.92%. Statistical significance for gender differences was observed only in groups A and C (χ2=12.67, 6.25, P<0.05). According to the days of onset, the detection rates of influenza virus nucleic acid among patients with onset 0-6 days were 56.30%, 74.49%, 89.35%, 86.23%, 69.67%, 62.75%, 34.33%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=128.27, P<0.01).
Conclusions
Mild cases and close contacts are likely key factors contributing to the prolonged emergence of new cases within classrooms during school influenza outbreaks. The progression of influenza symptoms is related to the risk of transmission.

Objective To analyze the echocardiographic findings , associated anomalies and chromosomal characteristics in fetuses with pulmonary atresia with ventricular septal defect ( PA/VSD ) . Methods T he echocardiographic data and follow‐up materials were retrospectively reviewed in 30 256 fetuses from December 2012 to M arch 2018 in the consultation center of fetal heart disease in maternal‐fetal medicine in Anzhen hospital . Of all the fetuses ,59 cases ( 0 .19% ) had PA/VSD . T he echocardiographic findings ,associated anomalies and chromosomal characteristics were retrospectively analyzed in all the 59 fetuses with PA/VSD . Based on w hether the presence of the native pulmonary arteries and the major aortopulmonary collateral arteries ( M APCAs) or not ,the PA‐VSD was classified into type A ,type B ,and type C . Results A large ventricular defect was demonstrated in five‐chamber view with 61 .7% of the mean ratio of the aortic overriding . O ther fetal echocardiographic features of all the 59 fetuses with PA/VSD included :the right aortic arch ( n =19 ) ,reversal flow in the ductus arteriosus ( n =40 ) ,M APCAs ( n =24) . T he classification of the PA/VSD included :type A ( n =35) ,type B ( n =5) and type C ( n =19) . Associated anomalies :persistent left superior vena cava ( n = 13 ) ,anomalous pulmonary vein connection ( n=5 ) ,complete atrioventricular septal defect ( n = 5 ) ; single umbilical artery ( n = 3 ) ,right atrial isomerism ( n =3) . Of all the 30 cases performed chromosomal test ,3 cases had aneuploidy and 7 cases had microdeletion of chromosome . Conclusions The fetal echocardiographic findings of the PA/VSD are characteristic . For prenatal diagnosis of PA/VSD ,the type of PA/VSD should be defined and chromosomal test should be performed ,w hich can be helpful for prenatal consulting .
