Objective To investigate the effect of repeated psychological stress on central nerve dopamine system, and the effect of tyrosine intervention. Methods Rats were subjected to psychological stress by Communication Box model continuously for 14 days (30min/d), and fed with tyrosine in the dose of 250mg/kg, 500mg/kg or 1000mg/kg respectively. Tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) and fos protein of the brain tissue in the ventral tegumental area (VTA), nucleus accumbens (Nac) and mesoprefrontal cortex (mPFC) area were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Objective: To test the feasibility of drag-reducing polymers (DRP) for improving coronary microcirculation in a canine model in order to provide the experimental basis for treating myocardial microcirculation dysfunction. Methods: A total of 8 dogs received open-chest surgery and they had intravenous injections, in turn, with adenosine (ADN), DRP 250 mg/L and DRP+ADN. The function y=A × (1-e-βt) was used to calculate the myocardium capillary volume (A value), capillary velocity (β value) and myocardial blood lfow (A ? β value) by myocardial contrast echocardiography. Results: With DRP infusion, the A value in experimental canine was similar to the baseline condition,P>0.05; while theβ value and A ? β value were signiifcantly increased as (0.57 ± 0.10) 1/s vs (0.23 ± 0.03) 1/s,P<0.01 and (11.51 ± 1.96) VI/s vs (5.15 ± 0.86) VI/s,P <0.05 respectively. With combined infusion of DRP+ADN, the β value and A ? β value were similar to the baseline condition, bothP>0.05. Conclusion: DRP improved coronary microcirculation primarily by modulating the β value in experimental canine model, and hopefully, this unique hemodynamics could provide a new approach for treating myocardial microcirculation dysfunction.

Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition intervention on psychological stress combining with sleep deprivation in rats. Methods Seventy-five male SD rats were randomly divided into five groups:control group,composite factor group,composite factor control group,nutrition group Ⅰ and nutrition group Ⅱ. The rat model of 14d psychological stress combining with 48h sleep deprivation was established by Communication Box and improved small platform methods. Rats in the 2 nutrition groups were gavaged with corresponding nutriment everyday; those in other groups were treated with gavage of physiological saline. Morris water maze place navigation test was employed to train rats and measure the ability of rats' spatial working memory. Objective To determine the expression of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER-2) in breast cancer and its correlation with Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α). Methods We used SABC method to detect the expression of HER-2 and TNF-α in 112 cases of primary breast cancer, and analyzed the association of HER-2 expression with clinicopathological features and TNF-α expression. Results The positive expression rate of HER-2 in breast cancer was 35.71% (40/112), of which, the expression rate was 35.05% (34/97) in 97 invasive tubic breast cancer, and 33.33% (2/6) in invasive lobular breast cancer,25.00% (1/4) in mucinous carcinoma, and 50. 00% (2/4) in intraductal carcinoma. There was no significant correlation between HER-2 and any clinicopathological features of primary breast cancer ( P > 0. 05 ). The expression of HER-2 in breast cancer had no signiciant association with TNM stage, age, age of menarche,menopause, gravidity, parity and family history of cancer ( Ps > 0. 05 ), The positive rate of TNF-α was 23.61% (17/72) when HER-2 was negative, whereas the positive rate of TNF-α was 52. 50% (21/40) when HER-2 was positive. The expression of HER-2 was signiciantly positively correlated with the expression of TNF-α (r = 0. 881, P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion HER-2 expression had a positive correlation with TNF-α in breast cancer,but the specific mechanism is still unclear.
7.Expression of tumor necrosis factor a and correlation with estrogen receptor in breast cancer

Objective To study the expression of tumor necrosis factor -α (TNF-a) and correlation with TNF-a in breast cancer. Methods We used SABC method to detect the expression of TNF-a in 112 cases of primary breast cancer, and analysis the relationship between TNF-α with histologic grades and ER. Results The positive expression rate of TNF-α in breast cancer was higher than those of normal tissues and lobular hyperplasia of the breast (X2 =8.573, P =0.014). There was no significant correlation between histologic grades and TNF-α (X2 =1.304, P =0.521). TNF-a had a positive correlation with ER in breast cancer (X2=11.949, P =0.001). Conclusion The positive expression rate of TNF-α in breast cancer was higher than those of normal tissues and lobular hyperplasia of the breast.TNF-α had a positive correlation with ER in breast cancer, but the exact mechanism is unclear.
8.Investigation of six-degree-of-freedom image registration between planning and cone beam computed tomography in esophageal cancer

Objective To explore six-degree-of-freedom (6-DF) registration methods between planning and cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) during image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) in esophageal cancer.Methods Thirty pairs of CBCT images acquired before radiation and the corresponding planning computed tomography (CT) images of esophageal cancer were selected for further investigation.Registration markers for 6-DF image registration were determined and contoured in those images.The results of registration as well as time cost were compared among different registration methods of bone match, gray value match, manual match, and bone plus manual match.Results Contouring bone and spinal canal posterior to the target volume of esophageal carcinoma as registration marker could make 6-DF registration quick and precise.Compared with manual match, set-up errors of v rotation in bone plus manual match (-0.55° vs.-0.88°, t=2.55, P=0.020), of x-axis and v rotation in bone match (0.12 mm vs.-2.33 mm, t=5.75, P=0.000; -0.35° vs.-0.88°, t=3.00, P=0.007), and of x-axis and w rotation in gray value match (7.20 mm vs.-2.33 mm, t=3.10, P=0.006; -0.10° vs.-0.59°, t=2.81, P =0.011) were significantly different.Compared with manual match, the coincidence rate of bone plus manual match was the highest (85.55%), followed by bone match and gray value match (74.45% and 74.45%).The time cost of each registration method from longest to shortest was:6.00 -10.00 minutes for manual match, 1.00 - 5.00 minutes for bone plus manual match, 0.75 - 1.50 minutes for gray value match, and 0.50 - 0.83 minutes for bone match.Conclusions Registration marker is useful for image registration of CBCT and planning CT in patients with esophageal cancer.Bone plus manual match may be the best registration method considering both registration time and accuracy.
9.Percutaneous Discectomy Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation with Disc-FX for Contained Lumbar Disc Herniation: 36 Cases Report and 1-year Follow-up

Objective To investigate short-term effect of percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation with Disc-FXon contained lumbar disc herniation. Methods 36 patients were reviewed and followed up with Japanese Orthopaedic Association score(JOA score), the Visual Analogue Score (VAS) and Oswestry score for 12 months. Results The scores of JOA score, VAS and Oswestry improvedsignificantly (P<0.01) after operation. Conclusion Percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation with Disc-FXis effective on contained lumbar disc herniation.
10.Genetic analysis for 2 females carrying idic(Y)(p) and with sex development disorders.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the phenotype-genotype association of isodicentromere Y chromosome by analysis of two female patients carrying the chromosome with sexual development disorders.
METHODSThe karyotypes of the two patients were determined by application of conventional G banding of peripheral blood samples and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). PCR was applied to detect the presence of SRY gene.
RESULTSConventional karyotype analysis showed case 1 to be a mosaic: mos.45,X[38]/46,X,+mar[151]/47,XY,+mar[5]/47,X,+mar × 2[2]/46,XY[4], FISH showed that 12 different cell lines were presented in the karyotype of case 1 and partial cell lines with SRY gene, the marker is an isodicentromere Y chromosome [idic(Y)(p)]. No mutation was found in the SRY gene. The karyotype of case 2 was mos.45,X[25]/46,X,+mar[35]. FISH showed the marker to be an idic(Y)(p) without the SRY gene.
CONCLUSIONThe karyotype of patients carrying idic(Y)(p) seems unstable, and female patients have the characteristics of short stature and secondary sexual hypoplasia. Karyotype analysis combined with FISH analysis can accurately determine the breakpoint of idic(Y) and identify the types of complex mosaic, which may facilitate genetic counseling and prognosis.
