1.The current situation and future of medical informatics
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(04):-
Medical informatics is a science dealing with the storage, retrieval and optimal use of information, data and knowledge of biomedicine so that decisions could be made and problems solved in the process of health management, clinical control and knowledge analysis. It is an interdisciplinary subject involving the sciences of information technology and medical health, the former being its methodology and the latter its sphere of application. By analyzing the history., current situation and future challenges of medical informatics, the paper discusses the development strategies for medical informatics in China. In order to put the development of medical mformafics in China in line with international standards and make it fit in with the needs of modern society, it is imperative to speed up the training of a contingent of personnel in medical informatics, step up international and domestic cooperation and exchanges, give priority to research on the theories and applications of basic medical informatics, and establish and perfect a series of relevant criteria.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Sertraline in treatment of dysthymia. Methods:63 outpatients diagnosed as dysthymia according to ICD-10 were randomly assigned to study group (n=33) and placebo group. Randomized double blind control study was done for 8 weeks with Sertraline from 50-200 mg/d. HAMA and HAMD were used to assess the effect. Results:At the end of 8 weeks, 54 patients completed the trial. Patients of both groups had lower HAMD scores than baseline from 2 weeks, and this trend continued through the 8 weeks observation. During this period, HAMD score of the study group declined more significantly than that of the placebo group. At the end of 8 weeks, the score of HAMA of the study group was also lower than that of the placebo group. The side effects of Sertraline were mild. Conclusion:Sertraline is effective in treatment of psychiatric outpatients with dysthymia.

Objective To investigate the characteristics of intestinal microflora and its effect on fecal secretory immunoglobulin A (sIgA) in the elderly. Methods All 104 cases were assigned to two groups: the control group (healthy adults, age<60 years ,n=36) and the elderly group (healthy elderly persons, age ≥60 years, n=68). Feces samples of all cases were cultured under both aerobic and anaerobic conditions for the 6 bacteria (4 kinds of anaerobes and 2 kinds of aerobes) and the yeasts. The ratio of bifidobaeterium to Enterobacteria (the ratio of B/E) was calculated, which reflected personal colonization resistance. The fecal sIgA was also measured. Results Compared with control group, the number of fecal bifidobacterium and the ratio of B/E were significantly decreased in elderly group[(9.1±1.1)vs. (10.2±0.8)lgCFU/g,P<0. 01 ;(1. 02±0.14) vs. (1.24± 0. 18), P < 0. 01], and the number of enterobacteria and peptostreptococcus was significantly increased in elderly group [(9.2±1.3) vs. (8. 2±0.7) lgCFU/g, P < 0. 05 ; (8. 5 ±1.4) vs. (7.1 ± 1.6)lgCFU/g, P<0. 05]. The fecal slgA was much lower than that in control group [(652.9± 184.3) vs. (793. 5±150. 3)μg/ml, P<0. 05]. Moreover, the quantity change of bifidobacterium was correlated with the concentration of fecal sIgA(r=0. 562, P<0. 01). Conclusions The number of fecal bifidobacterium is significantly decreased, while the number of enterobacteria and peptostreptococcus is significantly increased in elderly persons. The colonization resistance is significantly decreased and the intestinal immuno-barrier function is injuried in elderly persons, which have influenced the intestinal microflora.

The unbalanced allocation and sharing of medical and health information resources have retrained the medical and health information construction in China. The current allocation of medical and health information re-sources was thus summarized in this paper by analyzing the CNKI. net-covered literature on medical and health in-formation, the number of undergraduates in colleges and universities, the number of employed medical and health information professionals in Eastern, Central and Western China, and in different provinces of China using the RSR, and suggestions were put forward for the development of medical and health cause in our country.

By using the software CiteSpace Ⅱ,the paper makes a quantitative analysis and interpretation of research literatures on telemedicine in SCIE of Web of Science from three perspectives, namely the research hotspots, knowledge base and research fronts. The research hotspots of telemedicine mainly include tele-diagnosis,tele-monitoring and evaluation of the application effects of telemedicine. It sets forth key literatures representing the knowledge base one by one and reveals that most of them focus on clinical applications. The analysis of burst terms indicates that more attention has been paid to tele-monitoring and distance education of chronic diseases in recent years and mobile technology is one of the greatest driving forces for the development of telemedicine at the present stage.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1249-1254
Clinic expert information provides important references for residents in need of hospital care. Usually, such information is hidden in the deep web and cannot be directly indexed by search engines. To extract clinic expert information from the deep web, the first challenge is to make a judgment on forms. This paper proposes a novel method based on a domain model, which is a tree structure constructed by the attributes of search interfaces. With this model, search interfaces can be classified to a domain and filled in with domain keywords. Another challenge is to extract information from the returned web pages indexed by search interfaces. To filter the noise information on a web page, a block importance model is proposed. The experiment results indicated that the domain model yielded a precision 10.83% higher than that of the rule-based method, whereas the block importance model yielded an F₁ measure 10.5% higher than that of the XPath method.

The scientificalness of page quality assessment was improved by adding the page vote fraction and the user satisfaction with page according to the time perception-based PageRank Algorithm. The individualized retrieval was realized by adding the users-interested model that was matched with page types and by moving up the users-interested page rank.

Objective To evaluate the myocardial protective effects of Histidine-TryptophanKetoglutarate (HTK) solution on infants with tetralogy of fallot in cardiac operation through comparison with St.Thomas Ⅱ cardioplegia(STH) and HTK cardioplegia in the operation of tetralogy of fallot. Methods Forty infants with tetralogy of fallot(TOF) were enrolled in this study.Their age ranged from 7 to 35 months, and body mass from 5.3 to 9.5 kg.The infants were randomly divided into HTK (n =20) group and STH (n =20) group who received HTK or STH solution respectively. Then 3 ml blood sample were got at 1,2,4,8,24 and 48 h after the opening of ascending aorta. The serum levels of cardiac troponin Ⅰ(cTnI),creatine kinase(CK) and creatine kinase MB(CK-MB) were measured. Results There was significant difference between two groups in terms of the level of cTnI at different time (F(inner group)=49.94,P<0.001;F(between group) =10.23,P<0.001;F (across group) =28.49,P<0.001),and the level of cTnI in HTK group was lower than that of STH group at 1,2,4,8,24 and 48 h after the opening of ascending aorta (P<0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in terms of the level of CK at different time (F(inner group) =58.85,P<0.001;F(between group) =16.43,P<0.001;F(across group)=18.32,P<0.001),and the level of CK in HTK group was lower than that of STH group at 1,2,4,8,24 and 48 h after the opening of ascending aorta (P<0.05).There was significant difference between two groups in terms of the level of CK-MB at different time (F(inner group)=34.51,P <0.001;F(between group)=11.03,P<0.001;F(across group)=10.28,P<0.001),and the level of CK-MB in HTK group was lower than that of STH group at 1,2,4,8,24 and 48 h after the opening of ascending aorta (P <0.05).Conclusion HTK is more valid than STK for improving the ability of anti ischemia of myocardium and cardiac function, reducing arrhythmia and ischemia reperfusion injury on infants with TOF in cardiopulmonary bypass.
