Gene chips have been widely applied for the study of lymphoma,involvement discovering tumor-associated genes,assisting classification and investigating cell origin.So far,studies about gene chips detection mainly focus on B-cell lymphomas and T-cell lymphomas.According to those studies,traditional classifications of some kinds of lymphomas have been suspected and cell origin of some kinds of lymphomas have been suggested,which lay the foundation for further study.However,there are still somethings unknown about extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma,more gene chip detection should be performed for further understanding of the tumor.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of spleen-strengthening,lung-clearing and phlegm-resolving herbs for the treatment of acute attack of chronic obstrustive pulmonary disease(COPD) complicated with systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS),and to observe their effect on nuclear factor ?B(NF-?B)expression level.Methods Sixty qualified patients differentiated as deficiency of spleen and lung,phlegm-heat accumulating the lung were equally randomized into two groups:the control group received routine western medical treatment including oxygen inhalation,antibiotics and bronchodilator,and the treatment group received Chen Xia Liujunzi Decoction and Weijing Decoction,which have the actions of strengthening spleen,clearing lung,and resolving phlegm,one dose per day,for 7 days.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,blood gas parameters and NF-?B expression level were observed.Results After treatment,clinical symptoms and signs such as cough,expectoration,dyspnea,shortness of breath,and wheeze were relieved in both groups(P
4.Influence of Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction on Airway Clearance in Patients with Acutely Exacerbated Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

[Objective] To observe the influence of Modified Qianjin Weijing Decoction (MQWD) on airway clearance in patients with acutely exacerbated chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD) , which was differentiated as the syndrome of phlegm-heat congesting lung. [Methods] A prospective control trial was carried out in 60 AECOPD patients with phlegm-heat congesting lung. The patients were equally randomized into two groups: the treatment group (group A) was treated with MQWD and routine western medicine, and the control group (group B) with routine western medicine only. The therapeutic effect, indexes of lung function including FEV1 (forced expiratory volume in one second), FVC (forced vital capacity), FEV1/FVC, Zrs (total respiratory impedance) and R5 (total airway resistance), and in particular, the airway clearance rate (Ct) were observed and compared in the two groups. 5.Treatment of postoperative complications after augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel injection

Objective To explore the complications of augmentation mammoplasty by polyacrylamide hydrogel (PAHG) injection and their management.Methods Preoperatively,174 patients underwent breast ultrasound image,and some patients received magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to ascertain the distribution of injected PAHG.We used the periareolar incision and dissection extended to the subcutaneous tissue,mammary gland,and subgland space.We were able to suck most of the gel by the negative pressure machine and remove the abnormal breast tissue.The secondary breast deformity was repaired with subpectoral placement of silicone mammary implants (48 cases immediately,39 cases secondarily after 3-6 months) according to the individual situation.Results Following-up for 3 to 6 months,most of their symptoms were relieved after removal of the polyacrylamide hydrogel.In the patients who were performed with the implants augmentation mammoplasty,77 cases gained satisfactory results on the shape and texture of the breast (44.3%),and 10 cases were not satisfied with texture of the breast (5.7%).79 cases appeared breast atrophy or flat chest (45.4%).The severe breast deformities occurred in 8 cases (4.6%).Conclusions PAHG should be removed with surgical operation as soon as possible.The open operative technique via periareolar incisions may be a better method for the patients.The breast reconstruction is performed with implants prosthesis for those who are suitable and willing after removal of PAHG.
6.Aesthetic effect of removing multiple fibroadenomas of breast with periareolar incision

Objective To explore the methods and significance of section of multiple fibroadeno mas of breast with better incision.Methods From may 2005 to December 2014,21 cases were per formed by removing multiple fibroadenomas of breast with a new incision.Preoperatively,the diag nostic work-up included clinical examination,breast ultrasonography and/or mammography.A new approach,for removing of multiple fibroadenomas of the breast with the incision in periareolar site,was used in our hospital.All palpable breast lumps were excised with this approach through which the fibroadenomas were removed as a whole unit.Then,the breast cavity were irrigated with normal saline solution,and strict haemostasis of the bed was done by electrocautery.If the resulted cavity was larger,interrupted sutures should be performed with the absorbable stitches;otherwise,it was unnecessary.The skin wound was sutured to the deepithelialized area with Vicryl 5-0 (Ethicon).Results There were 21 cases,who underwent surgery using the described technique through which 95 lumps (0.5 cm× 0.5 cm-6.0 cm× 5.0 cm) were removed and included in the study.All patients' resected tumor specimens were pathologically confirmed as fibroadenoma.No major complications were encountered in any of the patients.The incision was well concealed by the dome of the nipple and the areolar pigmented and corrugated skin.Both doctors and patients were satisfied with postoperative aesthetic effect of the incision scar.Conclusions The incision in periareolar site for excision of multiple fibroadenomatas results in minimal scarring and a better appearance than that can be achieved with traditional methods.This technique,which can improve the aesthetic outcome of breast surgery,should be performed when feasible.

9.Analysis of the brain tumor operation in cerebello-pontine angle

Objective To discuss the microsurgery approaches and the prevention and treatment of complication about the tumors in cerebellopontine angle.Methods The 53 cases with cerebellopontine angle brain tumor were retrospectively analyzed.Results In all 53 patients,the tumor of 23 cases were full-resected,29 cases' tumor were resected more then 3/4,only one cases' tumor was partly treated.Following operation,one case died,5 cases had hearing decreasing,3 cases had severely facial nerve weakness and non hearing,10 cases had facial nerve anaesthesia,futhermore there was one case with long-period coma because of the injury of brain stem.Conclusion The important factors that decrease the complications of cerebellopontine angle tumor surgery include surgery approachs,operating experience and mechanism of complication.
10.Operative treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage

Objective To explore the effect of operative treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 386 cases with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analysed,hematoma was removed through big bone flap and small skull window,or drainage and urokinase infusion with small hole puncture.Results 39 cases died(10.1%),according to ADI grade system:Ⅰ 106 cases(27.4%),Ⅱ 136 cases(35.2%),Ⅲ 50 cases(13%),Ⅳ 43 cases(11.1%),Ⅴ 12 cases(3.2%).Conclusion To increase the cure rate and life quality,and obtain a lower mortality,it is a key to do surgical operation such as microsurgery or drainage and urokinase infusion.
