1.Improvement of primary culture of cardiac myocytes in neonatal rat
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To discuss how the more convenient primary culture method of rats'cardiac myocytes to increase the quantity, livability and purity of isolated cells. Methods:Neonatal rats'cardiac myocytes were isolated by co-digestion of trypsin and collagenase Ⅱ,and then cultured in vitro.Morphocytology changes were observed and cell purity was evaluated by immunofluorescence. Results:Isolation of cardiomyocytes was with a good quantity and high livability.Cells adhered and impulsed well.Immunofluorescence staining confirmed the cell with purity higher than 95%.Conclusion:The modified cell culture method can obtain the Cardiomyocytes with good growth state.
2.Electroporation transfer of human leukocyte differentiation antigenes CD_4, CD_(19) genes into mammalian cells
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1986;0(04):-
Human leukocyte differentiation antigens CD4 and CD19 gene were transfected into Cos cell line by electroporation method. Indirect immunoflucence and APAAP immunocytochemical staining shows that transient expression and highefficiency transformation of CD4, CD19 genes was obtained. It can provide a new way for reserch on molecular strcture and function of IL-2 receptor gene, identification and screen of Anti-IL-2 receptor McABs.
4.Characteristics and Implication of Post-Exercise Hypotension
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 1997;3(3):118-122
Eighteen cases with post-exercise syncope or hypotenstion are reported in this paper. All subjects were middle-aged or elerly. The Characteristics include significant bradycardia or transient asystole, hypotension and dizziness or syncope, which occured 2 to 6 minutes after exercise and relieved a few minutes with supine position. Its occurence was related to exercise intensity and the capacity of cardiovascular regulation, but there was no any pathological evidence. The mechanism of this phenomenon remains nuclear.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To study the method of promoting spontaneous closure of enterocutaneous fistula with fibrin sealant. Methods In twenty-seven patients with enterocutaneous fistula the selective fibrin sealant occlusion method was applied, and fistulagraphy was used to confirm closure. Results Fistula occlusion was attained within 2 weeks in 25 of the 27 patients, and there had been no sign of recurrence over a follow-up period of 1-15 months (average 5.6 months). Conclusion Selective fibrin sealant occlusion is highly effective for the closure enterocutaneous fistula.

Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine 1992;0(09):-
Having referred the Chinese academic publications on TCM during the last decade ,we summarized the researches in Angelica Decoction (AD), which included immunoregulatory, circulatory system, the basis of decoction composition, anti-oxidation, liver injury and compaibility. AD can improve the immunity action, meliorate abnormal circulation, and also has the effects of anti-oxidation and protection of liver injury. Futher study on AD should be focused on its mechanism and material basis in the future.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(2):246-247
Objective To discuss advantages of the reformed technique of purse-string sutures in PPH for the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods 172 cases with severe hemorrhoids received PPH with the reformed purse-string sutures. The reformed purse-string sutures were positioned right above the anocutaneous line by 2~3cm.The chorda chirurgicalis moved from upward to downward at a tilt in the submucosal layer, and the reformed pursestring stitches were made. Results The average operation time was 17minutes,the average width of the excised mucosal ring was 3.lcm,and the average hospitalization time was 2.6 days. The prolapsed hemorrhoids went back after surgery. No fecal incontinence, recurrence of prolapsed hemorrhoids or anastomotic stenosis occurred within 1~24 weeks fonow-up.Conclusion The reformed suturing technique of purse-string stitches is safe, effective and recommendable.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(5):838-839
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of periareolar incision in treating gynecomastia, and whether it produces good cosmetic effects. Methods A total of 42 patients with gynecomastia treated by micro-incision of areola were retrospectnely anslyzed. Results The operation was successfully performed in all the 42 patients. Follow-up was done for 3 to 24 months, the surgical scars were obscure, and the sensation of nipple or areola were good. No operation-related complications were observed. Conclusion The periareolar incision in the treatment of gynecomastia was feasible and recommendable in terms of cosmetic maintenance and safety.

Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2007;16(7):677-682
The multi-potent differentiation capability of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) implies potential to achieve patient-specific regenerative therapy for myocardial infarction. However, it is evident that transplanted stem cells do not survive well in the harsh ischemic microenvironment. Erythropoietin (EPO) has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of neuronal and myocardial apoptosis. Here, we investigate the cell viability and the change of erythropoietin signal pathway of MSCs challenged by hypoxia treatment. Methods MSCs were derived from the bone marrow of 2-week-old Wistar rats and expanded. Hypoxia treatment of cells was performed using a ProOx-C-chamber with the oxygen concentration set to 0.5% for the times required. Results The rate of trypan blue staining was 3.5% ± 0.4% in control group, and 3.9% ± 0.2%, 5.0% ±0.5%, 7.1% ± 0.5% in the groups treated with hypoxia for 24, 48, 72, 96 hours. Western blot analysis suggested the expression of EPO in MSCs was significantly upregulated after 48-hour treatment with hypoxia, which was further confirmed by immunofluorescence staining. There was higher and earlier expression of EPOR. And the expression level of total ERK remained constant during the hypoxic treatment. However, the expression of HIF-1α phosphorylated ERK was significantly upregulated after 24-hour treatment with hypoxia and peaked at 72 hours. Conclusions MSCs is not sensitive to hypoxia insult alone. The components in EPO signal pathway (e. g.EPO, EPOR and P-ERK) is upregulated in MSCs after hypoxic treatment, which suggests that EPO signal pathway plays an important role in the hypoxia-tolerance and paracrine protecting capability of MSCs.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the CT appearances and diagnostic value of malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods The CT signs of malignant obstructive jaundice proved by surgery and pathology in 50 cases were analyzed ,among them ,there were 21 cases of cholangiocarcinoma,15 cases of the head of pancreas, 8 cases of ampullary carcinoma, 4 cases of gallbladder carcinoma and 2 cases of cholangiocarcinoma complicated with gallbladder carcinoma. Results CT features of malignant obstructive jaundice included dilatation of the bile ducts which presented as“soft rattan sign”,other findings were “truncation sign”,“soft tissue mass”,“double duct sign”,lymphadenopathy and ascites .Conclusion CT examination has important value in diagnosing malignant obstructive jaundice. It can supply accurate location and causes of obstructive jaundice.
