Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(04):-
The international meeting of the 10th anniversary of the AADO, convoked from Oct.8 to Oct. 10 in 2002 in Shanghai, was sponsored by AADO and organized by the two orthopedics departments of Changhai Hospital and Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai. The supporters of this meeting were Stryker Pacific, Stryker Trauma and Stryker China. There were 180 conventioneers who came from all over the mainland China, America, Germany, India, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan. They were clinical specialists in traumatology, managers from traffic departments and experts in vehicle design. 17 theses were selected for the meeting. The theme of the meeting was musculoskeletal trauma in developing countries with focus on road traffic injuries &geriatric fall injuries. Many experts in orthopedic trauma were invited to give presentations at the meeting on the theme.
2.Study on pathogenesis for in-stent restenosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
In-stent restenosis after interventional treatment remains an unsolved and important clinical problem. The proliferation and migration of arterial smooth muscle cells are key events frequently followed by vascular restenosis after angioplasty and continuous inflammation may also be the other important factor for the restenosis after stenting. Study of the pathogenesis of restenosis may find some potentially novel therapeutic pathways for attenuating in-stent restenosis.
3.Application of mobile device management system in hospital
China Medical Equipment 2014;(9):55-56,57
Objective:To solve the management problems of using mobile cart, PDA, flat-panel computer and other mobile devices in hospital, promote the evolution of mobile device management to intelligent management. Methods: Select the mobile device management system for hospital use based on their own characteristics. Results: Manage all the mainstream operating system and terminal equipment; manage the hardware and software of mobile terminal and assets in hospital. Conclusion: Improve the management, reduce the maintenance workload, save the cost of operation and maintenance.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnosing and typing value of ultrasonography in adult congenital ureter cysts. Methods Ultrasonography findings were depicted of 29 cases with adult congenital ureter cysts confirmed by surgical and pathological examinations. Results In 29 cases of congenital ureter cyst, 14 occurred in right lateral, 12 in left lateral, and 3 in bilateral, totally being 32 cysts. The largest size of the cyst in diameter was (5.2) cm, and the smallest was (0.4) cm. Twenty-eight cases was diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography,in which the accuracy was (96.6)%(28/29). According to the sonographic patterns of size, shape, periodical change,1 case hydronephrosis, surgical and pathological results, 32 adult ureter cysts were divided into four types: type Ⅰ, papillary(12); type Ⅱ, round or ellipse(9);type Ⅲ, semilunar(4);and type Ⅳ, oblate(7). Conclusions Ultrasonographic appearance of adult ureter cyst is specific, and ultrasonography is of great value.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(20):-
[Objective]To investigate the causes and treatment methods of postoperative complications of femoral fractures treated with interlocking intramedullary nails.[Method]A total of 243 cases of femoral fractures from Jan 1999 to Dec 2004 were treated with interlocking intramedullary nails. There were 14 cases having complications, delayed union in 1,nonunion in 3,nailing failure in 6(locking scerw loosen in 4,locking scerw folding in 1,locking scerw breakage in 2),nail breakage in 1,re-fracture in 1 and knee ankylosis in 1.Two cases with delayed union to convert the fixation from statictody namicin time;3 cases with nonunion were treated with bone grafting.Breakage nail and re-fractuer cases were treated with enlarging intramedullary tunels, exchanging nails and bone grafting. One of locking scerw loosen were treated with exchanging nails and bone grafting.Knee ankylosis were treated with quadriceps plasty.[Result]Through treatment, the delayed union and the nonunion were all healed and got recovery of knee function.[Conclusion]Though it has certain complications, the interlocking intramedullary nails used for femoral fractures have more advantages than other internal fixations. It needs to take valid measures to reach a satisfying result when complication appears.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
[Objective]To compare the value of the MR imaging and arthroscopy for detecting articular cartilage erosion, and to evaluate the clinical effect of MR imaging on the correct diagnosis in the early stage of articular cartilage lesion.[Method]Twenty-six patients(27 knees)with persistent knee pain who were scheduled for arthroscopy underwent MR scanning, including 3D FS-FSPGR,FSE PDWI and FSE T1WI sequences. The results of each sequence were then compared with the arthroscopic findings.[Result]Using arthroscopic results as the standard of reference, the 3D FS-FSPGR images had the higher sensitivity(96.5%)and accuracy(95.0%)than the standard MR imaging, the 3D FS-FSPGR sequence was well consistent with the result of arthroscopic,Kappa value was higher(0.776)than the other sequences(P

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of isolated renal mucormycosis in children. Methods The clinical manifestations,CT,IVU and surgical findings of 3 children with isolated renal mucormycosis were analyzed. Results A three-month newborn presented asymptomatically except for renal mass. The other two children had fever, lumbar pain, hematuria, renal enlargement and tenderness.CT scan showed multiple low density foci in the kidneys. All of the three children underwent nephrectomy and systemic amphotericin B treatment, and the diagnoses were confirmed by pathological examination. Conclusions Isolated renal mucormycosis is a rare fungal infection without predisposing factors, and its clinical characteristics are different from the usual systemic mucormycosis.Early diagnosis, nephrectomy and systemic amphotericin B treatment are necessary for improving the prognosis.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(4):7-12
Even though multimodal imaging system has already been applied in clinic, the PET-MRI still is a revolutionary progress of medical imaging, and it is a landmark after PET-CT imaging equipment. MRI not only can solve the limitations of CT, but also can provide abundant morphology and function information; at the same time, PET also play important role in the diagnosis of tumor, nervous system diseases and cardiovascular disease; and in the treatment decision, treatment effect evaluation and prognosis evaluation when it is applied in research of physiological and disease state at the levels of molecular activity and metabolism of human body. With the rapid development of science and technology, this article has summarized the imaging technology and clinical application of PET-MRI in recent years.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(4):24-27
The radioactive iodine uptake(RAIU) has great value in determining the 131I treatment dosage of patients suffered from hyperthyroidism and judging thyroid function. Many factors which could interfere the results of RAIU were as follows: instrumental factors, thyroid radioactivity counts measurement, counts of a calibrated standard in a neck phantom and counts of room background, iodinated drugs and food, anti-thyroid medication, among other causes, have shown to induce varying degrees of errors in RAIU measurements. Irregular measurements which may interfere with radioactive iodine uptake are commonly seen in clinical practice, yet its actual influence has not been reported. Optimization, regularization and quality control of the radioiodine uptake measurement are essentials for clinical routine practice to guarantee appropriate values for clinical hyperthyroidism diagnosis and treatment. All the above factors affecting the measurement of thyroid function instrument for radioactive iodine uptake are analyzed and then put forward the corresponding solutions.
