Methods: Select the mobile device management system for hospital use based on their own characteristics. Results: Manage all the mainstream operating system and terminal equipment; manage the hardware and software of mobile terminal and assets in hospital. Conclusion: Improve the management, reduce the maintenance workload, save the cost of operation and maintenance.
3.Study on pathogenesis for in-stent restenosis
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2006;0(10):-
In-stent restenosis after interventional treatment remains an unsolved and important clinical problem. The proliferation and migration of arterial smooth muscle cells are key events frequently followed by vascular restenosis after angioplasty and continuous inflammation may also be the other important factor for the restenosis after stenting. Study of the pathogenesis of restenosis may find some potentially novel therapeutic pathways for attenuating in-stent restenosis.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2003;0(10):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnosing and typing value of ultrasonography in adult congenital ureter cysts. Methods Ultrasonography findings were depicted of 29 cases with adult congenital ureter cysts confirmed by surgical and pathological examinations. Results In 29 cases of congenital ureter cyst, 14 occurred in right lateral, 12 in left lateral, and 3 in bilateral, totally being 32 cysts. The largest size of the cyst in diameter was (5.2) cm, and the smallest was (0.4) cm. Twenty-eight cases was diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography,in which the accuracy was (96.6)%(28/29). According to the sonographic patterns of size, shape, periodical change,1 case hydronephrosis, surgical and pathological results, 32 adult ureter cysts were divided into four types: type Ⅰ, papillary(12); type Ⅱ, round or ellipse(9);type Ⅲ, semilunar(4);and type Ⅳ, oblate(7). Conclusions Ultrasonographic appearance of adult ureter cyst is specific, and ultrasonography is of great value.

Objective To explore the effect of cilazapril on motor and cognitive function in hypertension with brain stroke. Method 42 hypertensive patients with stroke were divided into cilazapril treatment group(22 cases) and traditi onal treatment group (20 cases). The cilazapril group was treated with Inhibace 2.5 mg~5 mg daily. The traditional group was treated with nifedipine and/or di uretic. The blood pressure was measured twice a day during the treatment course. The activity of daily living (ADL), motor and cognitive function were assessed with Barthel index, Fugl-Meyer and MMSE assessment respectively before and 6 we eks after treatment. Results There were no difference between the two groups on blood pressure effectiveness, but blood pressure was more stable in the cilazapril gro up. Improvement of ADL and lower limb motor function in cilazapril treatment gro up were improved significantly than those of traditional treatment group(P<0.05). Although there was no difference between the two groups in the total value of cognitive function assessment, but the directional ability and memory function in group wa s higher than those in traditional group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cilazapril can decrease blood pressure steadily and can improve the activity of daily living and cognitive function in stroke patients.

Objective To observe the effects of saponins of Panax notoginseng (PNS) on the brain energy metabolism and mitochondrial respiratory function of oxidative damaged rat model mimic to Alzheimer disease (AD). Methods Oxidative damaged rat model mimic AD (AD group) was established by injection of dihydroxy fumaric acid (DHF) and FeCl3 ADP into the left lateral ventricle of rats. The contents of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), adenosine diphosphate (ADP), adenosine monophosphate (AMP), and phosphate creatine (Pcr) in brain were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The mitochondrial functions (R3, R4, P/O, and OPR) were observed by Clark oxygen electrode method. The difference in the above parameters in rats in the control group (injection of saline), model group, and administration group (injection of PNS) was observed. Results The levels of ATP, Pcr, and R3, R4, P/O, and OPR of rats in AD group were significantly lower than those in the control group (0.9% NaCl instead of DHF FeCl3 ADP), but those in PNS group were higher than those in the AD group. Conclusion PNS can improve brain energy metabolism and mitochondrial function of oxidative damaged rats, suggesting that PNS could be used for the treatment of AD.

Neural plasticity is one of the most important research area of developmental neurobiology. NMDA(N-Methyl-D-aspartate) receptor is one of the glutamate receptors in nervous system, which palys an important role in many biological and pathological changes, such as development of neural network, neural plasticity, learning and memory, degeneration of the neurons and so on. The studies on NMDA receptor with auditory plasticity and learning and memory were reviewed in order to make early intervention for hearing impaired children and provide a theoretical basis.

Chinese Journal of Endocrine Surgery 2015;(5):415-418
Objective To investigate the effect of goserelin combined with marvelon in treatment of en -dometriosis(EM)and its effect on estrogen levels .Methods 120 EM patients were randomly divided into the ob-servation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cases)according to the digital table. Two groups underwent laparoscopy .3.6 mg sustained release goserelin was injected subcutaneously from the anterior abdominal wall once every four weeks on the first time of menses recovery .The treatment continued during the following six months. The observation group were treated with marvelon on the basis of this , 1 tablet each day, 21 days of con-tinuous treatment and then began to take medicine on the 5 th day of the next menstruation during the following six months. The two groups were followed up for two years .The level of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimula-ting hormone(FSH)and estradiol(E2), the cumulative pregnancy rate, recurrence rate and peri menopausal sta-tus of the two groups were observed before and after treatment .Results The total effective rate was 96.67%and 83.33%respectively for the observation group and the control group .The difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).The level of E2, FSH, and LH at 1 month, 3 months, 6 months after treatmnet was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The level of E2, FSH, LH of two groups had no statistical difference (P<0.05). The cumulative pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group while the recur -rence rate was lower than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ) .The perimenopausal symptom score ( Kupperman score)of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Goserelin combined with marvel-on can effectively improve the effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of endometriosis , lower estrogen level , improve patients'pregnancy rate , and reduce the recurrence rate .
