Objective To evaluate a modified liver hanging maneuver(retrohepatic tunnel of the IVC) in patients undergoing hemihepatectomy. Methods Twenty-four patients undergoing hemihepatectomy were divided into two groups:modified liver hanging maneuver group(n=12)and Pringle's maneuver group(n=12).The amount of intraoperative bleeding, operation time, postoperative liver function, liver function recovery and complications were compared between the two groups.Reset All operation were performed successfully and there were no difference in the time of operation etween the two groups. There was a difierence in the amount of mean intraoperative blood loss between the two groups. It was(160±40)ml in liver hanging group and(560±120)ml in Pringle's group(P<0.01).Liver function recovery measured on postoperative day 3 and day 7 was better in liver hanging groupthan that in Pringle's group(P<0.01).The volume of postoperative peritoneal serous fluid dranage was significantly less in liver hanging group(P<0.01).Conclusion The modified liver hanging maneuver is useful for hemihepatectomy.

The problems in traditional imaging film and its reporting process were described.A virtual printing server network and a self-service printing service model of image film and its reporting model, established by improving the traditional imaging film and reporting process, could shorten the waiting time of patients after examinations, reduce the errors in imaging film reports, and improve the working efficiency of staff.

0.05); serum HBsAb levels of pregnant mice and neonatal mice in group with CpG-1826 (20 ?g)+hepatitis B vaccine significantly higher than those in group with CpG-1826 (10 ?g, 40 ?g)+ hepatitis B vaccine, hepatitis B vaccine and control respectively(P0.05).Conclusions Combination injection of CpG-1826 20 ?g and hepatitis B vaccine can markedly increase serum antibody levels of pregnant mice and neonatal mice, but don′t affect the survival quantity, the growth and development of neonatal mice.CpG-1826 is an ideal immune adjuvant for neonates with immature immune system during pregnancy.

Objective To investigate the ipratropium bromide combined with Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation on preventive effect of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy. Method 115 patients undergoing thoracic operation were randomly divided into 2 groups, 2 groups were given routine nursing before operation, the control group on the basis of Mucosolvan atomization inhalation, the observation group in the conventional nursing combined with ipratropium bromide and atomization inhalation of ambroxol. Results the curative effect of therapeutic group was signiifcantly better than the control group (P<0.05); lung infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ipratropium bromide and Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation signiifcantly on the prevention of pulmonary complications after thoracotomy and effect, will help the patient restore.

Objective To measure the financial burden incurred by hypertension to urban patients in Beijing, Nanjing and Hangzhou cities. Methods Two communities were sampled from the three cities randomly, and 300 hypertension patients were sampled randomly from hypertension control files in each community for questionnaire survey. Results Health expenditure of the families with hypertension patients accounts for 14. 4% of the family's income, and 18. 2% of the family's expenditure, a ratio far beyond the national average (10.6 %). However, the majority of them report the burden as affordable. The basic medical insurance for urban residents helps alleviate the financial burden of hypertension patients and the extent of such burden has a close bearing on the outcome of hypertension treatment and prevention. Conclusion Effective community-based blood-pressure monitoring and control system is key to reducing the financial burden of hypertension. The reimbursement policy for hypertensive patients within the basic medical insurance is expected to be further improved.

Objective To explore the clinical significance of the blood lactic dehydrogenase(LDH), ?_2-microglobulin(?_2-MG),D-dimer measuring in the diagnosis and treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Methods In 40 cases with NHL,LDH was measured by L-P continuous monitoring method,?_2-MG was measured by luminescent immunoassay,D-dimer was measured by immunoturbidimettic assay. Results The levels of the blood LDH,?_2-MG and D-dimer in patients with NHL were higher than those of in the controls(P 0.05).Con- clusion The levels of blood LDH,?_2-MG,D-dimer can be taken as an auxiliary clinical index to diagnose, classify the phase, evaluate the effectiveness of treatment and prognosis in the NHL patients, and have impor- tant clinical significance.

Objective To study the immunization coverage and immune effects of hepatitis B vaccine (HepB) among people who were immunized later than at birth in Guangzhou city. Methods A multistage randomized cluster sampling was used and the subjects were at age 20 to 59 years old, from the families of twelve districts in Guangzhou. Cross sectional analysis was carried out. Every study subject' s HepB immunization history and main risk were investigated through questionnaire.Venous blood samples were collected and then tested for HBsAg and anti-HBs by means of ELISA.The immunization coverage rate of HepB, prevalence rates of HBsAg and anti-HBs among every age group were valuated by sampling weights. The protective efficacy of the people with immunization of HepB was assessed by case-control study. Results The overall immunization rate of HepB was 24.71% (95%CI: 20.86%-28.56%)in the 20-59 age group. HBsAg prevalence rate was 14.91% (95% CI: 12.73%-17.08% ), and 8.52% in vaccinated group while 18.15% in the non-vaccinated group. Results from case-control study showed that HepB had good protective efficacy to HBV in people of 20-59 years old. The protective rate of HepB against HBV was 62.6%. Conclusion Vaccinating HepB on people after the neonatal period also non-nowbom could provide good immune effect to HBV.
