As a special chaperone,?- SYN stimulates the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells through interacting with estrogen receptor and (or) BubR1. Meanwhile, it is also detectable in the serum or urine from tumor patients, which indicates that?- SYN could be potential as a tumor marker for diagnosis and prognosis.

Objective To investigate the relationship among age,menopausal status,serum 25 (OH)VD and skeletal metabolism index as PTH (Parathyroid Hormone),CA(Calcium),P (Phosphorus) and boned mineral density (BMD) of climacteric female in Xi'an.Methods 352 cases of healthy women at the age of 40～60 were collected who did routine examination in outpatient building of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2016 to April 2016.According to the results of skeletal density test,all subjects were divided into 3 groups as the normal group (T＞-1),the reduction group (-2.5＜T＜-1),the osteoporosis group (T＜-2.5).Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) was used to detect levels of serum 25 (OH)VD,PTH,CA and P.Kruskal-Wallis test and chi-square test were used to analyze differences of age,serum 25(OH)VD,PTH,CA and P in different levels of bone mineral density groups.Results Compared with bone density normal group 2.24(2.18～2.29)mmol/L,serum CA levels of bone mineral density reduction group 2.27 (2.20 ～ 2.32)mmol/L and osteoporosis group 2.27(2.23～2.33)mmol/L were significantly higher (Z=9.669,P＜0.01).Serum P levels of bone mineral density reduction group 1.15 (1.09～ 1.23)mmol/L and osteoporosis group 1.18 (1.09～ 1.25)mmol/L were obviously higher than bone density normal group,1.11 (0.99 ～ 1.23) mmol/L (Z =13.64,P＜ 0.01).Ages of osteoporosis group 54(50～57) years and bone mineral density reduction group 51 (47～ 54) years were significantly older than Bone density normal group 47(43～50) years (Z=73.08,P＜0.01).The rate of menopause in osteoporosis group and bone mineral density reduction group were significantly higher than in bone density normal group (x2 =13.81,P＜ 0.01).There was no statistical difference in serum 25(OH)VD and PTH between groups.Conclusion This study found boned density of climacteric women is more likely correlated with age,menopause status and levels of serum CA and P.There was not enough evidence to prove that 25 (OH)VD and PTH have effect on skeletal density.Therefore,to monitor and detect the menopause status and levels of serum CA and P of climacteric female is critical for the prevention and treatment on osteoporosis of women.

A simple,reliable RPHPLC method on ODS column with UV detector for deter-mination of the anticoagulant rodenticide coumatetralyl in animal tissue was developed.1,1′-Bi-(2-Naphthol)was used as an internal standard to check the process ofexperiments.The mean recoveries from the spiked rabbit liver were around 90% atthe levels of 0.4-16mg/kg.The coeffecint of variation of 5 determination was 3.2%.The results showed that this method has a satisfactory reproducibility.The methodis practical for examining poisons in poisoning cases.

Nine Rabbits were orally administrated with a single dose of 25mg/kg,100mg/kgcoumatetralyl to establish poisoning model.Poisoning sympton and pathological changes were observed.Coumatetralyl content in main internal organsand muscle was determined by RPHPLC method.The results were discussed.

Objective To explore the expression of c-Fos protein and character of mossy fiber sprouting(MFS) in hippocampus of rat with febrile seizures(FS).Methods Thirty-six 21-day-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into FS group,febrile control(FG) group and normal control(NG) group.FS was established by hyperthermal bath.Immune histochemistry and(Timm′s) staining were used to examine the expression of c-Fos protein in CA1 region and MFS in CA3 region of hippocampus.Results Excessive expression of c-Fos protein presented in the hippocampal CA1 region of FS group.The surface area percentage of c-Fos protein of FS group[(2.26?0.23)%] was higher than that of FG group[(1.08?0.19)%] and NG group[(0.71?0.14)%],there were significant difference between FS group and the other two groups(?~2=10.48 P

Objective To identify genes differentially expressed in the window of implantation and explore the molecular basis of the development of endometrial receptivity.Methods A subtracted cDNA library of the window of implantation was constructed by suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) method.The screened clones of the subtracted library were sequenced and GenBank homology search was performed.The differential expression of ribosomal protein(RP)L7,RPL7 pseudogene(RPL7p),RPL19 and tyrosine 3-monooxygenase/tryptophan 5-monooxygenase activation protein zeta polypeptide(YWHAZ) were further confirmed by RT-PCR.Results After sequencing and GenBank homology search of 50 clones, 35 differentially expressed genes were detected in the window of implantation,of which 23 were known genes,and 12 were unknown genes.Some of the known genes have been proved to be associated with implantation,while others were firstly screened out by us.The results of RT-PCR confirmed that RPL7, RPL7p,RPL19 and YWHAZ were highly expressed in the window of implantation,0.75?0.21,1.72? 0.30,1.23?0.31,and 1.28?0.08,respectively.Conclusions SSH is a useful technique to detect differential expression genes and an effective method to clone novel genes.It provides a new method to investigate the molecular basis of the development of endometrial receptivity.

Objective To evaluate the safety of dynamic anterior plate fixation for cervical distractive flexion injuries and compare its rigidity between different types of plate design. Methods Twelve sets of cadaveric calf spine were used in this test. All the specimens were made into distractive flexion injury models (C4-C5) ac- cording to Allen's method. After discectomy and grafting, they were randomized into three groups in which Orion, Codman, and Window instrumentations were used respectively. The stiffness of each construct was tested in flexion, extension, lateral bending and axial torsion conditions sequentially. Results Compared with an intact cervical spine, the range of motion (ROM) of an injured cervical spine increased whatever plate was applied. Orion in- strumentation presented stiffness the closest to that of the normal control, except for less torsional stiffness. Codman instrumentation provided stiffness close to that for normal and Orion groups only in lateral bending. Window's was the weakest mad not enough in all kinds of movement. Conclusions Static anterior fixation is the first choice for cervical injuries. Dynamic plate fixation may sacrifice stiffness to some extent, especially when a shifting kind of design is to be chosen.
