Objective To analyse the maternal and perinatal morbidity after 40 weeks and postdate pregnancy,and to research suitable time of labor induction. Methods Clinical data of 357 pregnant women after 40 weeks with normal menstrual period were analysed.They were divided into four groups according to the different weeks of gestation. Results There were no significant difference in the four groups for maternal and perinatal morbidity,the rate of spontaneons labor,the degree of cervical repine and the successful rate of labor induction.The successful rate of artificial rupture of membranes was higher in the groups with Bishop score ≥6(P

Objective To explore the apoptosis of alveolar epithelial cell(AEC)and the dynamic changes of Caspase-3 mRNA and Bax and Bcl-2 expression in premature rat with hyperoxia-induced chronic lung disease(CLD).Methods Sixty premature rats within 1 day after birth were randomly divided into 2 groups:hyperoxia group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Hyperoxia-induced premature rat CLD models were prepared,and situ nick end-labeling(TUNEL),reverse transcription polymerasechain reaction(RT-PCR)and immunohistochemical technique were used to determine apoptosis index(AI)of AEC and the expressions of Caspase-3 mRNA and Bax and Bcl-2 proteins in lung tissues at 1,3,7,14 and 21 d after birth.Results Compared with control group,in the hyperoxia group,on the third day after exposured to hyperoxia,the AI of AEC and the expressions of Caspase-3 mRNA and Bax began to increase,and the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA was kept at high level on 7-21 d.The expression of Bcl-2 began to decrease on 7 d,and significantly decreased on 7-21 d.AI of AEC was positively correlated with the expression of Caspase-3 mRNA and Bax,and negatively with the expression of Bcl-2.Conclusions Hyperoxia may induce the increased expression of Caspase-3 mRNA,which might result in the abnormal expression of Bax and Bcl-2 in lung tissues and their imbalance,which might be one of the underlying mechanisms of apoptosis of AEC in premature rats with CLD.

Abstract：In recent years，the outbreak and prevalence of respiratory infectious diseases in the world seriously endanger human health，among which the respiratory infectious diseases caused by viral infection account for a large proportion. The use of vaccines and common antiviral drugs is an effective way to fight viral infection，but there are also problems such as lag and drug resistance. Monoclonal antibodies against respiratory viral infections provide a new strategy for clinical treatment. This paper reviews the development of monoclonal antibody against respiratory virus and its application in respiratory viral infectious diseases. Bc58 is a UV resistant wild type strain that has an ability to produce a sorrel pigment induced by L-tyrosine.The FT-IR spectra and chemical tests of its pigment are similar to that of the standard melanin(Sigma).By bioassay shows that the LC_(50) of a Bt formulation added with the melanin of Bc58 and exposed to UV for 5 h is 16.1?g/mL,which is similar to that of Bt formulation without treated with UV,however,it is almost double higher than that of Bt formulation exposed to UV without the melanin of Bc58.The result of SDS-PAGE indicates that the melanin of Bc58 can protect the insecticidal crystal proteins from degradation.It suggests that an excellent UV protective agent to the insecticidal crystal proteins of Bt formulation.

OBJECTIVETo study on the reliability of the Akagi line as a reference axis to guide for rotational alignment of the proximal tibial component in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) the rotational alignment reference bony landmarks of the proximal tibial component on magnetic resonance image (MRI) were measured.

METHODSFrom January 2010 to December 2013, 80 normal knees of Chinese volunteers including 35 males and 45 females with an average age of (35.4±6.1) years were reviewed. The images of the knees were obtained by MRI. The surgical epicondylar axis (STEA) was identified in the femoral transverse sections and then was projected to the side of tibia, forming the SETA'. A line connecting the medial border of the patellar tendon and the middle of the posterior cruciate ligament insertion (Akagi line) and its vertical line (AK), as well as a line connecting the medial 1/3 of the patellar tendon and the middle of the posterior cruciate ligament insertion and its vertical line (AP), were identified in the tibial transverse sections. The angles were measured between the AK, AP and STEA'.

RESULTSThe angle between AK and STEA' was (0.59±2.07)°, and there was no significant difference between the two lines (t=-2.54, P=0.13). The mean angle between AP and STEA' was (3.21±2.04)°, and there was a significant difference between the two lines (t=14.05, P<0.05). There was a significant difference between the AK and AP (t=-11.68, P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONThe reliability of the Akagi line as a reference axis to guide for rotational alignment of the proximal tibial component in TKA is good.

Objective: To acquire recombinant nematode anticoagulant peptide ( NAP) with high anticoagulant activity. Methods: Pichia pastoris GS115 strain was transformed with recombinant yeast expression vector pPICS. 5K-rNAP. Expression of rNAP was induced with methanol after the identification of positive strains. NAP expressed in the collected yeast culture supernatant was confirmed with SDS-PAGE and Western blot. The biological activity of the products was validated with PT (prothrombin time) , INR (international normalized ratio) and APTT (activated partial thromboplastin time) , respectively. Results: The yeast strains expressing NAP were identified. The rNAP was secreted into culture supernatant with a molecular weight of about 10 kDa due to glycosylation, which is a little bigger than that predicted (8.7kDa). The anticoagulant efficiency of rNAP was confirmed with the in vitro assays. Conclusion: The recombinant nematode anticoagulant peptide with high biological activity was successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris and can be used in the future development of novel anticoagulant agent.

OBJECTIVETo observe the curative effect of Qingjin Runfei Decoction (QRD) combined with hormone and antibiotic in treating radiation pneumonia (RP).

METHODSPatients were randomly assigned to two groups, the control group (51 cases) treated with hormone and antibiotic and the treated group (53 cases) with the above therapy plus QRD. The curative effects on RP, quality of life (QOL), chest radiography and TCM symptoms were observed.

RESULTSThe curative effects on the above items in the treated group were all significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONQRD could enhance the effects of hormone and antibiotic in treating RP, as well as improve QOL of the patients.

AIM:To evaluate the recovery about the visual cortex function of stereopsis in anisometropic amblyopia after regular amblyopia treatment 6, 12 and 18mo with blood oxygenation level dependent - function magnetic resonance imaging techniques ( BOLD-fMRI) .
METHODS: In this study, self-controlled study before and after treatment was used, and blocks-designed fMRI was performed on 11 children which was the first phase of research for amblyopic treatment. Functional MRI data were processed by using SPM8 which based on the Matlab 7. 12. 0. 635. Through the hypothesis drive method, the differences range of activated area in each group were compared by before and after amblyopia treatment matched t-test.
RESULTS: The functional area that was left occipital lobe (BA18), middle occipital gyrus (BA19), limbic lobe (BA19), lingualis gyrus of the right occipital lobe (BA17) and the bilateral parietal lobe ( BA7 ) expanded after amblyopia treatment 6, 12mo, compared those treatment phase, mean t value was 1. 5762, 1. 6856 respectively (P<0. 001). However, the difference of activated intensity was lower after 18mo, mean t value was 1. 1473 (0. 001 CONCLUSION: In children anisometropic amblyopia, the speed of function reconstruction about visual cortical functional mediating stereopsis increase slowly after amblyopia treatment 1a.

By means of comparing biomasses of biodegradation fungi,Fusarium sp.HG-P-01 for ?-cypermethrin,a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide used widely in China,in five different media,the Czapek-Dox medium was selected as the best medium for mycelia growth.Furthermore,an experiment of central composite rotatable design(CCRD) was used to optimize the content of nutrient components.The optimal composition of C,N and P in media for HG-P-01 were 20.94 g/L,1.82 g/L and 1.66 g/L,respec-tively,in which an expectant or real rate of ?-cypermethrin-degradation got to 96.34% or 93.78% by HPLC for a concentration of 50 mg/L after 24 h treatment.The predicted value in degradation rate model was con-sistent with that from HPLC method.
