Objective To investigate the MRI features and the diagnostic value of uterine leiomyoma. Methods All cases were examinated by MRI and ultrasound.Retrospective analysis of MRI manifestations of 71 uterine leiomyomas in 32 patients in combination with the results of operation and pathology was carried out and was compared with ultrasound findings. Results The MRI features of the tumors were:intermediate or slightly low signal intensity on T 1WI and low signal intensity on T 2WI,patch hyperintense areas were seen in degenerated leiomyoma on T 2WI,there were clear margins in all tumors and capsules in most tumors(55/71).MRI was superior to sonography in showing
3.The pilot study on mutations of HIV-1 envelop V3 loop in AIDS patients in Shenzhen
Chinese Journal of Infectious Diseases 2001;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the characteristics of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV-1)V3 loop amino acid mutations among AIDS patients in Shenzhen. Methods Fragments of HIV-1 env gene were amplified by RT-nested-polymerase chain reaction(PCR)from plasma of the AIDS patients in Shenzhen. The PCR products were then directly sequenced and the sequences were aligned, translated and analyzed. Results Sequence analysis showed that there were B and CRF01-AE HIV-1 subtypes in Shenzhen. The V3 loop terra peptide GPGQ accounted for about 48%,GPGR about 36%,other V3 loop terra peptide forms were 16%;the V3 loop central motif in the majority(76.9%)of the CRF01-AE strains was GPGQ,the majority(75%)of the B strains was GPGR.We also found some unusual terra peptide compositions:DQDR and DQGQ on the tip of V3 loop, some amino acid mutations at specific of V3 loop associated with SI phenotype were very common in AIDS patients(80%). Conclusions The V3 loop amino acid mutations were very common in AIDS patients, the V3 loop central motif in the majority was GPGQ and GPGR in Shenzhen, the mutations shows the change of HIV-1 phenotype and predicts that disease progress to AIDS.

Diagnosis related groups (DRGs)have been widely used in many countries and regions. The versions of DRGs in different regions are modified according to the local circumstances and conditions.Beijing version DRGs (BJ-DRGs)is the first DRGs system in Chinese, which was developed locally based on the conditions of medical information system and health relative policies in Beijing. This paper introduced the grouping principles, logic and methodology of BJ-DRGs.Taking“ear,nose,mouth and throat disorders”for example, this paper demonstrated the grouping process of BJ-DRGs.

Objective · To design and synthesize a series of benzenesulfonamide derivatives, test their inhibitory activity to CDK2-cyclinA2 kinase, and investigate the structure-activity relationship. Methods · Virtual screening was executed via computer-aided drug design according to the ATP binding site in CDK2-cyclinA2 protein crystal. A series of benzenesulfonamide derivatives were designed and synthesized on the basis of the interaction modes between the lead compound and the CDK2-cyclinA2. The biological evaluation of compounds was made through the CDK2-cyclinA2 in-vitro kinase activity detection system. Results · Twenty-nine new benzenesulfonamide compounds were prepared, and their inhibitory activity to CDK2-cyclinA2 was elicited. WZ-026 had the highest inhibitory parameter, which half maximal inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 3.81 μmol/L. Conclusion · By multipurpose utilization of virtual screening, chemical synthesis, and biological activity test, a benzenesulfonamide compound WZ-026 was found, which has great inhibitory activity towards CDK2-cyclinA2. Preliminary structure-activity relationship of compounds was obtained.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish evaluation system and quality management of dispensing department in hospital and provide basis for comprehensive and correct assessment of pharmacy dispensing work.METHODS:Based on the platform of human resource management, the flow and job responsibility of drug dispensing were adjusted."Drug dispensing work quality management specification and performance evaluation system" was established and put into practice.RESULTS:Drug dispensing quality management had criteria and principles to go by.The level of management staff were improved dramatically.58.3% of department administrators were younger than 40 years old,who were recruited and went on duty after passing examination.CONCLUSION:"Drug dispensing work quality management specification and performance evaluation system" is the comprehensive requirement of effectively ensuring the quality of drug dispending work and safety of drug utilization and reflects the standard and scientific management of drug dispensing.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To discusses the influencing factors on the safety and efficacy of pediatric drugs.METHODS:The errors in administration of pediatric drugs were analyzed. The drugs under current use in the pediatric pharmacy of our hospital were classified and compared as per quantity, dosage form, specification, medication safety, direction and medicine evaluation. RESULTS: The influencing factors mainly included the subjective factors(wrong drug treatment) and the objective factors (pharmaceutical factors and social factors) .CONCLUSION: To safeguard the efficacy and safety of pediatric drugs, it' s advisable that an evaluation or control system for rational use of pediatric drugs be established with the participation of the society, the hospital and patients.

Objective The aim of this study was to assess the relationship between the oral health habit and halitosis. It can provide an advisory basis for nurse giving individualized oral health instruction to patients of halitosis and can improve the result of prevention and treatment for halitosis accordingly. Methods 202 patients with periodontal disease were chosen to participate in this study. The study included the questionnaire of oral health habit and the halitosis diagnosis by organoleptic assessment.Comparisons of difference in the knowledge of oral health habit between the subjects with and without halitosis were conducted. Results Brushing times in subjects without halitosis were significantly more than that in subjects with halitosis. Brushing teeth in evening and interproximal brush usage were much better in subjects without halitosis than that in subjects with halitosis, respectively. Conclusions Good oral health habits could decrease the incidence of halitosis.
