Chongqing Medicine 2015;(15):2062-2064
Objective To evaluate the application value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) in the pa‐tients suffering from obstructive jaundice .Methods 126 patients diagnosed as obstructive jaundice underwent the abdominal MRCP examination and MRI scanning .The diagnostic results were recorded and the follow‐up observation was persisted .The MRCP diag‐nosis results were compared with the pathological or ERCP results obtained by follow up .Results Comparing the MRCP diagnostic results with the follow up results ,the coincidence rate of location diagnosis was 100% .The MRCP and follow up results in the qual‐itative diagnosis had no statistically significant difference .M RCP had the higher sensitivity ,specificity ,positive value and negative value in the judgement of different causes of obstruction .Conclusion M RCP has the higher accuracy for the qualitative and location diagnosis of obstructive juandice and also has the higher diagnostic value for judging the different obstructive causes .

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To study the structure and the use of the information sharing platform for long-distance medical information network in integrating long -distance medical information network, HIS, PACS system and other resources, thereby enhancing the quality of long -distance medical consultation. Methods The study was conducted by integrating hospital internal data resources, structuring information platform and standardizing consultation process. Results The information sharing platform was achieved based on long-distance medical information network, thus achieving the greatest degree of information sharing and raising the level of long-distance medical consultation.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(16):2958-2962
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the characteristics and application prospect of tissue-engineered blood vessel stent materials. METHODS: Using "tissue engineering, tissue engineering blood vessel, intravascular stent" both in Chinese and English as key words to search documents published between January 1993 and October 2009. Literatures concerning biomaterials and tissue engineered blood vessel were included. Repetitive research or Meta analysis was excluded. After selection, 30 documents were included to discuss the kinds and characteristics of tissue-engineered blood vessel materials. RESULTS: Cellular tissue matrix is a kind of ideal material for intravascular engineering, which had widely applied in tissue-engineered stent. The fibrin-based stents are characterized by good biocompatibility, biodegradation, compatibility, as well as promote vascularization and tissue repair. Gelatin can implement its own "vascularization" due to less antigenicity and can be fully biodegraded. Accordingly, both the natural biomaterials and synthetic polymeric material have certain limitations, thus, the combination of these two materials would construct a tissue-engineered blood vessel stent that has good characteristics.Nano-modifled technology is hopeful to be applied in the future transplantation of tissue-engineered blood vessel stent.CONCLUSION: The tissue-engineered blood vessel developed rapidly in these years. However, as yet, there is not an ideal intravascular stent material. The natural biomaterials arose more attention, but the mechanical function of which is far from the stent requirement. Thus, to reach the aims of repair and reconstruction, new materials are the urgent need in tissue-engineered intravascular stent.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2017;16(2):189-193
Objective By exploring the state of residents' living condition, it is helpful to promote the living condition of residents and improve the quality of medical services. Methods A qualitative re-search was conducted on 13 residents in 4 hospitals in Beijing by depth interview during April to May 2016, and the data were collected and analyzed by using Colaizzi seven step method. Results In terms of work, the residents had specific work, and the interpersonal relationship was more harmonious. In learning, residents were able to take the initiative to learn, and hoped to get more help in scientific research. In life, residents faced multiple pressures from the economy and the family. In the subjective cognition, the cogni-tion of resident was rational and objective. Conclusion The residents' work shows a heavy workload, and while working the residents need to take the study and the life pressure into account. And the residents can rationally recognize their role. To improve the living status of the resident physician, we need to integrate multiple forces, to promote the integration of live doctors into the hospital culture, and enhance their sense of existence. We also need to improve the construction of the system and improve the protection of live training physicians to enhance their sense of security. Most important of all, the whole society should pay more attention to the living condition of the residents and enhance their sense of access.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2012;(11):809-812
The special anatomy around the head of pancreas leads to difficulties in arriving at a definitive diagnosis for a pancreatic head mass, the management of which has recently become a hot topic and a challenge for clinicians.Despite recent advances in tumor markers,ultrasound,CT,PET/CT and MRI,some of these pancreatic head masses cannot be diagnosed with certainty.A fine needle aspiration biopsy can be used before operation; however, false negative results not infrequently happen.Based on the reports from domestic and foreign medical literatures published recently, this paper reviewed and discussed the proper treatment strategies when biopsy results from a pancreatic head mass turn out negative.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(4):244-246
With continuous research of the formation mechanism of chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head of the pancreas and its relation with pancreatic cancer, and steady improvement of the operation safety, the number of operation for the chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head of the pancreas is increasing. On the other hand, with the improvement of the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis,Tru-cut intraoperative biopsy is increasingly applied to patients with negative results of preoperative ultrasonography biopsy, which is important for the surgical procedure selection. With the premise of effective treatment, continous improvement of treatment strategies to the chronic pancreatitis with mass in the head of the pancreas can maximize the benefit of patients.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(3):29-30,31
Objective:To discuss the effect of the choice of brain functional MRI parameter on image quality. Methods:To select nine young volunteers for scanning brain functional MRI from February to December, 2012, and analyze the effect caused by parameters to the image quality. Results:The lower of the b value, the more level 1 image, the less level 3 image;the more of the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction, the more level 1 image, the less level 3 image. The largest impact on image quality is the interlayer spacing, the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction and the b value. Conclusion:The factors influencing the quality of brain functional MRI images including the interlayer spacing, the number of diffusion sensitive gradient direction and b value. In the parameter selection process, one should start from diagnostic purposes and weigh the pros and cons with overall consideration.
