Objective To evaluate the Diagnostic value of pulmonary tuberculosis to detecting the anti Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody with serum samples by the mycobacterium tuberculosis protein Chip and the M.tuberculosis Antibody Colloidal Gold Diagnostic Kit.Methods Application of mycobacterium tuberculosis protein Chip and the M.tuberculosis Antibody Colloidal Gold Diagnostic Kit to detecting the anti Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody with serum samples,These serum samples are from 110 cases of tuberculosis patients,60 cases of lung disease and 60 cases of healthy people.Results Mycobacterium tuberculosis protein chip sensitivity was 73.6％ (81/110),the specificity was 93.3％ (112/120),the diagnostic kit for detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibody colloidal gold assay sensitivity was 64.5％ (71/110)and a specificity of 91.7％ (110/120),both the sensitivity and specificity compared to no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The Tuberculosis protein chip and the M.tuberculosis Antibody Colloidal Gold Diagnostic Kit to detect serum Mycobacterium tuberculosis antibodies for diagnosis of TB has a high sensitivity and specificity.Both can be used for the auxiliary diagnosis of tuberculosis.

Objective To quantitatively evaluate the left ventricular systolic synchrony in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) by real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE). Methods Thirty patients with CRF and twenty-five normal subjects were enrolled in this study.The M-mode ejection fraction (M-EF), left ventricular end diastolic internal diameter (LVIDd), interventricular septum diameter (IVSd), left ventricular posterior wall diameter (LVPWd) were obtained on two-dimension. The global and regional volume-time curves were obtained on three -dimensional. The end diastolic volume (LVEDV),end systolic volume (LVESV) and ejection fraction (LVEF) of left ventricule, the time to minimal systolic volume (Tmsv) of 16,12,6-segmental standard deviation (Tmsv16, 12, 6-SD), maximal difference (Tmsv16, 12, 6-Dif) were derived from Qlab software . The above parameters as a percentage of the cardiac cycle with different heart rates between patients were also calculated from the Qlab software, which were Tmsv16, 12, 6-SD% and Tmsv16, 12, 6-Dif %, rspectively. Results The indices of HR, LVIDd, IVSd, LVPWd and LVESV were significantly higher while LVEF was significantly lower in the CRF group than those of the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); The indices of systolic asynchrony of Tmsv16,12-SD%, Tmsv16,12-Dif, Tmsv16 ,12 ,6-SD/R-R%,Tmsv16,12,6-Dif/R-R% were significantly larger in the CRF group than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions RT-3DE provides a simple, intuitional and noninvasive approach to assess the systolic synchrony of all the LV segments simultaneously and LVEF in patients with chronic renal failure.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of 320-row volume CT myocardial perfusion imaging (CT-MPI) in detecting myocardial perfusion defect.MethodsFourteen patients with positive single-positron emission computed tomography myocardial perfusion imaging (SPECT-MPI)findings underwent both rest and adenosine stress 320-row volume CT-MPI.Rest and stress CT perfusion images were analyzed by employing dedicated software in 320-row CT workstation.Both SPECT-MPI and CT-MPI were evaluated for fixed and reversible perfusion defects using a 16-segment model (apex was excluded).The sensitivity,specificity of 320-row volume CT-MPI in detecting myocardial perfusion defect were evaluated by taking SPECT-MPI as a reference standard.ResultsBoth rest and stress 320-row volume CT-MPI were successfully performed in all patients.Thirty nine segments with fixed or reversible perfusion defects in all patients were depicted by SPECT-MPI,while 34 perfusion defects in 12 patients were identified by CT-MPI.The sensitivity,specificity of 320-row volume CT-MPI for detection of perfusion defects were 87.2％(34/39),91.4％ ( 169/185 ),respectively.Conclusion320-row volume CT-MPI has high sensitivity and specificity for detection of myocardial perfusion defects.

Objective To evaluate the cause of ischemia related to myocardial bridge (MB) by using SPECT/CT MPI and CTCA.Methods A total of 294 patients with chest pain,tightness or palpitation undergoing both CTCA and MPI were retrospectively enrolled in this study from March 2008 to March 2013.Among them,49 patients (26 males,23 females,age:32-85 (55.4± 16.6) years) had MB.Locations of MB and myocardial ischemia were recorded.Fused MPI/CTCA was analyzed.If there was no mural atherosclerotic plaque-related stenosis on CAG at the same location of coronary artery where ischemic myocardium was found,then MB was considered as the ischemic cause.Myocardial ischemia rates of different MB locations were compared by x2 test.Results Among 49 patients with MB,3 cases had MB in proximal segment of LAD,34 in mid LAD,4 in distal LAD,3 in septal branch,2 in distal LCX,1 in intermedius,and 2 in mid RCA.There were 41 cases with myocardial ischemia.Myocardial ischemia in 32 cases was caused by MB,including 23 caused by MB in mid LAD.The myocardial ischemia rates of the most common MB location (mid LAD,n =34) and other locations (n =15) were not significantly different (67.6％ (23/34) vs 60.0％ (9/15),x2 =0.27,P＞0.05).Conclusions MB is commonly found in the mid LAD.The myocardial ischemia rates caused by MB is not related the MB location.Hybrid MPI/CTCA could evaluate the sites of coronary MB and myocardial ischemia simultaneously and therefore may be useful to evaluate the relationship between MB and myocardial ischemia.

Objective:To study the association of air pollution with health service demand of the elderly and middle-age patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and to provide a scientific ba-sis for development of environmental protection policy and health service policy of the Chinese govern-ment.Methods:This study included survey data on self-evaluated health,outpatient service demand and inpatient service demand of the patients with hypertension,heart disease and stroke in 62 cities of 1 7 provinces from China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 201 1 and 201 3,and com-bined it with the data on the annual concentrations of inhalable particulate matter(PM1 0 ),sulfur dioxide (SO2 )and nitrogen dioxide(NO2 )of those provinces and cities.Conditional Logistic regression was car-ried out to assess the possible effects of air pollutants on self-evaluated health and health service utiliza-tion.Results:The results showed that turning points existed in the effects of concentrations of NO2 and SO2 on the health service demand of the patients with hypertension,heart disease and stroke.The inpa-tient service demand of the hypertension patients increased with NO2 concentration when it was lower than 35.1 μg/m3 and decreased with NO2 concentration for higher value.Self-evaluated health of the patients with heart disease and stroke decreased with SO2 concentration when it was lower than 63.8 μg/m3 and increased with SO2 concentration for higher value.In addition,no evidence was found for the association between PM1 0 and health service demand.Conclusion:Air pollution may have effects on health service demand of the patients with hypertension,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and different air pollutants at high or low concentration may have different health effects.

Objective: To learn the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service in Zhejiang Province and its influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for promoting the construction of social-psychological service system. Methods: The counties (cities, districts) in Zhejiang Province were divided into three levels: high, medium and low, according to economic development. The residents are selected by multistage stratified random sampling method. A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect the general information of residents and their awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service.The influencing factors for the awareness were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression model. Results : Of 7 114 questionnaires sent out, 6 577 valid ones were recovered, with the response rate of 92.45%. The overall awareness rates of the Three Level Social-psychological Service and service sites was 63.02% and 59.91%, respectively. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age of 40-<50 years ( OR=1.376, 95%CI: 1.077-1.758 ), permanent residence ( OR=1.474, 95%CI: 1.319-1.647 ), being the national pilots ( OR=1.200, 95%CI: 1.079-1.334 ) and having the experience of seeking mental health services before 2018 (OR=1.323, 95%CI: 1.191-1.469) were the influencing factors for the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service; under 50 years old ( OR: 0.610-0.768, 95%CI: 0.423-0.991 ), permanent residence ( OR=1.571, 95%CI: 1.407-1.755 ), being the national pilots ( OR=1.368, 95%CI: 1.232-1.519 ) and having the experience of seeking mental health services before 2018 ( OR=0.733, 95%CI: 0.661-0.812 ) were the influencing factors for the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service sites. Conclusions It is necessary to improve the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service among Zhejiang residents. Age, permanent residence, being the national pilots, seeking mental health service experience before 2018 are associated with the awareness of the Three Level Social-psychological Service.

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of rehabilitation on post stroke depression with different treatment methods.Methods68 post stroke depression patients were randomly divided into treatment group, who accepted Bobath approach combined with Chinese herbs and acupuncture, and control group, who accepted Bobath approach only. Evaluation was conducted before treatment and 3 and 6 weeks after treatment with Hamilton Assess Depression Scale (HAMD), and activity of daily living (ADL).ResultsThere was no significant difference before the treatment between these two groups. 3 weeks after treatment, the score improved, but no significant enough in the both groups. 6 weeks after treatment, the scores of MBI and HAMD in treatment group significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P<0.05). ConclusionBobath approach combined with Chinese medicine is effective on improving depressive symptoms and ADL in post stroke depression patients.

Microglia are a type of immune cells and widely distributed in the central nervous system(CNS), accounting for about 5% to 20% of the total number of glial cells. Microglia were first identified by Hortega using the silver carbonate method.It is believed that microglia originate from the mesoderm and invade the brain during the formation of blood vessels in the late embryonic development.Recent research shows that microglia are derived from yolk sac-derived macrophages. As a resident immune cell of the CNS,microglia belong to the monocyte-macrophage cell line and are an important immuno-logical defense against the invasion of pathogens. The resting microglia play a role in monitoring the nervous system to maintain the homeostasis.The activated microglia play a role in phagocytosis of cell debris and have neuroprotective and neurotoxic dual roles under different pathological conditions by secreting different cytokines.

Objective: To investigate the mechanisms of electroacupuncture (EA) at Zusanli (ST 36), Liangmen (ST 21) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) in intervening diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) based on calcium-activated chloride channel. Methods: Forty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups, including a normal control group (group A), a model group (group B), an EA group (group C) and a metoclopramide group (group D), with 10 rats in each group. A single intraperitoneal injection of 2％ streptozotocin (STZ) combined with 8-week high-glucose high-fat diet was used to establish a DGP rat model. After intervention, gastrointestinal propulsive rate was observed; the expression level of transmembrane protein 16A (TMEM16A) was examined by immunohistochemistry; the Ca2+ concentration in interstitial cells of Cajal (ICCs) was detected by immunofluorescence; and whole-cell patch-clamp technique was applied to detect the current intensity of calcium-activated chloride channel (ICaCC) in ICCs in gastric antrum. Results: After modeling, the blood glucose levels in group B, group C and group D were significantly increased compared with group A (all P<0.01); after intervention, compared with group B, the blood glucose levels in group C and group D were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01); the intra-group comparison of blood glucose level between after modeling and after intervention found significant difference only in group C (P<0.01). The gastrointestinal propulsive rates in group B, group C and group D were significantly different from that in group A (P<0.01 or P<0.05); the gastrointestinal propulsive rates were markedly higher in group C and group D than in group B (P<0.01, P<0.01). The expressions of TMEM16A in group B and group C were decreased compared with group A (P<0.01, P<0.05); the expressions of TMEM16A in group C and group D were increased compared with group B (P<0.01, P<0.05). The fluorescence intensity of Ca2+ was significantly lower in group B than in group A (P<0.01); the fluorescence intensity of Ca2+ was significantly higher in group C and group D than in group B (P<0.01, P<0.05). ICaCC in ICCs in group B was significantly decreased compared with group A; ICaCC in group C and group D were increased compared with group B. Conclusion: EA at Zusanli (ST 36), Liangmen (ST 21) and Sanyinjiao (SP 6) can significantly improve gastrointestinal motility in DGP rats by up-regulating the ICaCC in ICCs.
