A fusion expression vector pPIC3.5K-PDGFR? was constructed to express recombinant receptor tyrosine kinase PDGFR? and the right Pichia pastoris transformants were screened on his-deficient plates and YPD-G418 plates by turns after electroporation of strain GS115, a high yield strain named M3 was screened. The strain M3 was cultured in a 5 L fermentor and His-GFP-PDGFR? fusion protein was purified by Ni2+ chelating affinity chromatography. One distinct peak was obtained after elution with 250 mmol/L imidazole. Fusion protein was proved to be 90.08 kD by western blotting, and have tyrosine kinase activity by ELISA. Results showed that the receptor tyrosine kinase PDGFR? was successfully expressed in P. pastoris and could be used as a target for small molecule selective inhibitors screening.

Objective To assess the occupational health risk of noise in a plastic products enterprise and determine the key risk Methods - points. Leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium were potential medicinal resource. The present study aims to estimate the main bioactive components: total flavonoids (TF), galuteolin (GA), quercitrin (QU), chlorogenic acid (CA) and 3 ,5-O-caffeoylquinic acid ( CQ), which were considered to be the main effective components, in leaves of C. morfolium cultivars in China. The TF content was estimated hy UV-VIS spectrophotometry, while GA, QU, CA, and CQ were quantitatively determined by HPLC. The highest TF content (7. 13% w/w) was found in cultivar Wan Cong (Shexian county). Cultivar Da Bo ( Bozhou county) had the highest GA content (33. 45 mg - g-1); Cultivar Hong Xin (Sheyang county) contained the highest QU content (29.25 mg · g(-1)); Cultivar Chang Ban (Sheyang county) had the highest CA content (13.14 mg ·(-1)). The maximum CQ content (7.35 mg · g(-1)) was observed in culti- r Da Yang ( Tongxiang county). Different cultivars of C. morfolium had significant difference in components, but the leaf and capitulum of C. morifolium. were found to possess similar chemical compositions. The high content of bioactive components in several cultivars suggested the potential utilization of C. morifolium leaves.

Objective To design an outpatient appointment system based on ASP.NET which gains advantages over the existing system in database stability,functional module integrity and interface friendliness.Methods The ASP.NET-based system was developed with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as the platform,Microsoft SQL Server 2005 to create data and kinds of components to establish database and application interface.Results The system enhanced hospital registration and patient satisfaction.Conclusion The system is worthy promoting for outpatient appointment in the hospital.

OBJECTIVETo evaluate the hemocompatibility of glutaraldehyde (GA)-tanned bovine pericardium additionally treated by sodium bisulfite (SOB) solution.

METHODSThe hemocompatibility of GA-tanned bovine pericardium treated by SOB solution is evaluated by using dynamic clotting time test, blood platelet adhension test, D-dimeride determination, and complement activation test. The GA-tanned bovine pericardium was used as control.

RESULTSThe curve of absorbance-clotting time of two kinds of bovine pericardium was similar in dynamic clotting time test. There was no significant difference between SOB-treated and control groups in blood platelet adhension test. The D-dimeride contents of all bioprostheses were at normal level, and the D-dimeride content of GA-tanned bovine pericardium treated by SOB solution was significantly lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). In complement activation test, the level of complement C3a in SOB-treated group was significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONGA-tanned bovine pericardium treated by SOB solution meets the demands of cardiac interstitial implanted materials in hemocompatibility.

Objective To investigate the etiology of acute recurrent pancreatitis (ACP) and de-termine how to further enhance its level of treatment.Methods The clinical data of 33 patients with ACP treated in Ruijin Hospital from 2003 to 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of the 33 patients with an average age of 55 (22-86), 18 (55%) were male and 15 (45%) female.ACP occurred once in 26 patients, twice in 4 and 3 times in 3.The disease appeared whithin 1 year in 29 patients, 1-2 years in 2, 2-3 years in 1 and 3 years in 1 after being dischared from hospital.For its etiology, it was of biliary origin in 29 patients, hyperlipidemia in 1, pancreatic tumor in 1 and unknow reasons in 2.Twenty-four patients were treated with operation or endoscopy.Two patients died and the mortali-ty was 9.1%.Conclusion ACP is mainly due to biliary origin in China.Operative intervention at an appropriate opportunity can effectively reduce the recurrence of biliary-origin pancreatitis.
