Objective To observe the expression of CD_(25),CD_(25) mRNA,interleukin-1?(IL-1?) in peripheral blood of newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) and its clinical significance.Methods The peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) of newborns with HIE and normal controls were isolated by routine Ficoll-Hypaque,and the level of CD_(25) induced and non-induced by phytohernagglutinin(PHA) were detected by biotin-streptavidin(BSA),CD_(25) mRNA was detected by real-time PCR and IL-1? in serum was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay on the first,third and seventh day after birth.The final expressive level of CD_(25) mRNA was based on rate of CD_(25) cDNA and gluceraldehyde phosphase dehydrogenase(GAPDH).Results On the first day,the positive rates of CD_(25) induced and non-induced by PHA and IL-1? were(3.6?1.1)%,(20.9?4.8)%,(17.7?8.2) ng/L,respectively.There were significant differences in HIE group and normal controls(P0.05).Conclusions There is obvious inflammatory(rea)ction in babies with HIE.The main character of PBMC of newborns is all infantile and undifferentiated,which surface sign is infantile,and lower level of CD_(25) is expressed.However,the level of CD_(25) mRNA can be expressed consistently during the course of disease.The immunity and immune regulative response in newborns is gradually built up during the growth and can participate in recondition of brain injury caused by HIE.

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs) are widely present in the world and their concentration in the environment has been increasing rapidly.PBDEs pollution has caused an extensive concern in recent years.The environmental effects of PBDEs are decided by their transfer and transformation,which is the basis of environmental and health risk evaluation.At present,a considerable number of detection of PBDEs has been undertaken in sediment and wildlife.However,little research has been done on the ecotoxicology of PBDEs.The purpose of this paper was to introduce the research status of PBDEs,to summarize emphatically their distribution model,bioaccumulation regularity and ecotoxicology effects in the environment,and to discuss the influences of PBDEs on human health.Finally the problems needed to be solved in this field are proposed.

Xanthii Fructus is a traditional medicine for the treatment of nasal diseases in clinic, mainly come from the burs of Xanthium sibiricum with a worldwide distribution. By sorting and studying literature of Chinese medicine and comparing different figures recorded with the morphological description of several species from Xanthium (Asteraceae) in the Flora of China, combining the biological investigation in resource survey, the article pointed out that the burs or the whole herbs of X. mongolicum, as well as X. sibiricum, has been used by the traditional Chinese medicine in ancient time. It provides a reference for further studies in the future.

Objective To investigate the value of hepatic T2 value in evaluation of chronic HBV-related acute-on-chronic liver failure (HBV-ACLF).Methods The HBV-ACLF group,chronic hepatitis B group and control group who underwent liver MRI (M-GRASE sequence) were enrolled.The T2 map was produced from the post-processing software,and the mean T2 and R2 value of liver was calculated.The blood biochemical indexes from HBV-ACLF and chronic hepatitis B group were collected in 2 days pre-MR scaning.The differences of T2 and R2 values among 3 groups and the correlation between biochemical indexes and T2 value were analyzed.ROC curve was conducted to evaluate diagnostic efficiency of T2 value for HBV-ACLF.Results There were significant differences of T2value (x2 =19.074,P＜0.001) or R2 value (F=10.411,P＜0.001) among the 3 groups.The AUC of T2 value for diagnosing HBV-ACLF was 0.86 (P＜0.001),with the cut-off value 57.73 ms (R2=0.017).Moderate positive correlation was shown between T2 values and international normalized ratio (INR),prothrombin time (PT),haluronicacid (HA) values (rs =0.65,0.67,0.39,all P＜0.05),and moderate negative correlation was shown between T2 values and prothrombin activity (PTA),albumin (ALB),prealbumin (PA) values (rs =-0.67,-0.48,-0.37,all P＜0.05).Conclusion T2 or R2 value could reflect the liver function,and were correlated with some biochemical indexes,which illustrated a good diagnostic efficiency for diagnostic of HBV-ACLF.

Objective To investigate the correlation of polymorphism of 8473 (T/C,rs5275) in the 3′-untranslated region of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) gene with bladder cancer. Methods A case-control study on the relation between COX-2 polymorphism and bladder cancer was performed in this study. The Taqman SNP genotyping assay was used to study the COX-2 rs5275 polymorphism. Results The differences in allele or genotype distributions of COX-2 rs5275 between cases and controls (all P < 0.05) were significant. A significantly reduced risk was revealed in bladder cancer patients carrying the TC genotype (adjusted OR =0.178;95%CI:0.119 ~0.264),CC genotype (adjusted OR = 0.087; 95%CI:0.058 ~ 0.129) or (TC/CC) genotype (adjusted OR =0.122;95%CI:0.082~0.181) compared to the control group. Significant difference in genotype distribution of the COX-2 rs5275 site was found associated with sex and smoking (adjusted OR:2.125,0.476;95%CI:1.500 ~3.010,0.325 ~ 0.696);No corelation was found between genetype TT or TC/CC and the pathological features of bladder cancer (P>0.05). Conlusion The separate effect of rs5275 polymorphism of COX-2 is associated with the susceptibility of bladder cancer, the TC/CC genotypes may be a protective factor.

ObjectiveTo discusses the MSCT multiplanar reconstruction manifestation (MPR) of localized fat collection adjaction to subdiaphragmatic inferior vena cava (IVCfat).MethodsThe thoracic and abdominal MSCT scan data of 8246 patients were browsed,45 patients with presumed IVCfat on axial CT scans were further studied prospectively with MSCT MPR.The predisposing position of IVCfat and its relationship with IVC were observed.It was divided into two kinds of intraluminal type and extraluminal type according to the angle of IVCfat with respect of the wall of IVC.The other 50 patients without IVCfat were randomly selected as the control group.The sagittal inclination angle (SIA) and diameter ratio (DR) between supra- and sub-diaphragmatic IVC between the two groups were compared by using t test.Results The detection rate was 0.55％ (45/8246).Of which hepatic vein lacuna 8 patients,subdiaphragmatic gap medial to IVC 28 patients and IVC groove 9 patients.The shape of IVCfat showed mainly for the round,oval and crescents on axial CT scans,of 15 patients intraluminal type,4 showed target signs .The shape of IVCfat showed mainly for half-moon at MPR.The SIA and DR at IVCfat group were 21.62° ± 8.42°and 2.01 ±0.84 respectively,at control group were 16.75° ±7.82°(t =1.594,P ＞0.05) and 1.31 ±0.28(t =2.341,P ＜ 0.05 ) respectively.ConclusionThe round,oval or half of limited fat density shadow adjaction to subdiaphragmatic inferior vena cava which similar to in the lumen is the characteristic performance of IVCfat,it may be an anatomical variation.

Objective To investigate the feasibility and preventive effect of benign esophageal restenosis by binding 125I seeds to upper esophageal stent through animal experiments.Methods Eight 125I seeds were evenly bound to upper normal esophageal stents for the animal experiments.A total of 32 beagle dogs were randomly assigned to 2 groups:experimental group,implanted with esophageal stents with eight 125I seeds (33.3 MBq),and the control (stents without 125I seeds).Four dogs of each group were killed at the 1 st,2nd,4th,and 8th week after imaging studies.The tissue of 2 cm upper stent underwent pathology analysis.Results All the novel stents were successfully implanted.No radioactive leak was detected by ECT.The lumen diameter of the top stent showed the tract gradually narrowed and at the 4th and 8th weeks,the experiment group narrowed more seriously compared with the control group and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).PCNA,ot-SMA mean optical density were significantly different in the 4th week.Both hydroxyproline and total amino acid increased progressively,with significant difference at the 4th and 8th weeks.The macroscopic and optical findings of the trachea and major vessels were basically the same in both groups.Conclusion The novel stent is feasible and safe for preventing benign esophageal restenosis and preventing benign esophageal stent restenosis.

Objective: To explore the association of hypertriglyceridemic waist phenotype ( HTGW ) with impaired fasting glucose ( IFG ) and diabetes, so as to provide reference for the early prevention and control of diabetes. Methods: The survey was conducted among 35 to 75-year-old residents in 8 project sites in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2019. The information about demography and lifestyle was collected by the general information questionnaire and the primary screening questionnaire from the National Center for Cardiovascular Diseases; waist circumference, height, weight, triglyceride, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, total cholesterol and fasting plasma glucose were measured. The multinomial logistic regression model was employed to analyze the association of HTGW with IFG and diabetes. Results: A total of 118 383 subjects were included, among whom 21 851 cases of HTGW, 27 245 cases of IFG and 22 899 cases of diabetes were identified, with the prevalence of 18.46%, 23.01% and 19.34%. The multinomial logistic regression analysis showed HTGW was statistically associated with IFG ( OR=1.414, 95%CI: 1.343-1.489 ) and diabetes ( OR=2.216, 95%CI: 2.098-2.341 ). Conclusion HTGW is associated with IFG and diabetes, which make it possible to be an indicator for screening and assessment of glucose abnormality in middle-aged and elderly population.

ObjectiveTo analysis the clinic outcome(similarities & differences, indication and caution)of repairing fingertip soft tissue defect with two kind of reverse digital artery island flaps with the palmar cutaneous branch of proper digital nerve.MethodsFrom January 2000 to Auguest 2008, all 500cases (514 fingers) were repaired with reverse homodigital artery island flap (263 fingers of 250 cases) and reverse cross finger digital artery island flap(251 fingers of 250 cases).All cases were followed up from 3-8years,compared with flap range,finger extension,sensory rehabilitation,et al. ResultsAll flaps (A & Bgroup) of 500 cases (514 fingers) survived.According to flap range,cross finger flap was better than homodigital flap (P ＜ 0.05); according to finger extension,homodigital flap better than cross finger flap (P ＜0.05); according to sensory rehabilitation,homodigital flap little better than cross finger flap(P ＜ 0.05); according to long-term follow-up, all had no obviously different (P ＞ 0.05).ConclusionHomodigital flap can cover distal soft tissue defect less than 2.0 cm× 2.5 cm, cross finger flap is a better choice for more than 2.0cm×3.0cm of distal soft tissue defect. According to the flap cover area, cross finger flap is first choice,and to finger extension & sensory rehabilitation,homodigital flap is first choice; accoding to finger movements,two kinds of flaps are all good choice.
