Chinese Journal of Trauma 2012;28(1):20-23
Objective To explore the related risk factors of injuries caused by non-motor vehicle crashes in Hefei,Anhui Province. Methods From June 2009 to June 2011,the wounded from nonmotor vehicle crashes in Hefei were admitted to our hospital. The data of the wounded were collected to perform hypothesis test to screen out the related risk factors, which were then analyzed with multiple-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis. Results A total of 205 cases who were wounded in the non-motor vehicle crashes were admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011.Among all the cases,146 cases were wounded in electric bicycle crashes and 59 cases in bicycle crashes. There were 147cases (71.7%) of mild to moderate injuries ( ISS ≤ 15 ),and 58 cases (28.3%) of severe injuries (ISS > 15 ) including six deaths (2.9%).Single factor of different categories of the hypothesis test suggested that age, category, driving behavior, crash model, impact type, vehicle type were all related with the severity of injuries caused by non-motor vehicle crashes in Hefei. The multiple-factor non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed four risk factors for the injury severity in non-motor vehicle crashes in Hefei,ie,vehicle type, crash model, violations of rules and regulations as well as age, according to the degree of correlation. Conclusion With the study of non-motor vehicle crashes in Hefei, primary identification of the risk factors for the traffic injuries is obtained, which provides scientific basis for the decrease of casualty and establishment of intervention measures.

Objective In the treatment of tumor with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),the acoustic pressure distribution determines the safety and reliability of HIFU.It is necessary to predict the acoustic field produced by HIFU transducer. Methods To analyze the acoustic pressure distribution of HIFU generated by different excitation frequency and variable incentive power, comparison was made between the acoustic pressure simulated by finite difference time domain (FDTD) method and the ones measured by experiments.ResultsThe resultsshowed that the pressureat focalpoint increasedwiththe increasing of excitation power, while the change in the focal length was negligible. The focal point moved towards the transducer with the frequency increasing until the maximum sound pressure was gained at the resonant frequency (RF).Conclusion The simulation results are consistent with the experiment results, indicating that the acoustic fields can be predicted by simulation.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(5):1019-1025
The number of people with physical disabilities is increasing year by year, and the trend of population aging is more and more serious. In order to improve the quality of the life, a control system of accessible home environment for the patients with serious disabilities was developed to control the home electrical devices with the voice of the patients. The control system includes a central control platform, a speech recognition module, a terminal operation module, etc. The system combines the speech recognition control technology and wireless information transmission technology with the embedded mobile computing technology, and interconnects the lamp, electronic locks, alarms, TV and other electrical devices in the home environment as a whole system through a wireless network node. The experimental results showed that speech recognition success rate was more than 84% in the home environment.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(1):30-36
APOBEC3 is a class of cytidine deaminase, which is considered as a new member of the innate immune system, and APOBEC3G belongs to this family. The research about APOBEC3G is a new direction of innate immune defense mechanism against virus. APOBEC3G has the restrictive activity on many viral replications, which deaminates dC to dU in the viral genome and then induces extensive hypermutation. APOBEC3G can also interrupt viral replication at several phases such as reverse transcription, replication, nucleocapsid and so on by non-deamination mechanisms. However, virus can encode viral proteins to counteract the restriction activity of APOBEC3G. Elucidation of the antagonistic interaction between APOBEC3G and the virus will be contributed to development of new antiviral drugs in the future.

International Eye Science 2016;16(6):1099-1101
? AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of the phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis and the phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy for angle-closure glaucoma ( ACG ) with different closure conditions accompanied with cataract.?METHODS:A total of 65 patients (70 eyes) with primary ACG accompanied with cataract were selected from those admitted in our hospital and were given phacoemulsification with goniosynechialysis ( group A, 30 patients with 33 eyes ) and the phacoemulsification with trabeculectomy ( group B, 35 patients with 37 eyes ) according to the conditions of the closed anterior angle, respectively. The two groups of patients were observed for preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure ( IOP ) , vision, anterior chamber depth, and complications, and were followed up for 6. 5mo (6-8mo) on average.?RESULTS: Mean postoperative IOP in either group A or group B at 1mo after operation was of statistically significant difference, compared with mean preoperative IOP (P<0. 05). Postoperative 1-week vision in each group was of statistically significant difference, compared with preoperative vision (P<0. 05). Postoperative 1-month mean anterior chamber depth in each group was of statistically significant difference, compared with preoperative anterior chamber depth (P<0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two groups on postoperative 1-month mean anterior chamber depth ( P>0. 05) and postoperative complications (P>0. 05).?CONCLUSION: Clinical doctors can choose appropriate treatment according to different conditions of the closed anterior angle in patients with primary angle- closure glaucoma.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the coding genes of ?-lactamases,aminoglycoside modifying enzymes and the drug-resistant to chlorhexidine-sulfanilamide genes on 20 Acinetobacter baumannii isolates in Xinjiang.METHODS Twenty strains of A.baumannii were isolated from hospitalized patients, and 9 kinds of ?-lactamases genes,3 kinds of aminoglycoside modifying enzymes genes and drug-resistant to chlorhexidine-sulfanilamide genes were detected. The drug-resistant to chlorhexidine-sulfanilamide genes were labeled and cluster analysis was performed to analyze the affinity of strain.RESULTS The detection rates of ?-lactamases coding genes of TEM,ADC and SHV groups were 65%,60% and 5%,respectively.The others were not found in all 20 isolates tested. The detection rates of aminoglycoside modifying enzymes coding genes of aac(3)-Ⅰ,aac(6′)-Ⅰ and aac(3″)-Ⅰwere 60%,65%and 70%,respectively.And the detection rates of qacE△1-stull genes were 70%.There were 9 strains showed clone transmission according to cluster analysis.CONCLUSIONS Drug-resistance of the 20 strains to ?-lactam and aminoglycosides is connected with ?-lactamases and aminoglycoside modifying enzymes, and there exists clone transmission.
