Objective To explore the clinical significance of urine transferrin testing in the diagnosis of early pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH).Methods Sixty-eight PIH patients (PIH group) who received treatment from January 2012 to October 2013 were enrolled in this study.Mild PIH was 21 patients, midrange PIH was 24 patients and severe PIH was 23 patients.Meanwhile,68 cases of healthy person were selected as control group. The level of urine transferrin, urea and creatinine were compared between two groups. Results The level of urine transferrin, urea and creatinine in PIH group were significantly higher than those in control group[(3.01 ± 1.82) mg/L vs.(1.29 ± 0.88) mg/L,(13.12 ± 5.51) mmol/L vs.(6.23 ± 3.68) mmol/L,(135.5 ± 62.3) μ mol/L vs.(85.1 ± 38.2) μ mol/L] (P < 0.05).The sensitivity of urine transferrin, urea and creatinine in mild PIH was 76.19%,61.90%,57.14%.In midrange PIH was 75.00%,79.17%,75.00%.In severe PIH was 78.26%,86.96%,73.91%.The specificity of urine transferrin, urea and creatinine was 80.65%,56.45%,58.06%.The sensitivity of different degree of PIH was exceeded 75.00%.The sensitivity of urine transferrin in mild PIH was significantly higher than urea and creatinine (P < 0.05).But the sensitivity of urine transferrin in midrange PIH and severe PIH had no significant difference (P > 0.05).The specificity of urine transferrin was significantly higher than urea and creatinine (P < 0.05).Conclusions Urine transferrin is a good index in diagnosis of early PIH,which can reflect the early injury degree of the renal tubular and glomerular. It has active and important significance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of PIH.

Objective To investigate the influential factors of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) activity during pregnancy and their relationship with pregnancy outcome. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical history of 66 pregnant women with SLE from 1991 to 2005 was carried out.Results(1) Those patients with unstable status progestation, patients being newly diagnosed with SLE during pregnancy or patients irregularly using prednisone became active during pregnancy. The disease was active in 32 cases(the active group)and inactive in 34 cases(the inactive group).(2)Obstetric complications in the active group included:9 cases of preeclampsia,13 cases of fetal growth restriction(FGR),7 cases of therapeutic abortion and 15 cases of premature labor;and the corresponding numbers in the inactive group were 1,5,1 and 4, respectively. All the numbers were significantly different between the two groups(P

Objective:To introduce estimate a technique ofregulative aperture methodin locating lung block in TBI.Methods:We excavated a square aperture in the foam template which is used to fasten the lung block, and the projection formed by the field light through the aperture is used as the reference for adjusting the location of the lung block.Measure the windage of lung shades and block shades by X-ray,in 8 patients. Results:windage values of head-feet and left-right orientations are smaller inregulative aperture modethan in conventional method respectively. Conclusions:Regulative aperture methodis an easy and effective technique to improve lung shielding precision in TBI.

Pure culture of Phlebopus portentosus was inoculated in the roots of coffee tree. The results indi-cated that the young fruit bodies would come out around the rhizomes of host tree after inoculation in 30 to 90 days, single or cluster, 3 to 4 days for mature, weight 20.0 g to 62.0 g. Brown rhizomorph and hyphae can be seen on the seedlings`rhizome, main root and side root while nothing is on the tip of the root.It was found that rhizomorph on the surface of roots would die after inoculation in 90 days in pot.

Because of the changed metabolic behaviors of cancer cells, tumor cells uptake a corresponding larger amount of glucose in physiological condition when compared with normal cells. And they were prone to metabolize glucose for generating energy in anaerobic glycolysis ways in order to grow quickly. Anaerobic glycolysis consumes more glucose than aerobic way when the same amount of energy is obtained, which also results in large demand of glucose in tumor cells. This review briefly describes therapy methods related to characteristic mentioned above, and summarizes the research progress of drugs, diagnostic reagents and carriers conjugated with glucose, glucose derivatives or other kinds of sugars for cancer targeting. Furthermore, typically relative research reports from 2012 till now were listed and analyzed.

8.Quality appraisal of systematic reviews or meta-analysis on traditional Chinese medicine published in Chinese journals.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2007;27(4):306-311
OBJECTIVETo critically assess the quality of literature about systematic review or meta-analysis on traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) published in Chinese journals.
METHODSElectronic searches in CNKI, VIP and Wanfang data-base were conducted to retrieve the systematic reviews or meta-analysis reports on TCM, including herbal medicine, needling, acupuncture and moxibustion, as well as integrative medicine, they were identified and extracted according to the 18 items of QUOROM (quality of reporting of meta-analyses) Statement and relative information. The appraisal was made taking the indexes mainly including objectives, source of data, methods of data extraction, quality assessment of the included studies, measurement data synthesis, etc.
RESULTSEighty-two systematic reviews were identified, except 6 reviews were excluded for repeatedly published or didn't comply with the enrolled criterion, 76 reviews concerning 51 kinds of diseases were enrolled for appraisal. Among them, 70 reviews evaluated the efficacy of TCM, mainly on Chinese herbs and 9 on acupuncture and moxibustion. In majority of the reviews, randomised controlled trials were included and the data resources were described, but in 26 reviews only the Chinese databases were searched and the description about data extraction and analysis method were too simple; and 70% of reviews assessed the quality of the included studies; none used flow chart to express the process of selection, inclusion and exclusion of studies.
CONCLUSIONSFew reviews or Meta-analysis reports reached the international standard and there is insufficient description of methodology for conducting systematic reviews, so it is hardly to be repeated. The authors suggested that advanced methodological training is necessary for reviewers.

Objective Through the investigating the molecular expressions of integrin?_5?_1,Fn and CD_(44v6) in ovarian epithelial neoplasms, this study is trying to explore the relationship between the lymphatic spread of the tumor with these molecules. Methods The expression of 80 cases of integrin?_5?_1,Fn and CD_(44v6) was examined through ElivisionTM immunohistochemistry method in ovarian epithelial neoplasm. The system of image analysis was used to measure the expression of various molecules quantitatively. Results Qualitative and semi-quantitative results:The expression levels of integrin?_5?_1 and Fn in the ovarian epithe- lial neoplasms had downward tendency in the order of benign, boundary and malignant neoplasms and there was a significant difference in the expression levels of integrin?_5?_1 and Fn(P
