Objective To observe the influence of environment stimulation on learning and memory ability and hippocampal pathology of neonatal rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage (HIBD).Methods The models of HIBD SD rats were established by the method of Rice, and were divided randomly into three groups: enriched environment stimulation group (EE), impoverished environment stimulation group (IE), and standard environment stimulation group (SE). The sham-operation rats were served as control group. Different environment stimulation was administrated to the rats since day 1 after HIBD.On the day 28,Morris water maze was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability. HE staining and nissl stain were employed to observe the pathological change and the number of neurons in hippocampus of rats.Results The learning and memory ability of EE group was significantly higher than that of SE group (P0.05), and the ability of SE group was higher than that of IE group ( P0.05). Objective To investigate parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition therapy for esophageal cancer patients nutritional status improvement.Methods Totally 63 patients with esophageal cancer were chosen,preoperative Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) nutritional screening through joint after parenteral nutrition and enteral nutrition therapy.Patients with intestinal tolerability and complications after surgery on days 1 and 7 days nutrition indicators were observed,including total serum protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,and lymphocyte count.Results Preoperative risk malnutrition occurred in 39 patients.Compared to patients on day 1 after the first 7 days,serum levels had no significant difference in total protein.Albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,and lymphocyte counts were significantly different statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions NRS2002 for nutritional screening patients at risk of malnutrition can be determined,and the combined parenteral and enteral nutrition therapies can improve nutritional status of patients with esophageal cancer.

Objective To discuss the impact on nursing ward rounds with doctor in psychiatric clinical practice.Methods Since 2005,our hospital has carried out the nursing ward rounds with doctor,it has compared with the three aspects of patient satisfaction,accidents,complaints of patients or their families foreand-aft.Results Patient satisfaction was improved(χ2=85.369,P=0.000),and varioustypes accidents and complaints dropped after the nursing ward rounds with doctor.Conclusions Nursing ward rounds with doctor promoted establishing"communication-collaboration-complement"relationship between nurses and doctors,improved patient satisfactions,reduced accidents,improved self-sense of worth of nurses.

Objective Overexpressions of epidermal growth factor(EGF)and EGF receptor have been associ- ated with progression and invasive phenotype of pancreatic cancer.However,the underlying molecular mechanism by which EGF worked in pancreatic cancer cells has not been completely understood.In this study,effect of EGF on the invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer cells and its regulatory mechanism were investigated.Methods The effects of EGF on the proliferation,adhesion and invasion of pancreatic cancer cells were detected by WST-1 prolif- eration assay,adhesion assay and invasive assay,respectively.The activity and expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were examined by zymography,Western blot and RT-PCR,respectively.The activity of NF-?B was examined by EMSA.Results EGF could significantly promote the invasiveness of pancreatic cancer cells but did not affect cell proliferation or adhesion.The expressions of NF-?B and MMP-9 were significantly increased by EGF,but EGF did not affect the activity and expression of MMP-2.Furthermore,EGF stimulated the NF-?B binding activity.Pre- treatment with NF-?B inhibitors,pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate(PDTC),could significantly inhibit the activity of NF-?B induced by EGF.Meanwhile,the EGF-induced expression and activity of MMP-9,as well as cell invasiveness were also inhibited by NF-?B inhibitor.Conclusion EGF could increase the expression and promote the invasiveness of MMP-9 via the activation of NF-?B in pancreatic cancer cells,which implies that NF-?B inhibitant,such as PDTC,may diminish the invasiveness of pancreatic cancer cells.

OBJECTIVETo observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Yiyang Capsules in the treatment of asthenospermia and its action mechanisms.

METHODSWe randomly assigned 135 asthenospermia patients to groups A (n = 47), B (n = 45), and C (n = 43) to be treated with Shugan Yiyang Capsules, oral levocarnitine, or combination of the two. We observed sperm quality and the level of α-glucosidase in the seminal plasma before and after medication.

RESULTSThe total effectiveness rate was 70.21% in group A (markedly effective in 16 cases and effective in 17), 68.89% in group B (markedly effective in 15 cases and effective in 16), and 83.72% in group C (markedly effective in 16 cases and effective in 20), significantly higher in C than in A and B (P < 0.05). Both sperm quality and the level of α-glucosidase in the seminal plasma were improved in the three groups of patients, most obviously in group C.

CONCLUSIONShugan Yiyang Capsules can be used for the treatment of asthenospermia, and its effect can be enhanced in combination with oral levocarnitine.

Objective To use double clustering analysis and visualization method to analyze the research on Siraitiae Fructus in recent ten years; To know the hot spots and trend of research. Methods Relevant research about Siraitiae Fructus in CNKI from January of 2007 to December of 2016 was retrieved by computers, and the retrieval time was February 20th, 2017. BICOMB, NetDraw, gCLUTO and SPSS19.0 software were used to conduct double clustering analysis and visualization analysis for included articles. Keywords were analyzed, and social network graph, visualization matrix, peak image and multidimensional scaling analysis map were drawn. Correlation among high-frequency key words were analyzed. Results Totally 723 articles were included, among which 70 articles were issued during 2012–2016; 76 key words were obtained by key word co-occurrence network map, among which mogroside, MOG, extraction process, tissue culture, cultivation technology, varieties, growth and development were in the core position; visualization and the peak image showed that the topics in this research field could be divided into 6 categories; research hotspot dynamic evolution showed that Siraitiae Fructus flower, beverage, total flavonoids, gene expression, gene cloning, enzyme, apoptosis, and Siraitiae Fructus seed oil would be the hot spots of further study. Conclusion This study reveals that the research on Siraitiae Fructus in the recent ten years are becoming mature, and expand to deep level.
